Who is being spoken of here? Joe Biden and the Democrats?

Biden kept the pandemic protocols in place well after they should have expired, cutting off trade to the world. And he has suppressed the oil and gas industry. And his spendthrift policies has led to high inflation, a tax on the public in general which was not approved by voters.
Oh, and many of the J6 political prisoners are still awaiting trial and many are being held in solitary.

Biden's willful refusal to secure the border, and his de-facto amnesty for illegal aliens, allowing them to apply for refugee status after coming into the country is but one example.

Biden's support of war with Russia comes to mind. So too does his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Letting Hillary Clinton off with a fine while pursuing Donald Trump for far less also comes to mind.
Allowing massive amounts of fentanyl to cross our border with Mexican cartels. Allowing terrorists and aliens to invade our country comes to mind.
George III was a piker next to this current lawless junta.
I could go on but you get the idea. We know how the Patriots remedied the abuses of George III. Are we even half the men that they were?

"Freedom is essentially a condition of inequality, not equality. It recognizes as a fact of nature the structural differences inherent in man -in temperament, character, and capacity - and it respects those differences. We are not alike and no law can make us so."

During the slow downfall of Rome, some of the first signs of decay was the vast network of public services crumbling, uncertain leadership, inflation, debasement of not only the currency but also moral standards of the day. A general decline in military effectiveness through leadership incompetence. Then external pressures and corruption of the government.

Why won’t the government release the child killer’s manifesto where she explains why she did it. She told her friend that her motivations would become clear because she left evidence. For some reason, our overlords don’t want us to know her motivation for killing innocent children in a Christian elementary school.

I have a question for all you morally-indignant Progressives who support the Bragg-witch hunt of Donald J. Trump; in what way is this any different from Ken Starr's prosecution of William Jefferson Blythe Clinton?
At that time you all argued "it's just about sex" and even wrote articles saying "lying about sex is good". You dismissed the Starr prosecution as a "witch hunt" then. So how is what Bragg is doing to Mr. Trump fundamentally different?
Actually it is; Mr. Trump's "crime" is essentially a minor campaign violation while Mr. Clinton suborned perjury and attempted to obstruct justice. Clinton asked Monica Lewinsky to lie on the stand. He then spirited her away, getting her a job out of town to avoid her testimony. It wasn't about the sex, it was about the laws broken to hide the truth.
Trump's lawyer got a non-disclosure agreement from a stripper who CLAIMED she had had an affair with Trump, and he did so just before the election. He paid her out of his own pocket and then reimbursed himself with funds from the campaign. Not much of a crime.
The statute of limitations has run out, I might add, and Trump was exonerated by the Federal Election Commission.
So where are all of you brave souls who came out swinging when Clinton was being prosecuted? Hmmm?
And where were you when Hillary Clinton was being given a fine for lying about her involvement with the Steele Dossier and the whole "Russian collusion" hoax? That was far worse yet she was given a little fine and sent on her way.
Where were you when the Clinton Foundation basically embezzled money earmarked to help Haitians who were left homeless by an earthquake?
Where were you when Bill Clinton sold out our national security to China, giving Loral Aerospace a waiver to let them teach the Chinese how to build ICBM rockets? Where were you when James Riady and Charlie Trie helped Clinton violate campaign finance laws by funneling Chinese money to the Clinton campaign?
Where were you when the Chinese were funneling money to the Biden family?
If you said nothing then, or complained then, then shut the hell up now!

It's the beginning of the end for the U.S. dollar.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-03-28/yen-is-wall-street-s-favorite-currency-trade-in-a-market-short-of-havens
When the dollar stops being the world's fiat currency the U.S. economy will unravel.
If Wall Street is dumping dollars we are in BIG trouble.

There are over 300 million guns in the United States. The number of mass shootings is extremely low, which is why they make the news. Obviously not every gun results in mass shootings. It would be impossible to seize all the guns in the United States, even if it was attempted.
The fact that there are so many guns, but so few mass shootings shows that it is not guns that cause mass shootings, but some other factor. The factor is obviously the shooter.
Government should focus its efforts on keeping guns out of the hands of criminals and the mentally ill.
In fact the U.S. is not very high in terms of mass shooting as a percentage of our population. The U.S. ranks 28th in the world for gun violence. I would add that Brazil, with near total gun control, ranks number 1.
And for mass shootings we rank 59th. https://www.alloutdoor.com/2020/09/01/us-world-average-mass-shootings This in a country with open borders allowing criminal gangs easy entrance and with soft-on-crime prosecutors and judges. It's amazing our numbers aren't far worse. Oh, and we let the insane wander around loose since liberals decided it was inhumane to incarcerate them. Many mass shootings are done by the insane.
I would add that if we ban guns these people will use firebombs or poison gas. It's not that hard to kill people if you are motivated.
We've tried gun bans in the past. We had the assault rifle ban, which saw zero decrease in gun violence. And we'd tried such bans in our past history, notably as part of the black codes.
I wrote about it here. https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2013/01/gun_control_a_failed_american_experiment.html
In the final analysis this is a breakdown of the moral order. We have excused violence as "acceptable" or "justified" and have taught children they should have no limits on them. What did we expect? Most mass shootings are people committing suicide and wanting to be remembered by taking a bunch of other people with them. A God-fearing person wouldn't do that. It's what the atheism and nihilism of our current age has wroght.

