The Lemon Juice is Loose

Timothy Birdnow

Don Lemon has not only been released from jail by a judge but has been cleared to travel to France while clearly presenting a flight risk.

There is no way a normal person would be permitted to do this, which tells us this judge is just a partisan hack.

If there are no consequences for breaking the law why have a law at all?

It's clear we have a double standard, with laws for the masses and another set for the elites.

Mangione Avoids Death Penalty

Timothy Birdnow

WTF!!!!!

If anything needs to be dismissed it's this judge, who doesn't belong on the bench.

FTA:

U.S. District Judge Margaret M. Garnett dismissed two of the four federal counts against Mangione: murder through use of a firearm, which carries a potential death sentence, and a related firearms offense.

Garnett left in place two federal stalking counts, which carry a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Mangione has pleaded not guilty.

Garnett ruled that the murder charge was technically flawed. It can be used only in tandem with a "crime of violence.” The prosecution argued that Mangione’s alleged stalking of Thompson met that standard. Garnett disagreed.

"The analysis contained in the balance of this opinion may strike the average person — and indeed many lawyers and judges — as tortured and strange, and the result may seem contrary to our intuitions about the criminal law,” Garnett wrote.

"But it represents the Court’s committed effort to faithfully apply the dictates of the Supreme Court to the charges in this case,” the federal judge added. "The law must be the Court’s only concern.

No, this judicial reasoning is not just tortured and strange, it's twisted like the Gordian Knot and absolutely insane. The judge dismissed this on a technicality and has reduced it down to two counts of STALKING when he did much more than just stalk - he gunned the poor man down like a rabid dog in a public space. If anything the prosecution was undercharging. But they couldn't have predicted they would wind up with an insane judge.

This guy shouldn't judge a pro-wrestling match.

So Luigi will be eligible to get out of prison in a best-case scenario for justice now..

Mangione may serve a considerable sentence, mostly from New York state rather than the Feds. But justice is not served; he's not just still alive but may well get out of prison in a dozen years or so. The man he killed and his family's sentence is permanent. Brian Thompson and his family deserve better.

I'll bet the salad squirter who doused Ilhan Omar with vinaigrette will get a longer sentence than this cold-blooded murderer.

Under the Turban

This from Lou Konscol:

The Rhetoric is Ridiculous - There is an Enemy Within!
Congresswoman Ilan Omar, for the record, expressed disappointment with the realities of life in America compared to the ideals she was promised, highlighting issues like racism and inequality. Her criticisms stem from her experiences as a refugee and her desire for the U.S. to live up to its values.
Hmm. Is this the same racist America that afforded her family refugee status during the Somali Civil War in 1982, when she was 8 years old, by which the family determined they had to flee to a refugee camp in Kenya?
Is this the same America so steeped in social injustice that our nation afforded Ilhan Omar a high ranking position in both state and national governments as a (Democrat) U.S. Representative, serving Minnesota's 5th congressional district since 2019? (Although she has grossly misused her office in terms of upholding the Constitution of the United States of America. She belongs to "The Squad,” which is a group of progressive and left-wing members of the U.S. House of Representatives, initially formed by four women: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib. They advocate for progressive policies and represent the furthest left faction of the Democratic Caucus.)
Is this the same America which cruelly suppresses legal immigrants from a piece of the American pie that gave Ilhan Omar the opportunity to amass a net worth between $6 million and $30 million, according to her financial disclosures, not counting other off the record acquisitions of wealth? (The National Legal and Policy Center, led by Paul Kamenar, had filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics citing discrepancies in Ilhan Omar's personal financial disclosures.)
Activist Ilhan Omar criticizes America, founded upon certain Christian ideals, for degrading human rights compared to what? Somali where Islam is the state religion? Islam routinely practices sexual and gender-based violence (as of 2024, being homosexuality and any LBGTQ+ is a capitol offense punishable by death; this is true in Somali and 63 other nations chiefly influenced by Islam), abduction, extrajudicial killings, torture, indiscriminate attacks, recruitment and use of children for Jihad, displacing civilian people, organized attacks against persons of non-Islamic religious and ethnic groups, even committing widespread and systematic genocide directed against any population because of their ethnic or political background, religion or beliefs that do not correspond to the tenets of Shafi Islam. Such was the case in Somali per the Isaaq genocide in which over 200,000 Isaaq civilians were murdered by the state sponsored program.
It occurred under Siad Barre, whose Somali Revolutionary Socialist Party governed on Muslim principles. Furthermore, Ilhan Omar’s father, Colonel Nur Omar actively participated in the genocide of the Isaaq population which were Sunni. They practiced Sufism, a mystical branch of Islam that emphasizes the inner spiritual journey towards God, while Shia militancy is more structured and directed towards specific state objectives. (However, both sects are represented by prominent terrorist groups. For the Sunni, it would be al-Qaeda; whereas, the Shafi have Hezbollah.)
So hypocritical is Ilhan Omar while condemning America for social injustice, she refuses to address atrocities connected to her own family. And glaringly on October 29, 2019 she would not vote for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide. This vote was part of a House resolution that passed overwhelmingly, with Omar being one of only two Democrats to abstain from supporting it. This further demonstrates a profound pattern of astounding hypocrisy. (Please see video, of which the web-adress is listed below.)
https://www.foxnews.com/video/6339555204112

