Disinteresting Pluto?

Neil de Grasse Tyson: "Pluto is a disinteresting rock” and led the charge to demote Pluto from status as a planet.

Then we had the New Horizon mission to learn:

1) Pluto is very seismically active with mountains of nitrogen / water ice as tall as the Rockies. There are "lava” flows of nitrogen/water ice onto the Sputnik Planum.

2) Pluto is too small to have much radiogenic heat and it is too far distant to be affected by tidal pumping from the gas giants, ergo it has a mysterious internal heat source driving the seismic observations. The explanation not appreciated is the internal fission reactor, just like the GeoReactor at the Earth’s core and all major celestial bodies.

3) Charon is not a moon of Pluto. Charon is about the same size as Pluto and they form a binary planet system, rotating around one another like bolos.

4) Pluto vents CO2 and methane. It shares a wispy reddish atmosphere of tholins with Charon. Tholins are the precursors to amino acids. The Great Red Spot of Jupiter is comprised of tholins. This reddish gas circulates around the North Pole of Charon. The astronomers have named this cloud of reddish tholins as "Mordor” after the character in Lord of the Rings.”

Disinteresting indeed.

That’s funny, but buried deep in the article was this horrifying statement:
The jokes came as San Francisco, a city with a high population of gay people, declared a state of emergency due to the outbreak of the disease.
Mayor Breed said her announcement would allow officials to cut through red tape and fight a public health crisis reminiscent of the AIDS epidemic that devastated the city in the 1980s.
The declaration was welcomed by gay advocates who have grown increasingly frustrated by what they called San Francisco’s lackluster response to a virus that so far has affected primarily men who have sex with men, although anyone can get infected.
Experts fear the disease has already spilled over into more vulnerable groups, such as children under eight years old that health officials say are at high risk of severe disease.
Two children - in California and ‘transiting through’ DC - have tested positive for monkeypox to date, the CDC says.
Three important facts:
Over 95% of Monkeypox cases are in gay men with multiple sexual partners.
41% of Monkeypox cases are men with HIV.
Sexual transmission is the top vector for infection for Monkeypox.
The first two facts should give you an idea of the behavior that spreads Monkeypox. Lots of unprotected sex with lots of people in a short period of time.
Somehow, that spilled over into children under 8 years old?
That is rape. That is what that is. Monkeypox in children is evidence of rape.
A Monkeypox diagnosis in a child should immediately be reported to authorities for investigation.
CDC won’t do that because the federal government protects groomers and pedophiles who are located to the Democrat party.
Maybe, hopefully, Florida will do this.
The best vaccine against Monkeypox in children is a woodchipper.

*A study that investigated the placement of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) temperature stations found that 96 percent of the facilities used to measure heat failed to meet the agency’s own "uncorrupted placement” standards.

Research for the study shows the 96 percent corruption is because the stations’ measurements are tainted by the effects of urbanization – or heat produced because of their close proximity to asphalt, machinery, and other heat-producing, heat-trapping, or heat-accentuating objects.

The Heartland Institute compiled the report using satellite and in-person surveys of NOAA weather stations that contribute to the "official” land temperatures in the United States.

"With a 96 percent warm-bias in U.S. temperature measurements, it is impossible to use any statistical methods to derive an accurate climate trend for the U.S.” Heartland Institute Senior Fellow Anthony Watts, who directed the study, said is the study announcement distributed to the press. "Data from the stations that have not been corrupted by faulty placement show a rate of warming in the United States reduced by almost half compared to all stations.”

Why Nobody is Working

The Cato Institute released an updated 2016 study showing that welfare benefits pay more than a minimum wage job in 33 American states, and the District of Columbia.

Even worse, welfare pays more than $15 per hour to stay home in 13 states.

According to the study, welfare benefits have increased faster than minimum wage. It's now more profitable to sit at home and watch TV than it is to earn an honest day's pay.

Hawaii is the biggest offender, where welfare recipients earn $29.13per hour, or a $60,590 yearly salary for doing nothing.

Here is the list of the states where the pre-tax equivalent "salary" that welfare recipients receive is higher than having a job:

Declaring War on Air conditioning

This is the kind of blatant ignorance that will cost us our society...

They are certainly right about the first part. Air conditioning use in the summer puts a serious strain on current electric-transport grids. This is NOTHING new. This has been going on for decades during heat waves. What WILL cause devastating effects to the grid(s) is the introduction of millions of electric cars to those areas suffering overburdened grid capacity already.

