Trump Hates Prosperity; Women and Minorities Hardest Hit

They just keep going back to the same tired old playbook.

Yeah; all those female CEO's hate women and discriminate against female employees because, like, they're chicks and stuff!

By and large women probably do earn less than men,but that's because they often drop out of the labor force for child-rearing and when they do come back into it they often take part-time jobs so they can have the flexibility to do the chores of parenting. You expect a construction worker to make more than a data entry clerk. This are different jobs and a steeel working up on a scaffold welding deserves more than someone making coffee and entering forms.
I'd like to know where the data comes from too; one is apt to suspect it as surely as we suspect crime stats these days. Politics infects every aspect of our lives.

Uh, the fact women can afford to leave the workforce is itself a good thing; it means they don't have to work themselves to death. They have enough money to coast for a while.
This is patently ridiculous; the media has attacked the Trump Administration repeatedly about jobs Americans Just Won't Do, and about how we need illegal aliens to fill all sorts of positions, yet we are now told women, particularly poorer black women, are dropping out of the labor force, intimating they can't get work. They made a big stink about unemployment being up (by a whopping .1%), but I can't get a person to wait on me in a store these days. And the solution offered is more alien workers, more H1B visas, etc. Trump has closed the border and is working to evict the trespassers and that means more jobs are available yet we supposedly have an unemployment problem, and it, of course, hurts women and minorities the most!

If women are going backwards in terms of pay now one must ask why, in a market that was saturated with illegal aliens.