Timadds:

At a minumum the ingratitude is truly breathtaking. But as you say this isn't just a woman trying to grab a pigslice of the American pie but rather represents a fifth column which has at it's core a hatred of America and Americans and holds allegiance to foreign powers and foreign principles.

BTW does anyone else wonder what Congresswoman Omar is hiding under that turban she's always wearing? I think it's a Siamese twin, weith Lord Voldemart from Harry Potter growing onut of the top of her head...

Omar Baster Could be Epsteinized

Timothy Birdnow

The salad man, the guy who dumped dressing on Ilhan Omar, will not be released from custody on bail.

Why won't they grant bail to the mad squirter? He doesn't have any money to begin with and there is zero chance of this guy fleeing if he should be released. How do you flee with no money?

No, the reason is, in my mind, that they don't want him talking to people and have the truth come out. If he's not a jailbird he just might sing.

Here is the clue you need:

"This was a disturbing assault on Rep. Omar, who is frequently the target of vilifying language by fellow elected officials and members of the public," Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said in a statement. "The trust of our community in the federal government keeping politics out of public safety has been eroded by their actions. A state-level conviction is not subject to a presidential pardon now or in the future."

Now why would Trump even dream of pardoning this guy? The prosecutor knows she's full of crap on this but said it anyway. She is overcharging this guy and keeping him under wraps so he can't incriminate anyone. The original charges would not have allowed them to deny the salad tosser bail.

ABC shows they haven't learned a single thing in the last few years:

Tuesday's attack came amid tensions in Minneapolis between local officials and the Trump administration over the immigration crackdown in the city that has seen two U.S. citizens killed in shootings involving federal law enforcement.

After the incident, Omar pinned the blame on Trump.

"Blame is very interesting, but facts are more important, and what the facts have shown since I've gotten into elected office is that every time the president of the United States has chosen to use hateful rhetoric to talk about me and the community that I represent, my death threats skyrocket," Omar said at a news conference.

They are impugning Trump openly here, and beibg quite dishonest. No mention of Omar's hysterical rants against the President. No mention of the fact that this sort of thing isn't happening in other states. No mention of the fact Omar is under investigation for fraud. No. Just a pathetic attempt to blame Donald Trump.

Yes, Trump did say what we all are thinking; that Omar set this up herself. There is ample evidence of that given her behavior in the whole affair.

That's why it was imperative to get this guy off the streets and keep him in a controlled environment. BTW I suspect he may, just may, be in precarious health. To quote Don Corleone:

I'm a superstitious man, and if some unlucky accident should befall him - if he is to be shot in the head by a police officer, or be found hung dead in a jail cell... or if he should be struck by a bolt of lightning - then I'm going to blame some of the people in this room; and then I do not forgive.

Watch out for this guy being Epsteinized.

Panama Court Tels China to Suck Eggs

Timothy Birdnow

A Panamanian court has squashed a deal that would put China in charge of the Panama Canal - our canal that Jimmy Carter paid the Panamanians to take from us.

According to the New York Pest article:

Panama’s Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the long-standing port concession held by a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based conglomerate CK Hutchison was unconstitutional, stripping the company of its legal right to operate the ports of Balboa and Cristóbal.

The affected terminals — Balboa on the Pacific side and Cristóbal on the Atlantic — sit at the physical entrances to the canal, making them among the most strategically sensitive commercial assets in global shipping.