Of course the part about greenhouse gas emissions is complete nonsense because the notion that increasing CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere has a damaging effect on the climate is nonsense.

Last year at this time the globally-accepted CO2 level (measured at Mauna Loa) was 418.94 ppm (parts per million). This year it is 420.99 ppm, an increase of 2.05 ppm. That means that for every 500,000 gas molecules in the atmosphere there is ONE additional CO2 molecule.

Is there ANYONE out there really stupid enough to believe that is contributing to this heat wave this summer? At some point, even the uneducated have to realize that is ridiculous, right?

Air conditioning can literally mean the difference between life and death for the elderly and the otherwise health-compromised population. Not having it (or not using it) makes the rest of us miserable - and there is NO reason to even try to curtail it's use.

Someone had better rein these morons in and quick... We are not at risk from CO2 emissions, but we are definitely at risk from the people who are using this hyped hysteria to line their pockets.

Air conditioning both saves lives from preventing heat stroke/
exhaustion but it also keeps mosquitoes and other disease transmitting insects out of the house. It was one of history's great inventions and a boon to our modern lives. The Pope condemned air-conditioning so I knew this was coming to the mainstream soon. A/C saves lives and gives great comfort. It is a bargain. Electric cars are not and will cost lives when they crash or the batteries blow up.

A notable feature of the so-called Sexual Revolution of the ’60s, which really was just a continuing sexual devolution, is that what had theretofore been in the closet began emerging from it. This was marketed as liberation from "Puritanism,” and those opposing it were demeaned as "repressed.”

This movement continued metastasizing to the point where, now, many sexual devolutionaries consider even the common-sense request to keep carnal matters out of the classroom not just repression, but oppression. A case in point....

It was devotees of his who created the "Free Love Movement" which was the forerunner of the sexual revolution. Erik von Kuhnelt-leddhin wrote extensively about this. Once you open the door on unrestrained sexual appetites they will grow and mestasize until you twist everything into the most filthy and vile things the human mind can conceive. And you deny reality to make what you are doing acceptable.

It's going to be close in the Senate, but already a number of Republican Senators have stated their support - the usual suspects, Susan Collins, Rob Portman, Lisa Murkowski, have pledged support and a number of others are quiet - people like Joni Ernst. This is going to be a close run thing.

This is a complete rejection of tradition, of Natural Law, and of the Judeo-Christian worldview. We are becoming a pagan society through this - an immoral one akin to Sodom.

Indians weren't the First Nations

The new politically correct term for Indians is "First Nations". But were they?

No.

In point of fact skeletal remains have been found of people in Baja California that more closely resemble the Aborigines of Australia.

From the National Geographic article:

A study of skulls excavated from the tip of Baja California in Mexico suggests that the first Americans may not have been the ancestors of today's Amerindians, but another people who came from Southeast Asia and the southern Pacific area.

The question of who colonized the Americas, and when, has long been hotly debated. Traditionally, Native Americans are believed to have descended from northeast Asia, arriving over a land bridge between Siberia and Alaska some 12,000 years ago and then migrating across North and South America.

But recent research, including the Baja California study, indicates that the initial settlement of the continent was instead driven by Southeast Asians who occupied Australia 60,000 years ago and then expanded into the Americas about 13,500 years ago, prior to Mongoloid people arriving from northeast Asia.

The skulls from Baja California, which may date back only a few hundred years, have slender-looking faces that are different from the broad-cheeked craniums of modern Amerindians, the descendants of the Mongoloid people.

"Our results change the traditional idea that all modern Amerindians present morphological affinities with East Asians as a result of a single migration," said Rolando González-José of the University of Barcelona, Spain, who led the study. "The settlement of the New World is better explained by considering a continuous influx of people from Asia."

The new study is reported in this week's issue of the science journal Nature,and could further fuel the controversy surrounding the origins of the first Americans, which is a controversial issue for American Indians in particular.

So, what happened to these people? They were probably wiped out by the "gentle" Indians who invaded their land.

And there is evdience too of a caucasian people who lived in the Americas before the "Native Americans".

Also from the article:

Controversy erupted after skeletal remains were found in Kennewick, Washington, in 1996. This skeleton, estimated to be 9,000 years old, had a long cranium and narrow face—features typical of people from Europe, the Near East or India—rather than the wide cheekbones and rounder skull of an American Indian.

