The Devil Went Up to Michigan
Timothy Birdnow
FTA:
What you need to know:
Hidden camera video captured Sen. Elissa Slotkin describing Democrats’ planned "signature cases” against the Trump administration and its allies.
Slotkin said every committee would pursue selected cases intended to hold people accountable beginning in January.
Her examples included the White House ballroom project, the National Mall reflecting pool renovation, and $200 million connected to the War Department.
Slotkin also discussed Hungary, Viktor Orbán, and her public accusations that Trump administration projects and spending constitute corruption.
Bear in mind it was Slotkin who threatened any young people who want to work for Trump, saying they would be destroyed career-wise, blacklisted, and possibly thrown in jail. She's as nasty and mean as they come.
Democrats do not govern, the campaign. It's in their blood to destroy political opponents and to cheat and to swindle. They prefer to clear the field of opposition rather than win based on superior ideas. Elissa Slotkin is a prime example of that.
The Democrats are not just wrong, they are evil. Evil cannot be compromised with it must be fought. I hope and pray the GOP learns from Trump who confronts the Democrats on their home turf and wins, not because he's personally more powerful but because he need but actually confront them with the Truth. Satan, their father, hates the Truth. The children fold when facing it, or attempt a backdoor attack, but they dare not answer the Truth because it is not in them.

The Stench of Evil
Timothy Birdnow
This is just vile.
The Left has gone full Bolshevik. Have they no shame? Have they no decency? Have they no human sympathy at all?
You know the answer. They are like poisonous snakes, and we don't allow poisonous snakes anywhere near ourselves or our children. Leftists need to be treated as what they are. There should be no quarter on them politically; we need to expose and humiliate them at every opportunity.
I am mindful of Pandora and her box. Like Pandora we have opened the box and now all the evils of the world have flooded forth.

Judges Gone Wild
Timothy Birdnow
In yet another episode of Judges Gone Wild we have a scumbag judge named Jennifer L. Rochon, a Biden appointee, ordering Trump to take down three political adds because, well, they were effective.
The Gateway Pundit article dishes:
U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon, a Joe Biden appointee in the Southern District of New York, sided Friday with a coalition led by the left-wing "nonpartisan” group Common Cause, Courthouse News Service reported.
She ordered the government to take down the ads titled "$5,000 to Americans,” "Every Democrat Voted Against No Tax on Tips,” and "Cost of Socialism” from official government websites and social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, and others).
She also ordered the cancellation of any plans to distribute the ads through third parties, including President Trump’s super PAC, MAGA Inc.
The order expands a temporary restraining order Rochon issued two weeks earlier that already blocked a series of television ads paid for with Department of Homeland Security funds.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, that earlier ruling came after progressive groups sued over ads the administration described as educational and unapologetically patriotic public service announcements reminding Americans why the country is worth defending.
In the "$5,000 to Americans” ad, Trump speaks from the Oval Office: "If the Democrats win, you will have an economic depression. If the Republicans win, you will each have $5,000 in your pocket.”
Now, she can perhaps order DHS to not spend taxpayer dollars on this (although I think she's on thin ice with that) but she can in no way issue an order banning third parties from running these adds. There is only one reason for her to issue her order that way.
She just fear having this ad out.
I would point out Obama ran ads like this all the time when he was pushing Obamacare and telling America how great a deal it was - and right up to election time.
This chick once clerked for Trump's dead sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, also a judge.
While there were 13 ads being contested and only three were removed, still President Trump offered to pay for them out of his own pocket and this puta still banned them. How can any judge possibly do that, given we have the First Amendment in this country and that extends to the Executive Branch of government? Why the Democrats were so mad is that this is like something they would do, use taxpayer dollars to promote themselves. They don't like it so much when it happens to them. (Which makes us wonder why the GOP never sued when they did it.)
Trump will probably win on appeal but of course it is too late, which is why they waited so long to hear this case and issue a ruling.
I swear, the judiciary is full of women who are acting more like drunk co-eds in Cancun on spring break than serious jurists. Most of them were appointed by Joe Biden, too.
This ruling is the equivalent of a drunk college girl flashing the camera for beads or whatever they do on spring break these days. I'm surprised she didn't write "I am so wasted" in her opinion.
Anyway Trump will probably win on appeal but why bother? Actually we need a ruling on this from SCOTUS so they don't try to do it again, but of course they will; it's never been about justice or what is fair and always been just to gain a yard or two in the field of the election. Democrats are absolutely shameless.