This is great news. Trump had been discussing a while ago our retaking control of the canal from Panama, and no doubt this entered into their Supreme Court decision.

Personally I'd like to see us build a new, sea level canal through Nicaragua, and chase Daniel Ortega and his commie buddies in the Sandanistas out of the country, but that's just me.

At any rate China is not going to be happy about this, not at all. Control of our cabal gave them a huge amount of prestige and a military asset of extreme value if war with the U.S. should break out.

Now they can go suck eggs before dropping them in their soup.

Trump Mocks Britain into Renegotiating the Chagos Deal

Timothy Birdnow

British P.M. and first class imbecile Cur, er Kier Starmer had planned to hand over the small island holdings known as the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean to Mauritus. Just give them away. Chagos is home to one particular island - Diego Garcia - which houses a major U.S. military base and yet Starmer was going to hand this off to the Mauritian's anyway.

Actually Starmer's deal involves paying Mauritus rather than the other way around, and the U.S. will now have to pay tribute to Mauritania yearly for the privilege of keeping the base, a point that Trump made and said this is exactly why the U.S. needs control of Greenland lest it happen there too.

Perhaps not now though as President Trump mocked the Labourite Starmer into reopening negotiations about the hand-off.

Mauritys is an island nation and has no claim whatsoever to these islands, which if anything are part of India. Mauriitus was a colony of Britain, whivh is the sole justification for their claim. This is pure leftist decolonization - there is no benefit to anyone in doing this. It certainly doesn't benefit the Chagosians, who will then be forced to live under an impoverished Mauritanian government.

If Starmer is so eager to rid his nation of these islands why didn't he offer to sell them to the U.S. and make it our problem? I doubt the people of Mauritus would mind being a part of the United States.

But liberals never think that way. It's all about virtue signaling.

Anyway that Cur Keir is renegotiating now because he feared what Trump would do. And he was right to do so because Trump could wreck the British economy with heavy tariffs.

So hopefully this will be the end of Mr. Starmer's little adventure. Hopefully

Omar the Winer

Timothy Birdnow

As an amateur winemaker (who used to hope to make it professional long ago) I can tell you that winemaking is a very low-profit business and most wineries, especially new ones, lose money for a ong time. There is a saying in the business "if you want to make a small fortune owning a winery you have to start with a large one". Wineries are money pits.

So not only did she supposedly make millions off her startup winery but now the winery seems to have just vanished.

Pelosi owns a winery. So does Gavin Newsome, whose wealth was built on it. So apparently Omar decided to skip the laborious business of actually producing a product or getting a license, and just invented a paper winery through which she can launder gobs of money.

She's plain stupid; she apparently didn't think all of her criminal activity would be discovered. I guess she figured she could play the race card, and being a sitting Congresscritter she would get away with it.

If she hadn't gotten greedy she might have pulled it off too - or if fBiden had won a second term.

Actually this shows just what Omar thinks of her "fellow" Americans; she thinks we are stupid and gullible and is laughing at us. Hopefully she won't be laughing soon. Hopefully she'll be crying in a prison cell or in Mogadishu.

What kind of wine do they drink in Somalia? If they have any at all it's probably made from goat's milk. Maybe she can peddle that.

Gabbard Joins the Fulton County Raid

Timothy Birdnow

Democrats [jink=https://www.theblaze.com/news/democrats-panic-at-sight-of-tulsi-gabbard-at-fbi-raid-of-fulton-county-election-office]panic as Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard shows uip at the raid on the Fulton County election board.

Why is Tulsi involved? This suggests there may have been a partnership between Democrats and foreign powers.

Gabbard has already looked at voting patterns and voting machines and other aspects of the 2020 election and says she found glaring irregularities.

I was ofte callec a crank for sticking to my guns about the 2020 election. It had an impossible outcome; there is no way Joe Biden picked up that many votes, and defied normal voting patterns. I knew it was rigged and I refused to "move on" as Karl Rove and the GOP Establishment admonished us to do. Now we are finding proof that the election was rigged, and almost certainly stolen.

Gabbart intends to prove this and she has the FBI to back her up. That clicking sound ou hear in Washington isn't woodpeckers - it's the sound of Democrat knees colliding together.