A coalition of Indian tribes, however, said that if Kennewick Man was 9,000 years old, he must be their ancestor, no matter what he looked like. Invoking a U.S. federal law that provides for the return of Native American remains to their living descendants, the tribes demanded a halt to all scientific study and the immediate return of the skeleton for burial in a secret location.

The matter is still stuck in the courts.

So the truth is not acceptable to the Indians who claim primacy, eh?

I notice this article is from 2003, and nothing since. Seems the Indians got their way and the research has since been suppressed.

We llive in an era that is dominated by pollitical correctness. You cannot even do research on such a basic thing as human lineage without it coming under the thumb of a government manipulated by the aggreived.

Deaths From 'Unknown Causes' Spike Up 500% from 2019 - 2021

There seems to have been an increase in the unexpected deaths of healthy celebrities and sports stars. One Alberta Province is reporting a staggering increase in deaths from unknown cause.

Alberta is reporting an unprecedented increase in ill-defined and unknown causes of death in 2021.

That category is leading the way over dementia, which has been in the top spot since 2016, and COVID-19, which began adding to the death tally in the province in a big way in 2020.

In 2021, ill-defined and unknown causes of death snagged the first spot with 3,362, up from 1,464 in 2020 and 522 the year before that, according to statistics from the Government of Alberta.

Definitely nothing to do with the Covid-19 mandated vaccinations though? 🙂

That Tiny Rise in CO2

What we see on the attached is at least in part a natural warming trend with no dramatic temperature increase. It’s tiny compared to what we deal with on a day-to-day, location-to-loc ation, season-to-seaso n basis. The warming isn’t significant and it doesn’t correlate very strongly with CO2.

We can also see that the temperature today is very cold on average in terms of the history of the earth. We’re not at all in unprecedented territory temperature-wis e or CO2-wise. The amount of CO2 in the atmosphere since the beginning of the industrial revolution has risen from .03% of the atmosphere to .04%. Historically it was 20 times that and these were very fertile periods of the earth.

New Zealand: A Study Finds a 10% Rise in Excess Mortality in Age Groups Who Have Had Booster Covid Injections

"The ratio of vaccine risk to benefits likely has swung more towards risk than during the original randomised trials, due to dose-dependent adverse events and to fixation of immune responses on a variant no longer circulating.

"In light of an unsatisfactory risk-evidence situation, aggregate weekly data on excess mortality in New Zealand are used here to study the impacts of rolling out booster doses.

"The age groups most likely to use boosters had 7-10 percentage point rises in excess mortality rates as boosters were rolled out while the age group that is mostly too young for boosters saw no rise in excess mortality.”

After this vote was ignored and the FDA approved boosters for the general population, the top two officials in the FDA’s Office of Vaccines Research and Review resigned and criticised decision-making about the mass rollout of boosters.

This critique noted that if unnecessary boosting causes significant adverse reactions it may increase vaccine hesitancy more generally; a concern raised elsewhere that the potentially low benefits of Covid-19 vaccines relative to the costs borne by vaccinees (such as exposure to breakthrough infections and to vaccine adverse events) may undermine public confidence in other vaccination efforts (Godlee, 2020; Gibson, 2022a). Even the World Health Organisation argue that a vaccination strategy based on repeated booster doses of the original vaccine composition is unlikely to be appropriate or sustainable (WHO, 2022).

Several European countries have already restricted some mRNA vaccines to only those aged over 30 years due to these safety concerns.

Given this shift in the risk-benefit ratio, stronger evidence should underpin mass use of boosters but the opposite holds.

Backwards

The Big Bang May Have Created A 'Mirror Universe', Where Time Runs Backwards

So if you have to use the toilet does that mean your excreta leaps up and goes into your body? And you wipe with dirty toilet paper? It's a logical fallacy.

In point of fact the Big Bang is where time began and to say it created a mirror universe where time runs backward is not logical. How do you go backwards from nothing?

It may be it created a mirror universe where the speed of light is the slowest any particle could go - a universe of tachyons. But reverse time?

I can't help but think of the episode of Red Dwarf "backwards" They didn't have a bar fight but a bar tidy. And in a few decades Hitler and the Wehrmacht were going to retreat across Europe, putting everything together...

This is clearly a mathematical artifact. Time can't move backwards. It may be possible something can move backwards in time, but not time itself.

In fact, the reasoning employed by the creators of the theory itself, who argue entropy is the measure of time (which is logical) but then argue for a decrease of entropy beyond zero state. How can that happen? It can't. Entropy starts at zero and increases to 100%, but it can't go below zero.