Ninth Circus Upholds Judge's Illegal Nine State Ban on Investigating Illegal Aliens
Timothy Birdnow
Any surprise?
Once again this will have to head to SCOTUS. But it is not going to be in time to stop the fraud in this election.
At this point the Trump Administration should simply ignore this ruling and blame it on the time frame. If they get an emergency stay from SCOTUS fine but if not then they can stop after that.
This case was pure election tampering by a pet judge of the Democrats, nothing more. Most of the states this judge included are NOT in her jurisdiction and she has zero authority to issue that ruling.
According to Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit:
The order bars DHS, ICE, USCIS, HSI, and related officials from conducting elections-related field operations and field interviews in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin when those operations "involve or are likely to involve” persons the government "know[s, suspects, or should reasonably know or suspect are U.S. citizens.”
It also restricts operations based wholly on certain TECS records generated under the administration’s Voter Eligibility Matching Policy. The injunction runs through November 3, 2026 (Election Day).
The plaintiffs, primarily the California Nurses Association and National Nurses United, along with San Francisco, Santa Clara County, and Voto Latino, claimed the investigations intimidated voters and those assisting them in violation of Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act.
How on God's Green Earth do these groups have standing? Nurses and cities and Latino organizations cannot claim to have been injured by the enforcement of the law of the land and the judge and the Ninth Circuit know that.
Hoft, a lawyer himself, tells us:
The district court found associational standing for the nurses’ groups based on member declarations about fear of being wrongly targeted, and it treated investigation of suspected illegal voting as the functional equivalent of prohibited intimidation. Standing was rejected for the other plaintiffs at this stage.
Because a GROUP has a member or two who may be impacted, that does not mean the group has standing. The individuals who feared for their safety maybe but certainly not the group. But the individuals wouldn't dare come forward because they face deportation so the judge just lets the group do it even though they lacked standing.
We need some brave judge in another jurisdiction to nullify this order. But of course it's too late now to prevent massive illegal alien vote fraud, which is why they dragged it out so long.
EVERYTHING hinges on the Democrats winning this election Tuesday; nothing else matters to anyone associated with politics (well, on the Left). They are desperate to seize power at any and all costs and now the judges who owe their positions to the Democrats are being required to do this service, just like Don Corleone told the undertaker in The Godfather.
The article continues:
Judge Tung’s dissent, filed with the en banc denial order, pulls no punches. "By enjoining the government from even investigating illegal voting, the district court departed from its limited role, and trampled on the President’s in the process,” he wrote.
"And by relying on section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act … it confused investigation for intimidation.”
Confuses on purpose, of course. This is all about winning the election, nothing more. The Democrats built a political machine and illegal aliens were the cornerstone of that machine. They will do anything to keep the illegals because otherwise they will lose elections, and lose them bigly (to borrow a turn of phrase from Trump). (BTW bigly did not generate a spellcheck underline, meaning it has actually become an accepted word in the English language.)
The article continues:
Judge Tung’s dissent, filed with the en banc denial order, pulls no punches. "By enjoining the government from even investigating illegal voting, the district court departed from its limited role, and trampled on the President’s in the process,” he wrote.
"And by relying on section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act
He emphasized that federal law already prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections (18 U.S.C. § 611), with criminal and immigration consequences, and that Article II gives the President "exclusive authority and absolute discretion” to decide which crimes to investigate and prosecute.
"The district court here installed itself as a super-executive responsible for deciding when investigations are really in the public interest,” Tung added. "Federal courts do not exercise general legal oversight of the … Executive Branch[].”
The dissent further argued that the plaintiffs lack standing under Supreme Court precedents such as Clapper v. Amnesty International (speculative future injury and self-inflicted harm do not suffice), that Section 11(b) creates no private right of action (enforcement belongs to the Attorney General), and that the statute does not apply to the United States itself under longstanding interpretive presumptions. Even if it did, lawful investigations of suspected unlawful voting are not "intimidation … for voting.”
The judges warned that the Administration would be collecting "private" data that would discourage political involvement out of fear of arrest and deportation. Ri-ight. Every time someone gets a driver's license or does anything else they give this very data to the government. This is the biggest bullshit argument ever made.
And if they fear getting involved because they might get deported, maybe it's, oh, I don't know, because they aren't supposed to be here in the first place! You can't be involved politically if you are an illegal alien. If you want to be politically involved, try doing so in your own country!
This whole thing is a shameless and dishonest effort to help the Democrats steal yet another election. In the old days these judges would have been tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail.
Oh, and did I mention that the Supreme Court has specifically said District Judges cannot issue injunctions that apply to areas outside of their jurisdiction? The Ninth Circuit has simply ignored that here.
The Administration should ignore them and get an emergency injunction. Sadly they already have blocked the Administration from kicking possibly hundreds and certainly dozens of aliens out of the country, aliens who will probably vote in the election.
There is a special place in Hell for people who steal elections, and for corrupt judges who enable them. In Dante's Inferno they would be in Antenora in Cocytus, the ninth and deepest circle of Hell. Antenora is the place where political traitors go.
And that's where people like these judges will go. They are basing their rulings solely on what the Party wants, not what they law says, not what the People want, not what is right. Woe unto them! They will be frozen into the ice of Antenora forever, if Dante's vision is correct.
Right now we need to simply ignore them. Like the Devil; resist him and he will depart from you. Ignore these creeps and they will depart from us. Of course the Democrats will cry foul and try to impeach Trump, but that is their reaction to any stimuli.