Lemon Squeezed

Timothy Birdnow

The Feds just put the squeeze on former journalist and now podcaster Don Lemon, arresting him for violating Federal law in his "coverage" of a church invasion by peeps who abused the children at Sunday school and would not let the churchgoers leave (which is kidnapping and unlawful restraint). Lemon came with the "protesters" and took an active role in the affair, according to eyewitnesses.

As I pointed out in a post when this first happened Lemon is in violation ofthe FACE Act or 18 U.S.C. § 241 of the U.S. criminal code. The Democrats pushed this through to give themselves a weapon to use against pro-life protesters, but the wording is such that it is entirely applicable here. Protesters ma not invade or disrupt religious services.

In honor of the arrest of Mr Lemon I offer The Lemon Song by Led Zepplin:

I should have quit you a longe time ago
Ooh-whoa, yeah, yeah, long time ago
I wouldn't be here, my children
Down on this killin' floor

I should have listened, baby, a-to my second mind
Oh, I should have listened, baby, to my secondd mind
Everytime I go away and leave ya, darlin'
a-send me the blues, rain down the line, no

If Zep isn't your speed how about a little folk music?

Lemon tree, very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet
But the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat
Lemon tree, very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet
But the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat

Suck on those Lemon!

No Canada (NO More)

Timothy Birdnow

So we may annex part of Canada eh?

Frankly, I don't see why Western Canada has stayed in the Dominion as long as they have. Canada is completely dominated by the leftists in Quebec and Ontario and the other provinces get short shrift.

From the article by Tyler Durden at Zerohedge:

A new bombshell report in Financial Times says that US officials have held recent talks with Canadian separatists seeking to break Alberta, Canada's oil-rich western province, away from Ottawa.

"Officials in the [US President] Donald Trump administration discussed loaning Alberta $500 million to break up Canada and make it the 51st state," one source told the FT.

fin

If Alberta doesn't want to join the U.S. she can surely become an independent country; it has the oil resources to fund it and a willing partner in the United States.

As a nation Canada never made much sense. Underpopulated and underdeveloped it never did develop much in the way of a Canadian culture, but rather mimicked it's southern neighbor. July frist was chosen as Canada Day precisely because it coincided with America's independence day - no other reason. Everything Canadian, from their flag to their national anthem, was astroturfed, designed by committees.

And the people have nothing in common. French Canadians have an entirely different culture than do Anglos in the other provinces. And the French Canadians have threatened to secede and form their own country for decades, nut nobody in Canada has the wherewithal to actually do that. Now Albertans are thinking about doing it; they are sick of being restrained on the development of their oil and gas industry by Ottawa in the Holy Name of Climate.

Alberta would, of course, be a landlocked nation but with a friendly neighbor to the south rail lines and oil pipelines and whatnot will serve. I would encourage the folks in British Columbia to secede too but certainly the U.S. doesn't need another left wing left coast state entering our union.

Tossed Salad

Timothy Birdnow

So Ilhan Omar was sprayed with apple cider vinegar by some nut job who in fact does belong in jail. It's a strange substance to "attack" her with - a pie would be more comical and most especially coconut cream. But then I suppose apple cider vinegar is apt; she is a bad apple and after her word salad I suspect the attacker was just hungry and wanted to add a little dressing...

Funny; there have been many instances of actual assassination attempts on Republicans, like the knife attack on Lee Zeldin a couple of years ago, and the media largely yawned. But throw vinegar on a crooked Somali and it may as well be the Kennedy assassination.

As I said, this guy belongs in jail and I hope they throw the book at him. But there is a comical element to it all for sure. (Not sure why someone would risk their freedom and maybe their life to spray salad dressing on a chick, but there you have it. The guy must be mentally unbalanced. Actually I suspect he's working for Omar, or someone who is also working with Omar, but that's just speculation.)

Of course he obviously wasn't shooting for sauer kraut; Omar isn't German, as far as anyone can tell.

Pretti - America's Sweetheart

Timothy Birdnow

This video shows Alex Pretti going beserk at previous ICE operations, spitting on an officer and kicking the taillight out of one of their vehicles.

Yeah; a peaceful protester, a real Florence Nightingale.

This is ruining the narrative for the Left, which is why there isn't much conversation about the story today. They will trot this back out at campaign rallies and the like but this particular story is now a drag on their narrative and they know it.

They are going to have to go bigger next time.

This is going to keep happening until the governor and mayor and AG knuckle under or are arrested.