I've translated their weasel words to plainer language:
- Healthy Children And Adolescents Don't Need The Jab.
- Benefits Of Booster Jabs Are Marginal For Anyone Not At Risk Of Serious Covid-19 Illness. (Which is anyone who isn't elderly or have Covid-19 co-morbidities)
https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/who-changes-covid-vaccine-recommendations-2023-03-28/#:~:text=March%2028%20(Reuters)%20%2D%20The,months%20after%20their%20last%20vaccine.
This was bleeding obvious when the vaccine came out, but our government forced it on everyone. It was criminal.
Tim adds:
Criminal is right. They KNEW it but wanted to assert their authority over the public to make us cowed. I believe the reason they did that was to perform an act of psychological terrorism, to force us to obey the authorities and having submitted we would be more obedient, like a horse accepting the bit in it's mouth as the first step to being broken.

Here is how Edward Bernays laid out propaganda (he called it Public Relations), and how he saw it being used:
"The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, and our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of…. It is they who pull the wires that control the public mind."

The Nashville shooter was transgendered.
https://nypost.com/2023/03/27/nashville-school-shooter-audrey-hale-identified-as-transgender-and-had-detailed-manifesto-to-attack-christian-academy/
Being "transgendered" is the equivalent of saying you are Napoleon. We used to lock such people up in times gone by. Now we celebrate them and their "courage" to defy reality.
Frankly, the Napoleon delusion is better; they cause less trouble, both for themselves and for others. Napoleon isn't going to cut his Johnson off.
This now makes a lot of sense; a mentally-ill transvestite attacking the Christian school she attended. No doubt they wouldn't play along with her delusions and that made her angry.
Marjorie Taylor Greene tweets:
So shouldn’t we just blame white men again?
Another article on the matter had this to say:
https://www.wionews.com/world/explained-who-is-audrey-hale-the-shooter-who-killed-six-at-nashville-school-576561
Hale worked as a commercial illustrator and graphic designer who posted their creations online. They once worked on a children’s book about a support dog, according to a LinkedIn page.
Hale attended Nossi College of Art in Nashville, and most recently worked part-time as a grocery shopper for Shipt, according to LinkedIn.On their website, Hale described themselves as enjoying "binging on video games, watching movies, and playing sports.”
End excerpt.
So we are supposed to call this woman "they" or "them" rather than she.
Our society is batcrap crazy.
So "they" was a woman pumped full of testosterone who played what were probably violent video games and bought guns. You cannot get any more stereotypical than that.
Here's the real kicker:
She even shared links on Facebook to a Sandy Hook Promise petition to "keep guns out of schools,” calling the pledge "so important,” according to the Independent newspaper."
End excerpt.
So she is probably a liberal, and definitely a gun control enthusiast.
Sources close to the family claim she was a high function autistic (meaning someone with Aspergers.) Just like Greta Thurnberg, Scoldilocks.
So why were they giving someone with borderline autism hormone treatments? Assuming she was receiving them, that is.
Madness is like fire. You feed it and it will grow.
Anyone ever see the movie The Madness of King George? George III was mad as a march hare. His doctor was forced to take a firm hand with him, making George face reality whether he wanted to or not. (He likely suffered from Porphyria, a genetic blood disorder that turns the urine blue.) Everyone acquiesced to whatever the king said so he had no way of gauging his insanity and resisting it. His doctor refused to knuckle under, and he provided what George needed - solid reality.
We have taken to treating madness as normal because "who are we to judge" and this whole idea of a subjective reality. So the insane grow more insane and as their madness metastasizes they do worse and worse things. Since we no longer believe society has any right to correct them they will keep pushing until they cross a very bad line.
This young woman was mad. But the society that spawned her is even crazier.
The problem is that we no longer believe in suppressing our desires or emotions. That is, after all, the essence of civilization, the suppression of natural desires (or unnatural) for the collective good. But we now say "who are we to judge" and claim there is no reality, just "your" reality to excuse crazy or deviant behavior.
If a person has some deviant or even criminal TENDENCIES it is not their fault. But they should be taught to suppress such by society. Many a would-be serial killer or rapist or whatnot does not act out precisely because they have learned self-control and hold to a moral code that makes it unthinkable.
We are excusing this now and it is why so many of our problems seem to be metastasizing. If you don't tell a guy who thinks he's Napoleon that he's not he'll invade Russia! Well, that at least is harmless but we used to lock such people away. Now we let people who are really crazy, a danger to themselves and others, loose and not only tolerate their insanity but celebrate it and promote it.

