Judge Dismisses Charges Against Michigan Alternate Electors

A Michigan judge has dismissed all charges against the alternate electors in the 2020 election swindle.
District Court Judge Kristen Simmons, who deserves to be named in this as she should be thanked for using common sense and following the law, dismissed the charges against 15 Republicans who set up as alternate electors following the stolen 2020 election.
That is correct; there was no conspiracy to defraud anyone. This was a case of people trying to get a fair shake and planning ahead for the election should the courts rule in their favor.
The Michigan prosecutor who brought these charges is the one who should face trial. She clearly violated their rights in an egregious attack on political rivals.

I'd like to know where the data comes from too; one is apt to suspect it as surely as we suspect crime stats these days. Politics infects every aspect of our lives.

Jamie Raskin (D-Md.)launched an investigation into Bill Pulte, chairman of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Pulte accused Letitia James, Adam Schiff, and Lisa Cook of mortgage fraud and so Rascal Raskin wants payback.
He is only hindered by his lack of power being in the minority. Should the Democrats retake Congress all of these investigations, these partisan witchhunts and endless bellyaching will resume. Do we want that America?

And don't forget erosion,which makes it appear the sea level has risen when in fact it's the land sinking - and much of that is because of poor water and soil management practices.
No mention is ever made of islands actually growing, which a great many are doing.
Sea levels have been rising for ten thousand years now, as the polar ice has slowly melted after the end of the last glacial epoch. It's nothing new. The end of the Little Ice Age saw an acceleration of ice melt too, and that meant rising sea levels.
And of course the elites are snatching up beachfront property. What does that tell us? Barack Obama bought property in both Hawaii and Martha's Vineyard.HE clearly isn't worried about sea level rise.
It's a ruse and always has been.

The poop's really going to hit the fan now.
Qatar has been harboring Hamas for a long time now and as such is engaged in an act of war against Israel. But the Arab world won't care about that; they will blame Israel nonetheless.
This could turn Saudi Arabia and Turkey against Israel (well, Turkey was already turned). There is every reason to think this could be the start of a larger regional war. And with the Russia/ukraine war raging it could mean world war.
This is a time for prayer.

The Turtles had such hits as Happy Together, Can I get to Know You, She'd Rather Bewith Me, Eleanor,etc.
According to his publicist, Ame Van Iden, he died in a hospital from a blood disease . Mr. Volman had been diagnosed with Lewy body dementia in 2020.

You know, if Trump can repeat the success he had in Washington D.C. with a national guard surge in chicago he will illustrate the the whole world that policing actually makes us safer. The average citizen in crime-riddled places will know without a doubt that their leaders were lying to them and putting their ihterests behind those of criminals and illegal aliens.
This will do more to drive America into the arms of the Republicans than just about anything else because there will be no way to spin this in the Democrat's favor. None.
It just takes enforcing the law. Soon the whole world will know. And soon everyone will know that the Democrats tried to stop that.
Watch for another Mike Brown type incident; it's the only way they have to stop this.

Dorian Johnson is dead.
Who, you ask, is Dorian Johnson? Johnson was the man with Big Mike Brown, the "gentle giant" who beat up a store clerk to steal some cigars then assaulted Officer Daron Wilson in Ferguson Mo., leading to his Brown's shooting death and massive rioting that kicked off the Black Lives Matter movement in 2014.
Johnson was shot to death in the same neighborhood as Brown. (If Ferguson is such a black-hating hellhole why didn't Johnson move out?)
Johnson was a terrible witness whose story changed every time he told it, yet it was his claim Brown was surrendering and said "hands up - don't shoot" that became the motto of the BLM rioters. The fact is he did NOT have his hands up; he punched officer Wilson in the face through the open window of his squad car and then tried to grab his gun. Failing that (and the discharge of the firearm in the car) he retreated a few steps and turned around. Since Johnson was sneaking up behind Officer Wilson the poor outnumbered policeman had little choice but shoot.
A crowd gathered immediately and the crime scene became so unsafe the coroner's meatwagon refused to enter, and so Brown's body laid in the street for several hours. This was, of course, spun to say they had so little respect for Brown they just let him lie like a dog. The fact is the sitauation was far too dangerous with an angry mob milling about; the police made the right call.
So this should illustrate to everyone that Johnson and Brown were not innocent victims but thugs who thought they could get away with assaulting a cop.

Scientists suspect weakened trade winds linked to climate disruption played a role, leaving cooler waters absent and fisheries under stress.
I am mindful, though, of the Book of Revelations:
At the pouring out of the second bowl, "[the sea] became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died” ( Rev. 16:3 ).
Not everything has died certainly but apparently some has.