The Vultures in Paris and London - and America
Timothy Birdnow
Why are all Democrats on board with the endless aid to Ukraine, even though it is decimating both the Ukrainian people and the Russians and the war would end without it?
The author asks why Obama didn't take action when Russia seized Crimea. That, after all, was the weakness that encouraged Putin to try to take Donbas (and in Putin's case it's Dumbass, because it started a war he can't get out of). Putin saw the West was unwilling to do anything so he went to phase II and invaded Donbas and thus this five year bloody war began. But the Europeans weren't willing to step up even while they demanded we do, and vast amounts of aid flowed into Ukraine - but slowly, and it only helped Ukraine survive, not counterattack. Now they are getting weapons to allow them to counterattack, and aid to make drones. But it's too little too late and nobody is going to win this thing. Anger on both sides is too high.
I've long argued that the reason the West is doing what it is doing is they don't want Russia to lose and have a permanent grievance so much as to force her into the New World Order by sucking her dry, draining away all Russia's resources and then they will be forced to turn to the West. Russia WAS turning to the West under Boris "cocktail hour" Yeltsin, but Western companies and operators - notably George Soros - financially raped the country and Soros crashed the Russian economy. In that crucible the public voted for a strong leader - Vlad Putin, a former KGB. Putin wanted to restore Russia and create an alternate system outside of the control of the corrupt western banking and business structure. It's why BRICS was created, for example. Putin says he wants to restore the old borders of Tsarist Russia, not the Soviet Union.
But that is a distinction largely without a difference; he wanted the Ukraine back and has taken it piecemeal. Now he's running into tough, tough resistance.
Anyway the author of this piece believes the Democrats set policy solely in opposition to Trump, and nothing more. If Trump thinks we should pull back on aid to a war that will not end and wastes American money they will support said war. She's got a point.
But I think my point is better.
Now Russians are a paranoid lot and it may well be my study of them over the decades has made ME a bit paranoid as well. Many of them agree with my thinking on this, so perhaps I'm too close to the situation. But we all know there is an internationalist cabal with lots of money and prestige who support a world system - the World Economic Forum is one organization. They have been legion - the Bilderbergers, the Council on Foreign Relations, Renaissance Weekend, etc. etc. Their goal is a world government and international socialism and that clearly is what the Climate Alarmism is about, as well as the Covid pandemic response. They are far from all-powerful but they carry a lot of weight and I think they fund a lot of politicians, especially Democrats who advocate much of what they want. The only Republicans they support are the RINO's and long ago the old Country Club Republicans were in deep with this crowd. Rush Limbaugh used to speak about how they tried to seduce him into joining them.
At any rate I think Russia fears this as much as anything, and the Russia People are willing to tolerate a guy like Putin because they figure he will fight them. Actually he does. But he's still a bad guy and not someone to trust or support. Some Conservatives love Putin, think him our champion; think again. He is a cutthroat politician and dictator and that's what he wants for everyone. He's just old school about it, not the slimy, sneaky, underhanded Fabian Socialist method of infiltration and seduction. He just takes what he wants openly.
That kind of guy is almost as bad as the weasels in the World Economic Forum.
Now Zelensky represents the European weasels and he wants to integrate Ukraine into the New World Order. He's just as bad as Putin if not worse. There are no good guys in this fight. It's only a matter of which rotten SOB will win. My money is still on Putin, but he has to finish off the Ukraine and to do that he has to take Kiev. I don't know if Russia has the strength to do it at this point.
I thought the war of attrition would work, but didn't take the emerging drone technology into account. It would have worked in the old days. But drones are a great equalizer, as we see both in Ukraine and in Iran. They are cheap, very dangerous, and do not require any sort of expertise. You just put a guy in a chair and he plays a video game. Only the game is real and real people die.
This thing will exhaust both Russia and Ukraine and that, boys and girls, is exactly what I think the Ruling Class wanted all along. Then like vultures they will swoop in and pick the carcass clean, just as they did to Russia in the nineties.
In 1957 Isaac Asimov wrote a short story called The Gentle Vultures in which an alien race of small primate-descended beings kidnapped a human being. They explained that all large-primate descended creatures were inherently warlike and almost always came to the point of extinction because of war. Being descended from small primates (aka monkeys) the aliens in the story were inherently gentle and non-warlike and what they did was find a large-primate world on the brink of technology and war and waited to swoop in after the Big One and rebuild, and in the process take over so it wouldn't happen again. It was essentially conquest without actually having to fight. (In the story the aliens were puzzled why humanity hadn't had the Big One yet and the man told them it was because technology had advanced so quickly we feared to use our own weapons.) The man rightly referred to them as vultures. The gentle alien tried desperately to claim they were benefactors trying to help large primates survive, but the man kept calling them vultures. In the end it was too much for the aliens and they left.
As the Ruling Class are not aliens but human beings, they are not going to leave because we rightly think of them as vultures. But that is what they are and this war in Ukraine is proof of that. They don't care about the deaths and suffering; you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet after all. In their minds their golden dream of a future in which people will own nothing and be happy and in which the best and brightest will lead aka rule overrides any temporary scruples about a few dead Russia or Ukrainian people. What they are doing is more important in their minds.
Putin is more of an old time dictator and conqueror; at least I can understand him and his motivations and view of things.
At any rate this is an ideological war being fought in Ukraine and Russia as much as anything and the Left in America are making it their stand. Yes, it is opposition to Trump and the efforts to restore the America that used to be (until recently) but there is so much more at stake here. The Left understands that. Sadly too few of us do.

