Prisons are refusing to release J6 prisoners despite Trump's order to immediately release them.
According to Revolver this has been happening everywhere as regime loyalists slow-walk their orders.
Government lackeys are arguing this is a matter of paperwork, that many of these people cannot be released because they have yet to be charged. How in hell does someone serve twelve hundred days in prison and not be charged?
Heads need to roll.
Trump's order was for the IMMEDIATE release of prisoners. What part of that was unclear?
This sort of thing is what brought Trump to power in the first place. Bureaucrats believe they are rulers, not servants. Time they be told who is in charge of this country.
This illustrates how things are going to go over the next few years; the entrenched bureaucracy is going to slow-walk or simply disobey Trump's orders. If Trump isn't able to change the way things work these parasites will thwart him at every turn, just as they did last time.
He has to have the power to fire these people. It's insane to allow career people to make policy against the elected President and the Will of the People. But they do because they are untouchable. A civil servant can pretty much do anything and keep his job.
That has to change.

Once again NASA has tampered with their raw data, increasing the current temperature anomalie through sleight of hand.
The original data show temperatures at the median yet the new version shows an extreme spike.
What value is any information coming from these government agencies since they lie about it?

Some analysts are saying the pardons issued by Joe Biden could come back to bite him in a big way as the recipients are no longer protected by the 5th Amendment and thus can be compelled to testify in any investigation.
I argued that would be the case when Hunter was pardoned.

Actually it's not; these were political prisoners, plain and simple while Biden pardoned people who clearly engaged in criminal conspriacies. Taking selfies in the Capitol does not equate in any way, shape, or form, to hijacking the law and suborning perjury and colluding with prosecutors to destroy a political opponent or tampering with evidence and witnesses.
Trump just set things right - Biden set things most definitely wrong.

Joe Biden may well be the most corrupt President in history. He has just pardoned five of his family members pre-emptively, including his brother James and sister Valerie Owens, Francis W. Biden, John T. Owens, and Sarah Jones Biden.
He doesn't seem to have pardoned himself though, and thus he's open for prosecution.
This on top of his pardon of political operatives on the J6 Committee, as well as Anthony Fauci and Gen. Mark Milley (Vanilli).
In a statement of astounding lack of self-awareness Mr. Biden stated:
"I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families. Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finance,"
??? HE is the one who started this lawfare business, not the incoming President. HE is the one who colluded with the FBI to hide the Hunter Biden laptop story, then tried to get Hunter a sweetheart deal letting him off the hook. (He has since pardoned Hunter.) It was he who promoted "baseless and politically motivated investigations" on political rivals.
He worries about their reputation if not pardoned. I hate to tell Mr. Biden but taking a pardon is an admission of guilt. They are all free to reject the pardon and fight it out in a court of law. But they won't do that.
And Mr. Biden never extended such courtesy to those who opposed him. What of people who simply entered the Capitol on J6? He had the DOJ pursue them until the very end - no pardons for anyone, no matter how tame their actions that day! But he'll let his own family off the hook because he worries it will hurt their reputations. What about the reputations of the J6ers?
Biden is a foul man who will get his if not in this life in the next.