The Sucker's Game

Timothy Birdnow

There is much sloppy thinking and emotional non-analysis of this shooting of this Pretti fellow in Minneapolis, and many ordinary people are being suckered by the media, which, after having lied to us previously in the death of that Good woman who ran over a Federal Agent (and he had interna bleeding to prove it) is now using unclear video footage to argue that ICE 'murdered" this angel of mercy, who was only interested in helping a woman who was knocked down by those evil goose-stepping Browbshirts of the Border Patrol and Customs. This isn't the first time they've lied to us about shootings or other deaths; take a look at "Big Mike" Brown's shooting in Ferguson where we were treated to the lie of "Hands up! Don't shoot!" when in fact that never happened, but rather Mr. Brown punched officer Darren Wilson in the face through his squad-car window and he had the injuries to prove it. Or we had Eric Garner, or George Floyd who died from a police "choke hold" (an entirely legal move) but the coroner said he had double the lethal limit of fentynal in his system. How many lies are we going to fall for? Yet here we are with a lot of Americans believing this fairy tale story about Mr. Pretti, even while the body of Renee Good has barely had time to reach room temperature and we know THAT was a lie. How many times can a boy cry wolf?

That said, the argument is that Mr. Pretti was an American citizen, exercising his right to protest, and was, in fact, trying to help a woman who was knocked down and pepper sprayed by ICE agents FOR NO GOOD REASON and then was set upon by a pack of wolves in riot gear who murdered him because, well, it's just so much fun! He had a gun but was had a permit for that, too, and they shot him after taking the gun off him.

These are all lies or half-truths and the media knows it, as does Governor Walz, Mayor Curley Frey, and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. (Oh, interestingly enough, al three of these men are implicated in the muti-billion dollar Somali daycare scandal and could wind up with prison time. It's very handy this shooting happened now so as to be able to accuse the Trump DOJ of a politically motivated prosecution and thus avoid it or find a way out of the noose.)

Let us define what it is we are talking about. Mr. Pretti was not just walking down the street but was attending a violent protest, a riot, or near enough. The people who he was standing with were screaming and blowing whistles and whatnot, obviously intended to disturb and distract the officers on the scene. The police were awol at the behest of Mr. Frey and Mr. Walz so these agents were alone in a sea of angry and contentious individuals, and that was by design; they hoped to povooke just such an incident. Mr. Pretti was attempting to interfere in a lawful arrest of a person already given deportation papers and who had a criminal conviction. They were not going after some sweet old grandmother who overstayed her visa; these were the bad people. Yet Pretti felt pretty good about them anyway, since he obviously hated MAGA and the American People. ICE was following the law as written BY CONGRESS. Instead of working to change the law he sought, along with his comrads there, to interfere with law enforcement agents, which is illegal.

He broke multiple laws and put himself in danger. Let me explain.

Mr. Pretti had a carry permit, yes he did. But what is a carry permit? It is a license to carry a firearm. Let me ask, would his behavior have been considered acceptable for any other license?

We're all familiar with driver's licenses so let's look at that. When you get a driver's license (and you don't need one if you drive on private land, just on public roads) you agree to a number of contingencies. You have to be sober. You have to be attentive (you get a ticket and can lose your license for careless and imprudent driving, for instance.) You agree to keep your vehicle in proper working order. You agree to follow the rules of the road, and drive on the right side (or if in Britain on the left). You agree to limit your speed as posted. And you agree to follow all directions given you by law enforcement officers, and to pull over if they hit their lights. And you agree to keep your driver's license on your person at all times, as well as proof of insurance for the vehicle.

If you fail to stop for a police car they will give chase, and if you get out of the car and try to run or make a move that suggests you have a firearm they will shoot you. That is how cops are trained, and rightly so; without that you descend into Mad Max/Road Warrior territory, with the strongest making the rules and the rest of us being dominated prey.

If a police officer says put your hands on the steering wheel you put your hands on the wheel. You don't reach over to the glove compartment or you will get shot. If he tells you to put your hands on the roof of the car you do it; you don't scuffle with him.