Mohawk Jimmy Pervertrico
Timothy Birdnow
I knew he was a perv.
In times past this would have been the end of Talafreako; he wouldn't get ten percent of the vote. But now, with the election just days away, most people probably won't even hear about it as the media will no doubt sit on this until Tuesday night at a minimum. And mores have changed so much that a lot of people will just shrug. It's far less damaging now than it ever would have been.
But it still shows a man chock full of hypocrisy. He portrays himself as this good Christian man and yet he looks online to get his freak on with some skanks willing to have whatever perverted sex he's seeking.
Trump named the man well; it fits him.
Talamebananarico had an add on Fling looking for sleezy women. His account was discovered in a batch of stuff from a data breech from 2011. According to the article:
In the profile, created on Dec. 26, 2010, user "mohawk787” — with the email jimmytalarico@austin.rr.com — said he was interested in "fetish,” "groupsex,” "sexual relations,” "online flirting,” and "other.”
Talarico’s lawyers immediately responded with a four-page letter claiming that a hacker created the account, using as evidence the fact that the birth date and ZIP code don’t match Talarico’s.
These data, however, aren’t especially difficult to manipulate. But the email, which was validated, also appeared in Myspace and Zynga (remember those?) breach records, and the IP address from which the account was registered also matched one used by Talarico’s sister, which was discovered in a different data breach.
So Mohawk was jonesing for a little New Year's strange, and the stranger the better.
And as the story points out he was a sixth grade teacher at that time (what the hell is wrong with the educational system these days?)
It should be pointed out 'freako' followed porn stars on his Instagram account as confirmed by Axios.
Another point to ponder; with early voting in place everywhere October Surprises are not anywhere near as effective; a lot of people will have already cast their ballots and can't change them after the fact. That is why we need one election day and if you can't get there then unless you get an absentee ballot (with the usual restrictions) that is too bad. But these long, long voting seasons are ridiculous and it makes proper vetting a problem. Texas is a very religious state and 'Rico played on that religiousity by harping on his being a "seminarian" even while attending a church that the Church of Satan members would feel quite at home in. But now we find 'Rico was out there getting his freak on and this may well have been the straw that broke the camel's back, only a lot of folks have already voted.
If the GOP had this it needed to be released in September, maybe August. October is not the time for surprises anymore.
At any rate Talarico is a man who is way outside of the mainstream of America, and particularly of Texas. He's about as Texan as sushi, a real poser, a fugazi, a fake and phony cowboy, like the guy who used to walk around in cowboy attire in New York City. His boots are Gucci, and his chaps are Haikure from Italy. A real poser. (I had to look up "designer jeans" to find a foreign-made brand as I know nothing about fashion whatsoever.)
Will 'Rico get into even worse stuff once in office? He would have been a prime candidate for Jeffrey Epstein's Lola Express.
Do we really need another pervert like that in Washington?