"The Golden Age of America Starts Now"
Some random thoughts on Trump's inaugural.
The Democrats looked cowed and they even applauded - something I never expected to see from them over Trump. Yes, many looked sour (especially Barack obama, who scowled through the whole thing) but there were no outburst nor stony silence. They really did seem beaten. But that won't last.
The crowd gave a standing ovation to Martin Luther King, and applauded in like manner the closing the border, but sandwiched between the two was a statement by Trump honoring God and God only received tepid, polite response. America's ruling class has it's head firmly inserted in it's rectal area.
Trump seemed tired to me, and I don't doubt he is.
Trump did give a great speech, even though he went a bit long and had too much of a laundry list. He was positive and upbeat and said America specializes in doing the impossible. Inspirational.
Trump proposed going to Mars as the next step in America's return to greatness. I have opposed this before here at the Aviary and with good reason; we don't have the skills yet to do this and astronauts on the surface of Mars could well be killed by a surprise solar flare or meteor strike. The Martian atmosphere is too thin to stop radiation, and it's too thin to stop meteors, which are also much thicker that close to the asteroid belt than around Earth's neighborhood. I favor a permanent, manned colony on the Moon; we can work out how this is done on the Moon, where we can just go home if it fails. Mars is for keeps and we don't know how we'll fare. Oh, and just showing up for exploration purposes will cost a huge fortune and we won't really get anything we can't get now with probes and landers. The purpose of going to Mars is to build a colony, and only then can we do in-depth research. Mars is too far for any commercial benefit. The Moon is quite different and we can exploit it for resources as well as use it for research. There's money on the Moon.
I want to go to Mars someday but now is not the time. We just don't have the skills.
Trump verified he plans to change the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. I don't like it; the name predates the founding of the u.S. and I support tradition. He's changing Denali back to Mt. McKinley though and I DO support that. The Indians may have called it Denali but we've always known it as McKinley, and if the Indians want to keep calling it Denali it's their right but they can't expect us to bow to their wishes.
Trump's call for retaking the Panama Canal is a fine idea too. I wish our side would remember the actual history of Panama; it was part of Columbia until the U.S. came and built the canal, at which point Panama rebelled against rule by Columbia and became independent - with the assistance of the U.S. Navy which kept Columbian ships from moving troops there. So they owe their entire country to us, not just the canal. And we built it, and it should always have been ours. This was one of Jimmy Carter's many idiotic mistakes (like supporting the Ayatollah Khomeini) and never should have happened.
I am ambivalent about Trump's new agencies (like the External Revenue Service); we need FEWER agencies all around and something like the ERS could very easily be co-opted by the Democrats to abuse companies with international business. I would add almost everyone does international business these days; our 401K plans and other retirement instruments all invest in foreign counties. This thing may be solely to collect tariffs now, but how long before the Democrats subvert it and use it to go after honest Americans who just own a few stocks in foreign countries?
Trump's call for a restoration of justice to America was his finest moment in many ways and we must all hope he is able to actually do that. Not sure he can; the Deep state's tentacles are embedded in the system so deeply Trump may not be able to stop it.
A few other observations. The military choir was full of children it seemed. I know I'm getting older now but the girls singing looked like teenagers. I don't doubt they are; the age of the military has decreased over the years to where so many are fresh out of high school. Couple that with the fact we don't have fighting soldiers but paper pushers and paraders and, yes, choir girls, means they LOOK young because they haven't had to face any real stress. We are defended by Valley Girls and high school debate teams.
Carrie Underwood did a fine job of singing America the Beautiful. She only mucked it up once or twice with rilles and trills (which is what you do when you can't sing, but is now considered de rigoueur since so many stars CAN'T sing.) There was an opera singer who did the National Anthem and he blew her away, too. When a person can actually sing the Star Spangled Banner without relying on cheap tricks to hide the octave changes you have to be lost in admiration.
At any rate the inaugural was great, and it truly felt historic.
God bless Donald Trump and God Bless the U.S.A.!

The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has just declared DACA unconstitutional setting up a challenge at the U.S. Supreme Court.
DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)was the illegal program devised by Barack Hussein Obama to allow many illegal aliens to remain in the country and vote Democrat when they reached age 12 or so. It has been tied up in the courts for years.
The Fifth Circuit ruled DACA illegal but stopped an injunction against it by a Texas court.
DACA was never even an executive order but just a MEMO by Janet Napolitano, yet SCOTUS overruled the 5th along partisa lines and said Trump had to go through the formal rules procedure. It will be going back to SCOTUS, although the Supreme Court is differnt now than it was.
We shall see.
Any way you slice it DACA was merely a dirty trick to subver U.S. immigration law.