The Left's Beta Male Crisis

This followed the curse that said childbearing would be a very painful affair. Almost always people focus on the child bearing and ignore the second part about the man ruling with a rod of iron. But what does it mean?
It means that women will want what they have always wanted since Eve usurped Adam's role as head of the family - power. All women seek power in the relationship to a greater or lesser degree (and lesser usually is found in religious families, not among the secular). Until we empowered the law to a point where it can interfere in the matters between husband and wife women couldn't grasp this power because the man was physically and emotionally stronger, by and large. But now, with technology and an all-pervasive government, the women have been able to create a society where they can rule the roost. But what is the result? Are they happy? No, because that's not how Nature and Nature's God made them. Be it Divine providence or a million years of evolution, women were intended to defer to the men in the end.
They don't like it. But does a man who works in a coal mine like his lot in life? His wife may work too but probably under better conditions. Many a man has worked himself to death to provide for the family his wife gets to enjoy.
Some men may like these "strong, confident women" but most don't want a rival, but rather a lover and wife. Who wants to work all day to come home to a woman who sees you as an enemy? It might be exciting, the war of the sexes, for a few months but that fades. So it comes down to the man either surrendering and becoming one of her girlfriends or his standing firm and living in constant turnoil.
Feminism has upended our natural sexual roles and the power shift is in nobody's interests, even if it is what a number of women think they want.
Andy Griffith once said of the young but it's true of all of us to a degree "they will grab the first shiny thing that comes along and by the time they realize there's a hook in it it's too late". Many things that seemd quite desirable wind up being a source of misery to us. Shoot; Satan himself saw the shiny bright dream of a life outside of the Will of God and hooked himself and the angels (and people) who were foolish enough to listen to him. I doubt Satan is happy about his choices - he is just stubborn enough to refuse to admit he was wrong and ask for forgiveness.
That is feminism in a nutshell. It's the elevation of a sin, one not mentioned as such in the Bible perhaps but it's a sin nonetheless. (There are Biblical passages about how men and women are to behave but they are often disregarded by the Church these days.) Sins are just things that God does not approave and He doesn't approave them because ultimately they will hurt us and those around us. Feminism has caused untold misery over the years. Broken homes, venereal diseases, out-of-wedlock pregnancies, abortions, women working themselves like donkeys, a horrible twisting of the social fabric to promote "gender equity". And marriage is disappearing as the young, seeing the misery of their parents, don't want any part of that. But they don't realize it's not the marriage that's the problem but the feminist views of society that have redefined the rolls of the mother and father and broke a system that worked.
And as the numnber of desperate and deviant children are raised up they metastasize the problem that created their misery in the first place. Feminism and Leftism in general is purely evil and leads to suffering and pain and despair.
If one wants to be happy one must first admit who you are. Feminism has co-opted that, but the reality is God made them male and female, as the Bible says, and who we are is tied to those rolls in no small part. A woman may desire to act in a masculine fashion, but that will not serve her happiness because she's not a man. The same holds true of trans "women" who desire to be female but are in the end men. You can pretend to be something you are not but you are living a lie, and that lie will make you miserable. The Truth shall set you free.

Ohio to Give Utilities an Off Switch

I've been warning that this is coming.
Ohio lawmaker wants to allow utilities to adjust homeowners’ thermostats, water heaters
I recently had a big fight with my gas company. They sent me letters saying they needed to do a meter check to make sure the meter was safe. I set up an appointment and waited until noon, when I stepped outside and found a door tag ON THE SCREEN DOOR HANDLE that said "sorry we missed you". The jerk didn't call (as he was supposed to do) or ring the bell or knock; just stuck the tag on the door so he could finish sooner. So when I got another letter I ignored it. Eventually a gas man showed up at the door and I let him do the check; he said it was fine and I wouldn't have to see anybody for three more years. Great!
But it didn't end there. I got another letter saying Ineeded to let the gas man in. I ignored it. One morning I got in the shower and it was cold and so I checked the stove - no gas. Those SOB's had shut it off!
I called them and the customer service rep said "oh, that first was a meter check, this second was a meter replacement. We are upgrading everyone to smart meters now." I had the man turn on my gas but not replace the meter yet because I want to wait as long as possible; a smart meter would give the utility companies just this sort of control, which is why they are insistent on using them. This is about throttling back on gas usage to comply with international standards set under U.N. Agenda 30.
The utility companies are setting the stage right now to be in a position to control your energy usage. They want the power to be able to shut you off if you are using more than the government deems fit - or if you are someone the government deems unworthy.

This is one of those things that will get on the books as a voluntary program, then the law will be altered to make it mandatory. That's the kind of incrementalism the Left uses to push their agenda.
It's the Hegelian dialectic as used by Marx. And if we let this slide now we will face demands for the utilities to be able to switch us off or throttle us back any time they please. We have to stop these jerks now before they are entrenched.

American Asylum

I rarely discuss true crime stories; there are plenty in this weary old world and jawboning them to death solves nothing but makes people feel miserable. But this story is unique insofar as what it leaves unsaid is quite pertinent.
Apparently a 41 year old mother tried to kill her ten year old son while they were in the shower. She hacked at him with a butcher knife, described as a "machete". The father intervened and was wounded for his troubles. Both father and son are in the hospital, expected to recover.
Naturally this was in California - Sacramento to be exact.
The woman's name is Anna Veres.
What is left unsaid is what was this woman doing in teh shower with her ten year old son to begin with; that isn't normal. The article doesn't say if she was just in the bathroom while the boy was in the shower or if they were both in the shower together, but either way it's an odd situation to me. Why would she attack the kid while he's showering? It would have been a lot easier to get him while he was dry.
Also there is no mention of any psychiatric evaluation. Something clearly isn't right with this crazy woman; either she's on drugs or she suffers some sort of psychiatric disorder.
At any rate our society is growing increasingly insane and we just double down on the things leading to this insanity.
God is the measure of what is real. We kicked God out of America some time ago. Any questions?