If we consider those things it becomes crystal clear that Mr. Pretti was playing with fire. He did NOT have his carry permit on his person as required by state law. He did not disclose he had a firearm to the agents as required by state law He went over to help the woman who was pepper sprayed (and no doubt for good reason) despite not being asked, and in fact while the agents were ordering him to stop. He disobeyed their lawful order and they tried to remove him and he began scuffling with them. He fought so hard, in fact, it took a number of them to restrain him (and in fact they still didn't have him restrained). They found one gun on him and there was no reason to believe he didn't have another and he was still struggling. Oh, and a recent report said it was not one agent but two who fired on him and only after the shooting did they recover the gun, according to CBS News, hardly a friend of the Trump Administration. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/two-federal-agents-fired-their-weapons-during-alex-pretti-shooting-report-congress-says/?ftag=CNM-00-10aab7e&linkId=901725060

So TWO agents felt imperiled by this guy, not just one skittish agent. And at least one of them was an eight year veteran with ICE, not a rookie. Granted, you could argue that these guys were poorly trained because they didn't really do anything before now except facilitate the movement of illegal aliens into the country, and there could be some validity to that, but whose fault is that? Joe Biden's and Barack Hussein Obama's, that's who. They turned ICE into a baby-sitting operation. If they were poorly trained (and I sincerely doubt it) it was by design by the people Trump replaced.

If this shooting were by local cops of a guy they had pulled over and who started scuffling with them while packing heat nobody would say a word; it would be considered a justifiable shooting. But the politics of this is informing all the coverage and the media is twisting it to the advantage of the Democrats, who are more or less in open insurrection against the Federal government, going full Ft. Sumpter with this in the sour apple. This IS an insurrection, unlike the self-guided Capitol building tour which featured minor scuffling with the cops in D.C. (who actually invited many of them inside). Had there been a shooting there nobody would have complained overmuch. Oh, wait; there WAS a shooting there, of an unarmed woman who was just climbing in a window The cop, a guy named Bird, was promoted for it.

Amazing how the media's take on these two events is so shockingly different. They wanted everyone arrested and the key thrown away for the "insurrection" in D.C. but are happy to put Federal agents in danger now. In fact, the media likely wants deaths by ICE shootings; certainly Walz and Frey and Ellison and Ilhan Omar do. They need justification for further violence.

And if the Trump Administration "de-escalates" aka caves on this these riots will swell nation-wide. This is all about political power and the Left is using Saul Alinsky tactics here. They are trying to "rub raw the sores of discontent". In fact, this is standard operating procedure for Communist takeovers of countries and has been for a century. Flood the streets with "protesters" aka rioters then provoke the authorities into shooting someone, call it a "massacre" and then gin up sympathy from the public while isolating the people in power. OH, and they also demand resignations for it, to isolate the President as they did with Richard Nixon.

Anyone who falls for this is either monumentally myopic or just plain lazy. The media has lied to us repeatedly and we still fall for it, like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football. A lot of good Conservative folks are buying this nonsense too.

Anyone who saw any of those videos should immediately understand this was a completely justified shooting. You can't fight with the authorities like Mr. Pretti did and think you have the right to do so. That way leads to anarchy, to a dystopian society. Just because the agents didn't see him pull a gun out to shoot them doesn't matter; he had one and could have had two or three. Oh, and he had a semi-automatic and TWO clips. You don't need that to defend yourself. The sole reason he was carrying that was in case of gunfire, so he would have plenty of ammunition to shoot ICE agents if the situation warranted. He went there planning trouble and it found him.

We have to change the narrative about this and now. This is all about the next election; the Democrats needed a hail-Mary pass and this is it. They hope to sour America on deportation of aliens (which gave them a machine to win eternal power even if they didn't vote, which many of them did) and thus on the GOP in general. Many Republicans are falling dutifully into line too, believing dishonest polling and the Nightly News.

Don't fall for it.

What is Trump's Endgame in Minnesota?

The MAGA base is extremely worried Donald Trump is going to back down in Minnesota.

They are right to be fearful; it will be the end of Trump's Presidency.

But worse, it will only be the beginning of the violence as the Left will see they can get what they want by throwing a tantrum. It's the reason why it's the policy of the United States not to negotiate with terrorists; give them any sort of victory and they'll go for more.

I suspect Trump understands this but he does often have some big blind spots. I fear he may think this is just another negotiation - it's not. It's a revolution in the making.

In revolutions one side does not seize power from a strong entrenched foe. What happens is power is leached away until nobody listens to the leaders anymore and someone just walks in and takes the government away from them. And that always starts with a tacit admission of weakness, as will be apparent if Trump does not win this fight.