Pope Francis the Apostate dares to call Donald Trump's plan to mass deport the 12 plu MILLION illegal aliens in this country a "disgrace".
This from the man who has just announced he would allow openly gay priests in complete violation of Church law and the Word of God Himself.
I've gone through the multiple passages in the Bible over homosexuality before; it is referred to as "an abomination" in multiple places in the Bible, but Francis now allows open homosexuals into the priesthood because he knows better than God, apparently.
This same Pope said priests could 'bless' homosexual marriages too.
This is the guy who only assumed his position by forcing out the aged prior Pope in what can only be considered a coup in the Vatican - and has since fired any Bishop or Cardinal who opposes him or may oppose him and replacing them with lackeys. This from the guy who actually excommunicated an archbishop (Carlo Maria Viganò) for opposing him.
Francis also allows for open trans people to come into the Church without repenting - and that is clearly forbidden in 1Corinthians 6:9:
"Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate...Shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven."
Get it? Got it? Good!
And Francis has made his mission the "poor" and is famous for having eschewed the official mansion supplied to him by the Church in Argentina. But what did he do? Did he actually go live in a homeless shelter? No; he used Church money to get a swank apartment in a wealthy neighborhood in Buenos Aires. He didn't live in a hovel.
Who is shameful? Hey Francis, maybe you should reread John 8:7-11, you know, that part about not casting stones.
God Himself created nations and made it quite clear He intended them to exist. We have every right to control our borders and kick out those who have come here in violation of our laws.
Jesus said in John 10:1:
"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber."
Seems to me Jesus was giving the very perfect argument against illegal immigration and that makes it quite clear we have no moral responsibility to take in anyone who just happens to walk across our border, any more than a person must allow someone to just walk into their home and start living there rent-free.
I notice Francis doesn't have illegal aliens living with him in the Vatican.
The man is a total disgrace and an Antipope who cannot leave soon enough. He has done irreparable harm to the Church and the whole world.

I've had the coverage of the inauguration on in the background this morning and just exploded, venting to my wife about the coverage on NBC. I detest and loath the lying hypocritcal "news" media for the partisan hacks they are.
It was nothing but a screed against Trump from beginning to end.
They kept mentioning spots in the Capitol and always added "her was where J6 riots invaded the Capitol" or "here is where J6 rioters attacked police" in a kind of running tour of J6 sins. No mention, of course, of the actual facts - like the only person to die of violence was a protester, shot in cold blood by an incompetent Capitol Police Officer. No mention of WHY this riot happened, or that others had happened on the very same day when Trump showed up to take his oath back in 2017.
They also had the gall to attack Trump for using executive orders! Biden did nothing but sign executive orders for two years or better after Trump left office (which he did despite claims he wasn't going to leave). Tom Cotton was trying to explain E.O.'s and some of the ones Trump was going to sign and some media Puta kept interrupting him, quite rudely, saying "nuh-uh" over everything Cotton tried to say. This gal went on and on about how "refugees" had a legal right to be here because of "international law" and cut Cotton off when he started to rebut her.
I could no longer stand it so I switched to Salem News and listened to Mike Gallagher. Gallagher showed a clip of Trump dancing with the Village People to YMCA; hilarious and charming and the media of course would never dream of touching this.
Gallagher then sent my blood pressure up again by informing the audience that Biden has pardoned the J6 Committee for their crimes. We knew it was coming but it still was infuriating! But apparently Biden didn't pardon Jack Smith or Merrick Garland or Christopher Wray, or so says Gallagher. But this means Schiff, Cheney, Zoey Lofgren, Pete Aguilar, all of the plotters who tried their best to frame Trump are going to walk away scott-free! No mention was made of Nancy Pelosi, who may need a pardon herself.
Biden pardoned Anthony Fauci. Now why do you suppose Fauci needed a a pardon?
These people may walk on this but they will have to answer for it in the end one way or another. I tremble when I think about them standing before the Great Eternal Judge! But we would all like to see justice done now.
Swift justice is all that stops this kind of thing. Delayed or deferred justice encourages others to do it.
At any rate I chose to skip coffee this morning (I can't drink it every day) and now am thinking of changing my mind on this. Or maybe I should think about something stronger today. I don't have orange juice around but some sweet and sour and leftover bourbon from New Years...
Don't judge me; I suspect this is the breakfast being enjoyed by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris this morning...