In another article on the matter we are told:

We’ll let the Scientific American explain further: "Along each of the two temporal paths, gravity then pulls the particles into larger, more ordered and complex structures — the model’s equivalent of galaxy clusters, stars and planetary systems. From there, the standard thermodynamic passage of time can manifest and unfold on each of the two divergent paths.

"In other words, the model has one past but two futures.”

According to the fundamental laws of physics, if time’s arrow moves in two directions, observers are only capable of experiencing one. But this new theory could throw all of that out the window.

"This two-futures situation would exhibit a single, chaotic past in both directions, meaning that there would be essentially two universes, one on either side of this central state,” Barbour says. "If they were complicated enough, both sides could sustain observers who would perceive time going in opposite directions.

"Any intelligent beings there would define their arrow of time as moving away from this central state. They would think we now live in their deepest past.”

So how do you exist with all the chemical and atomic processes reversed? Do you feed yourself by doing work and then spit out food which turns into plants and animals?

Do the cells of your body eject glucose?

Are stars bitterly cold objects absorbing energy from a hot interstellar space?

Science has become so enamored of novelty and new ideas it has lost touch with any sort of grounding in reality. It no longer applies even basic reason or common sense any longer. It has become fantasism.

This is what happens when you reject Reason and instead adopt pure objectivism and inductive reasoning (and ignores deductive reasoning.) It's a common computer problem; computers wind up with ridiculous results all the time because they start with the data given them and then proceed without any sort of reasonable restraint. It's what has given us global warming catastrophism, for instance.

Now, it IS possible that there is a mirror universe (many scientists believe in the Many Worlds interpretation of quantum physics which says a new universe is formed whenever there is a choice between a and b) and perhaps their reasoning is sound and it is a "backwards" universe, but what would that really mean? There is the theory of tachyons, which are particles that move faster than light. Relativity says nothing can accelerate to a speed faster than light; in fact, the mass of such an object would increase until it was more massive than the entire universe and thus could not accelerate to lightspeed. But a particle already moving faster than light could remain moving faster than light. So it is possible there is a universe of tachyons. It would take infinite energy to slow them down to lightspeed.

That may be the alternate universe they postulate. There could be no life in such a place. Nor any sort of matter. It wouuld be a universe of infinitely fast moving virtual quanta.

Perhaps entropy in such a place would slow these particles down until they almost dropped to lightspeed?

In fact the whole idea of that is even hard to swallow. And how do you measure time in a universe of infinite speed? You can't. And without being able to measure time you cannot say time is moving in any direction at all.

I think this theory is a case of scientists being entirely too clever for their own good. And it is an example of how not to apply mathematics to a system we don''t understand and in which our mathematics may not even work.

It’s a simple fact that we can’t support 330 million Americans and eight billion people worldwide without modern food production methods. It’s also factual that highly efficient, hi-tech farming, enabling us to produce more food on less land, is a major reason why there’s more forested area in America today than a century ago. Following from this is that millions will starve, and struggling for survival will ravage the environment in the process, if we scuttle these modern food-production methods. Tragically, this scuttling is well underway, too

Tim adds:

When Japan decided to industrialize the first thing the Emperor ordered was to reform agricultural practices. Why? Because he realized that to have an industrial civilization he must be able to first feed his people and provide for their basic material needs.

Most Third World countries that tried to industrialize failed because they never considered improving agriculture.

Mechanized farming, along with small family farming (small businesses) as the backbone is what gave us the bounty of food that allowed us to feed the world. And we grew rich off of it. When there is plenty to eat there is plenty of energy to make stuff and invent things.

Americans don't understand hunger. It's a trap; you can't do anything but pursue your next meal when you don't have enough to eat. Africa and other poor places understood this. But they couldn't get out of this trap because they couldn't get a free market that was secure by a stable government.

We had it but now are in the process of throwing it away, chasing the green dreams of utopian ecology socialism. The Great Reset will bring about the ride of the Black Horse:

Revelation 6:5-6. (5) When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come and see." So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. (6) And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine."

That sounds surprisingly familiar in the current day. And it will get worse as farmers are unable to grow crops without fertilizer, without diesel fuel, without tractors and with the environmental lobby and their government lackeys riding them. We've seen riots in unlikely places like the Netherlands, and a revolution in Sri Lanka based on farm regulations. It will only get worse in the coming months and years.

And famine brings war, the red horseman. And both bring pestilence. We've already seen pestilence thanks to a lab in China funded by the U.S.