Yes, Gas Prices were Higher under Biden
Timothy Birdnow
The Demo-Left is trying to claim gas prices are at an all-time high and that they were in fact lower under Joe Biden when they were six bucks or even seven in some places for a time. One of the big things they do is compare gas prices NOW with gas prices when they were at their best under Biden.
It's a cute trick, only even then it is dead wrong.
Here is an article that blows that lie right out of the water.
If we adjust for inflation Biden's best gas prices were shockingly higher than Trump's worst.
From the article:
At the top of the report, Reuters says "The price of a gallon of regular gasoline has averaged $3.472 since Trump took office almost two years ago, edging out the $3.471-per-gallon average for Biden’s term, according to data from the AAA.”
CNN and other news outlets ran the same story.
But there’s a big, hairy, audacious problem with those numbers. They don’t take inflation into account, which is the only way to make meaningful price comparisons over several years.
What happens when you do that?
We got monthly gasoline price data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Like AAA, it shows that the average nominal price of gasoline is a tiny bit higher so far under Trump II than it was under Biden — $3.451 vs. $3.446.
But account for inflation, and you get the opposite answer. The average inflation-adjusted price for gasoline under Biden was $3.89 a gallon. So far in Trump’s second term, prices have averaged $3.52 a gallon.
That means the average real price for gasoline under Trump is 10% below what it was under Biden.
Incredibly, Reuters admits that its headline is bogus, but only for those readers who make it past the sensational opening paragraphs.
So gas prices once adjusted for inflation are lower now than during the Biden era. Will wonders never cease!
The article continues:
But account for inflation, and you get the opposite answer. The average inflation-adjusted price for gasoline under Biden was $3.89 a gallon. So far in Trump’s second term, prices have averaged $3.52 a gallon.
That means the average real price for gasoline under Trump is 10% below what it was under Biden.
So, under Trump - in the middle of two major wars involving two prime oil producers and also involving the blockage of the oil transport routes, Trump is beating Biden by 10%, a Biden Presidency that saw peace in the world and the rising production of American oil and gas. Trump's prices are high from circumstances largely beyond his control while Biden's was high by choice, as he advocated the Green New Deal and other environmentalist nonsense and wanted the price of oil and gas to be high - he came right out and said it once during the debate with Trump.
And Trump was saddled with Biden's inflation at the same time.
So if any liberal uses this shibboleth slap them down hard; Biden did not preside over lower gas prices, quite the opposite. Biden wrecked everything; he was like an out-of-control wrecking ball, smashing America everywhere. Or I should say the Autopen was; it's clear Biden was not calling the shots - someone else was.
Claims Biden had ANYTHING better than Trump are a damnable lie.