Uh, it failed Joe...
Biden nailed with mockery and contempt over absurd attempt to declare 28th Amendment to the Constitution ]/link]
"Today I'm affirming what I have long believed and what three-fourths of the states have ratified," read the missive attributed to Biden. "The 28th Amendment is the law of the land, guaranteeing all Americans equal rights and protections under the law regardless of their sex."
Actually there was a move to revive this monstrosity during Biden's tenure of office by saying they merely had to get a couple of states to authorize it; they claimed there was no expiration date on the original amendment. So all you have to do to change the Constitution is get as many states as possible to approve it then wait and pick them off over decades?
Thank God for Phyllis Schlafley, who managed to help kill this thing. BTW Schlafley's nephew Dan was my counselor in college; he was the Russian history professor at St. Louis University. Oh, and his brother Tom founded the St.Louis Brewery aka Schlafleys, the first microbrewery in Missouri and still one of the largest in the state.
A Federal judge ruled states acted too late to ratify it now, as the deadline for passing it expired (in 2020 the final state needed to pass it did, but this was decades after the amendment was first voted on and well pst the deadline.) The Federal archivist has to register it as passed, and if he does then it becomes an amendment, although there will be a court challenge, no question.
Anyway, Biden is simply declaring victory over the NRA and hoping people believe it and act accordingly. No doubt some Democrat-appointed judges will try to implement it as law. Everyone is laughing at Biden as a senile fool, but I suspect something more nefarious is happening here.
They are trying to ram this piece of crap down America's throats in the waning days of the Biden Administion. The National Archivist is appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate, but has no fixed term, and can stay in office as long as he cares to do so. On August 13, 2022, President Joe Biden nominated Colleen Joy Shogan, who currently controls the records. I think she's going to confirm the ERA as an official amendment to the Constitution. Biden knew what he was saying.
There is talk afoot about using the ERA as Constitutional grounds for circumventing the Supreme Court ruling on abortion.
This is going to wind up being up to the courts, make no mistake about it.
Be warned.
But they are the defenders of "democracy" they tell us.

Germany may send troops to Ukraine.
Of all the NATO countries the Russians hate and fear Germany more than any. There is a centuries-long antipathy between Germans and Russians, going back to the invasion by the Teutonic Knights in 1242 in response to a call for help from Russia to Christendom to defend against the Mongols. (This was the famous Battle on the Ice when Alexander defeated the Germans on the frozen Neva river and thus came to be called Alexander Nevsky.) The Germans have invaded on other occasions too, most notably during WWII when the Russians lost roughly 24-27 MILLION people! Letting Germans go into Ukraine is a non-starter for them, and they will use atomic sterilization to rid themselves of the Teutonic "infection".
The war-mongering Ruling Class types have gone batcrap crazy.
Russians are paranoid, but with reason. They have never had national barriers to protect them and thus have always had to think about any nation near their borders as an existential threat. Part of this invasion of Ukraine stems from fear of NATO and the U.S. sniffing around their border. When we had troops in Afghanistan and in Iraq we had them completely encircled, something that made them terribly nervous. The Russians invaded Georgia in 2008 for much the same reasons; they feared Georgia was going to join NATO and that couldn't be allowed. (Yes, there are other reasons, such as the gas and oil pipelines, but we're talking about the Russian psychology and the average person's support for military action. If the public hated what Putin is doing he wouldn't do it, even if he IS an autocrat.) I would add the U.S./NATO has deployed missile defense systems in the whole Warsaw Pact countries, and we've even "invaded" the old Soviet Union in the Baltic states. Russia feels like it's in the grips a a giant anaconda.
At any rate it would be very bad to have American or British troops in Ukraine, but Germans are just not going to be tolerated. I'm pretty sure Trump understands this. I hope he does.
The Russians will do anything to keep Germany away from their borders. Anything.