"The market economy, by contrast, is what naturally happens when people are free to produce and trade for profit. It just so happens that in order to produce for profit, you MUST produce what others want! And in producing what others want, although it may be no part of your intention, as Adam Smith put it, you benefit them.
Further, the market economy wordlessly (and leaderlessly) coordinates the actions of millions of individuals towards allocating scarce resources to their most valuable uses. Price signals direct self interested individuals towards the production of what society values most highly. It is no accident that we have refrigerators and washing machines and microwave ovens and air conditioning and entertainment at our finger tips. It was self interested actions in the frame of a market economy that brought us all that.” (Couts Moseley)
May be an image of 1 person and text
Tim adds:
That is why I say Free Market Capitalism (as opposed to crony capitalism aka Fascistic socialism) is not an economy theory at all but a mtter of Natural Law. It is what people will do when left alone to act in their own economic self-interest. Yes, there are some who may try to create a monopoly and suppress others, but that is not free market capitalism any longer. The fact is the market is the only economic system. All others are cheap knockoffs, substitutes that use government in some fashion to compel activity or restrict it and thus manipulate how goods and services will be created and marketed. All systems except Market Capitalism employ the power of the State to set the terms and choose winners and losers. Capitalism is at it's essence a kid offering to trade his sandwhich for a twinkie. That is the essence of all capitalism; you have something I want and I have something you want and we'll both be happy if we trade. If we treated lunchroom kids the way we treat businesses we would have a board regulating lunch trades, would demand the traderr provide all nutritional statistics, demand they package it in a specific way, and then would take a cut "a third of your twinkie before you trade it away". That is what passes for "capitalism" these days. But it is Fascist economics, a type of socialism that incorporates businesses but empowers government to direct and control them.

More of my argument with Sherrie Mathieson
Sherrie says:
Tell that to the independent voters. They are who you must convince.
I reply:
Sherrie Matheison you continue to believe that the media will continue this hand-off approach to DeSantis. He's going to look like the love child between Adolf Hitler and Lizzy Borden, but not as kindly as either. How do you plan to convince the independent voter when this guy will be portrayed as Satan in the flesh? Trump at least has already gone through it and the attacks are stale.
And by running now we lose DeSantis for later. He's a hole card we should keep in our hand.
He also needs a bit more seasoning. We need to know for sure he is the real deal too - something we've been suckered on with multiple Republicans over the years. (Just look at John Boehner, who was a lion of conservative values until he became Squeeker of the House, then he turned into a mouse that didn't roar.)
Trump won more votes in '20 than any other candidate in history. (Biden won more ballots.) I think that alone says a lot about his electability.
DeSantis has not been tested at a national level. DeSantis also has been getting a lot of money from the big-moneyed donor lobby, you know, the guys who want amnesty for illegal aliens and Green Tech and the rest.https://www.axios.com/local/tampa-bay/2022/05/26/billionaire-backers-governor-ron-desantis They are going to want to be paid back for that cash. So DeSantis either cheats them or he cheats us. He has limited options.
You know who he will cheat.
This is not to say the man is a weasel or anything else, but he has opposing demands being made on him and he won't be able to fulfill them to everyone's satisfaction. He'll go with the money, as every other GOP politician has for decades. We don't need the third term of George W. Bush.
Are your independent voters worth an amnesty? An electric vehhicle mandate? Business as usual with China? The continued hollowing out of the American economy? That is probably what we'll get with DeSantis, unless he screws his donors. I doubt he will.
And even then those precious independents are not all that likely to vote for a guy they believe would sell his mother to a sex trafficker, which is what DeSantis will look like to them - unless the media takes it easy, and then we KNOW we are in big trouble.
I believe these independent voters are easily led, and hold no strong core values. They can be won back to Trump. I furthermore argue that the public loves acrimony and fighting, even if they tell pollsters they do not. There is a reason why Jerry Springer was so successful. That is why Bill Clinton was so successful too; the public loved his fighting spirit and the soap opera that ws his Presidency. I think Trump has ever prospect of winning in the general if he runs - and the vote is fair. (Of course unfair voting would hurt DeSantis, or Haley or any other Republican just as much.)
Sherrie, you and I just disagree on this. I get your point, and it worries me too. But we've been suckered by the media into accepting "electable" candidates in the past and have either lost or "won" a pyrric victory. Bush hollowed out the GOP in my opinion; he was a terrible President. He gave us numerous liberty-killing programs and projects. He gave us the green energy scam. He gave us the Patriot Act and the NSA Prism program. The weaponization of national security started under Bush. And he ruined the Republican brand. Another Bush and we may as well close up shop.
That is the kind of Republican the media likes, even while they were claling him Hitler. We don't need the Rove wing back in power. DeSantis is clearly being courted by them. How far he goes is anybody's guess, but it's certain he will not be a reformer in the fashion America needs at this point.
Sometimes it's better to act out of conscience and integrity than to vote purely strategically. I would argue G-D blesses the pure of heart. And He has always blessed America when she is pure of heart. Worrying about the whims of rudderless independents is, in my mind, worrying about the vapors of the morning. The heat of the sun will burn them away.