Omar Case Becomes a Circus; Enter the Clown
Timothy Birdnow
Boasberg to the rescue!
Yes, our old friend James Boasberg is now in charge of the case of Ilhan Omar. FTA:
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Chief Judge James Boasberg is overseeing requests to unseal the warrant used to search Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Washington home.
The warrant dispute comes amid two federal investigations involving Omar’s financial disclosures and allegations concerning her father’s immigration paperwork.
The Justice Department argues that releasing the warrant could compromise the investigation because officials are still executing it.
Omar’s attorneys are demanding the return of seized property and allege that agents violated protections covering her congressional work.
I am certain Boasberg will find something wrong with the warrants and will annul them, meaning any and all evidence the government has collected will be dismissed.
Bozoberg the Clown is going to keep abusing his authority like that judge down in Brazil for the rest of his natural life.

I sure do wish these judges would somehow get told by somebody with the proper authority that there are places that they should not go and things they should not mess with! Way too many of them think they have the authority to run the darn country!

Agreed. Since the only Constitutionally created court is the Supreme Court they have no authority over their own branch of government, and can try to rein in these lower courts who often just flip them the bird. SCOTUS should be able to actually discipline lower court judges. But the lower court judges are a creation of Congress and under the control of Congress and Congress simply refuses to put the brakes on them because the Democrats want that and they would have to have a supermajority to take any action against judges like Bozoberg. So he runs roughshod over the Constitution and there is nothing anybody can do about it. We need to change that.

Pope to Vote by Mail-In
Timothy Birdnow
Betcha he's going to vote straight Democratic ticket:
This is just wrong; he's never coming back to America, except maybe to visit. He's a citizen of the Papal State now, not the United States, and his citizenship should be stripped from him. Now he's just being given an illegal vote.
In addition to having dual citizenship this particular Pontiff holds citizenship in Peru, making him a triple citizen. The Founders would never have allowed this sort of craziness.
Catholic News
quotes 8US Code 1482:
According to U.S. federal law — specifically 8 U.S. Code § 1481 — a U.S. citizen may lose their citizenship under specific conditions, including "accepting a position as a foreign head of state,” as Paul Hunker, an American immigration attorney and Catholic, explained to CNA. However, the law requires that such actions be taken "voluntarily and with the intention of relinquishing their U.S. nationality.”
There is nothing more voluntary than taking a position as head of state AND moving there permanently, with the intention of living in the Papal Mansion the rest of your life. Taking the job means relinquishing your citizenship voluntarily. This is different than taking another Vatican job with the intention of going home eventually; the Papacy is a lifelong career, not a temp job.
The article continues:
Hunker said that for Pope Leo to lose his U.S. citizenship, he would need to affirm his intent to renounce it directly to a U.S. consular officer in Rome, which he has not done. "I think unless he comes forward and says, ‘I have the intention of relinquishing my U.S. nationality,’ then he is not considered to have lost his U.S. citizenship,” Hunker told CNA.
The U.S. State Department generally assumes that citizens, even those accepting foreign government roles, intend to keep their U.S. citizenship unless they clearly express otherwise. This assumption could apply to Pope Leo XIV, as he has not signaled an intention to renounce his nationality. Still, the State Department reserves the right to review cases of U.S. nationals serving as foreign heads of state, as such cases "raise complex questions of international law,” the Washington Post reported.
Custom says the Pope has to renounce his American citizenship, but that is custom and it's time to deal with this. He should lose it - he's no longer an American in any way, shape, or form and should not be treated as one. Certainly he should not have the right to vote.

As do I Dana. Even if this guy was a Conservative like John Paul II I would oppose his voting based on general principle; he is NOT an American anymore. He is a citizen of the Papal State and, to sound a bit leftie here, the world.
The argument being made is the Pope isn't a citizen of the Vatican but rather is the Vatican itself so he can retain his citizenship in another country. Sounds pretty lame argument to me.