If Walz wins here the Left will start up riots in every major city they control. It will make the BLM riots seem tame

Meanwhile the base will stay home on election day and the Democrats will take power in Congress and then all bets are off; Trump won't be able to move a single piece of legislation through, and he'll be investigated non-stop and impeached four or five more times And remember Trump was never sentenced in his New York conviction and the case was not dismissed with prejudice; they will imprison him if the successfully impeach him, and probably even if they don't. Trump has to win this to survive.

Trump had better understand all this and come up with an appropriate response.

The best thing that could happen here would be a smoking gun video showing the ICE agents made a clean shooting. That is, unfortunately, unlikely to come out and even if it does the Left will call it a deep fake.

Trump should go on television with an address to the nation and explain why this is b.s. and how the state of Minnesota is engaging in full nullification of laws. Don't be bombastic but lay out the timeline of events and show how dirty Walz and Ellison are and how as chief law enforcer he's duty bound to go after these criminals, many of whom are pedophiles and rapists. Trump has been playing it far too coy.

Maybe he has a plan. I hope so.

Oh, and he'd be a fool to let them take out Kristi Noem. That only creates the impression his Administration is corrupt and out of control. This is how they took out Nixon, by isolating him via taking his people out. At the end the people working for Nixon were prepared to throw him under the bus to save their own skins.

I have to think Trump has a masterstroke in the works. We must hope so. Hopefully these "negotiations" are just a ruse.

Frame by Frame

Timothy Birdnow

Here is an episode of the Liz Wheeler show that analyzes the shooting of Mr. Pretti, going frame by frame. Lengthy but worth your time.

Man Arrested as Mr Squirts

Timothy Birdnow

So the mad sprayer in Minnesota has been named. He is Anthony Kazmierczak, 55.

He is supposedly an unemployed MAGA guy and his Facebook page suggests he is - but is the Facebook page even real? This article does not link to it.

I found this description quite interesting:

Kelley told the Post that Kazmierczak "has been ‘heavily medicated’ due to a car wreck that impacted his spine years ago.”

The neighbor told the Post that the car accident "left him ‘not very physically able to do much.’”

"He’s also been diagnosed with Parkinson’s,” the neighbor added.

end

Sooo....He wasn't able to do much but he was able to bum rush the stage and spray Omar with some kind of stinky fluid.

What was he trying to achieve? It was not a dangerous chemical or she'd be sick right now (she did not seek treatment). And given the fact Omar is in fairly deep trouble right now with investigations of her sudden, dramatic accumulation of wealth while the scam to steal daycare funds in her own community has broken there would be no sane reason to do this. It only helps Omar and that's a fact.

This guy was sick and unemployed. Maybe they made him some sort of offer?

Generally by the time you are 55 you know better.

I don't believe any of this for one second. Conservatives aren't this stupid.

Also he allegedly did this because he was angry about Omar's national security policies. NOT her corruption, nor her immigration stance. Does that sound right to you?

I went on Facebook to see if I could find his page and read his posts. There were two entries that came up in a search and both of them were full of opinions by other people about this guy, and all of them called him a "Trump supporter". But I never could actually get into his own site to verify anything.

This stinks to high heaven and I suspect if the FBI investigates we'll learn this guy is an agent-provocateur.

The Meese that Roared

Timothy Birdnow

When they lose a mouse like Ed Meese you know it's bad:

Immigration Accountability Project
@iaproject
Former Attorney General Edwin Meese just filed an amicus brief in the birthright citizenship case: "The conventional wisdom, accepted over decades, is that Wong Kim Ark supports absolute birthright citizenship to everyone born in the United States. The holding in this case does not go as far as the conventional wisdom would have you believe. And no matter how long a mistaken interpretation of a Supreme Court case has been around, its longevity does not make it any less mistaken.”

Conflict of Interest

Timothy Birdnow

Check this; the judge who ordered the release of the church invaders in Minnesota (a Bush appointee, I might add) is a huge donor to organizations trying to promote the illegal invasion of America.

Hugo Tobay Robles has been outed by Fox News' Bill Melugin:

Bill Melugin
@BillMelugin_
NEW:
@FoxNews
has learned that Patrick J. Schiltz, the Minnesota federal judge who is threatening to hold ICE Director Todd Lyons in contempt of court & is ordering him to appear in court on Friday, appears in a 2019 list of donors & volunteers for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota, an organization that provides free legal advice and representation for illegal immigrants. Judge Schiltz was appointed by President Bush in 2006.