Brazil; Socialist Utopia
Timothy Birdnow
Glenn Greenwald is an American liberal lawyer and journalist living in Brazil. He had this to say on X about what is happening there.
CRUCIAL FACTS ON THE FLAVIO BOLSONARO MATTER:
It’s not just Flavio Bolsonaro who fled Brazil to escape the tyrannical persecution of Alexandre de Moraes and the pro-Lula wing of the Supreme Court. There are dozens of Brazilian exiles who have done the same: dissident journalists, activists, bloggers, and politicians who all fled to avoid certain prison for political opposition.
In most of these cases, Moraes has demanded the extradition of those who fled and whom he wants to imprison back in Brazil. But Moraes’ extradition requests have been repeatedly denied by multiple countries and institutions on the grounds that these prosecutions are politically motivated or otherwise corrupted. Among those concluing this: Spain, Italy, INTERPOL, and even the US under Biden.
Just today, Italy refused Brazil’s demand to extradite a person named @edutagli, who was once a top aide to Moraes, but then fled to Italy after Moraes accused him of having been my source in a huge leak from Moraes’ office that I obtained for reporting I did with @Folha in 2024. That massive leak enabled us to publish roughly 20 articles proving systemic abuses of power by Moraes against his political enemies: exactly the reason so many Brazilians, including Bolsonaro, know they can’t get a fair trial in Brazil.
Italy today refused to extradite the person accused of being our source on the grounds that the proceedings would be a farce because Moraes — as he so often does — wants to act as the supposed victim, investigator, and judge, and thus his demand falls well outside of Italy’s extradition standards. Again, multiple countries have concluded the same, showing what a farce Brazil’s once-respected judicial system has become under the Lula/Moraes regime.
Moraes has overseen a system of political persecution masquerading as criminal justice that has been recognized as a sham by multiple countries that are not exactly Bolsonaro allies. Nobody in their right mind who is a political enemy of Moraes would remain in Brazil once if it is clear that he intends to imprison you, since he has proven that guilt is a foregone conclusion and he operates with no legal or constitutional limits of any kind.
That is why asylum under international law exists: to protect those who cannot obtain justice in their own country because the justice system has been corrupted and commandeered for political persecution. Many people, such as Julian Assange, have needed that protection (which Lula cheered). Now people need it from Moraes in Brazil. That is sadly one of the main legacies of both Lula and Moraes over the last six years.

Patrick Stewart RIP
Timothy Birdnow
British turned American actor Patrick Stewart, best known for his role as the Captain on the Star Trek reboot "Next Generation" has
passed away. He was 86 years old.
He apparently died of Alzheimer's and something called Lewy Body Dementia, which is a term that covers a range of illnesses including Parkinson's.
I find his death from Alzheimer's ironic in that he starred in a movie called Safehouse in which he played an ex-spy who was hiding from his former boss, a man running for President. His old team was dying one by one, so Stewart's character turned his L.A. home into a fortress. But he's developing dementia and his daughter hires a live-in nurse (played by actress Kimberly Williams) over Stewart's objections. The dementia is a critical part of the story; I won't tell you how it ends in case you want to see it. It was a very good movie.
At any rate Stewart, a self-avowed socialist, is now at room temperature.
Stewart was best known for his role on Star Trek, and also for his portrayal of Charles xavier in the X men movies. He began as a Shakespearean stage actor but eventually moved to television, where he appeared in I Claudius, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and Fall of Eagles. He played Captain Ahab in a remake of Moby Dick, Ebeneazer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, and Henry II in The Lion in Winter. He hosted the documentary When the Lion Roars about MGM Studios (which my mother had on vhs.)
He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth in 2010.
Anyway Stewart was heavily involved in domestic abuse prevention, since his father, a WWII war hero with PTSD, used to beat his mother. He was also an avowed atheist, so one must fear for him as his final destination is likely to be unpleasant.
So say a prayer or two for him. Now, we have to wonder who the next two will be.

Star Trek: Next Generation always had a left slant to it. Wonder if that was Stewart's push?

I wouldn't be surprised Dana. It definitely was more liberal than the original Star Trek and more liberal than many of the other Star Trek series. I know Star Trek Picard was VERY liberal and Woke and that was Stewart's creation entirely sso that could well be.

How the Grinch Stole the Election
Timothy Birdnow
This is what they pulled in Detroit in 2020, when windows were blocked.
From the article:
Daniel Baxter, Detroit’s top election official, made a general announcement to the room, suggesting it was a good time to take a break as election workers sorted through "military” ballots.
Republicans had a room on another floor where food, snacks, and tables and chairs were available. Democrat poll challengers and outside agitators somehow knew to stay in the room. They had already commandeered the only available tables and chairs in the counting room. Their pizza boxes were later used to block the view of Republican poll challengers.
Republican poll challengers were locked out of the room where an almost exclusively Democratic paid election workforce counted 170K+ absentee ballots from the November 2020 election. COVID, they said.
Democrat poll challengers and election workers began covering the windows with a stack of large sheets of white cardboard. Much like the stacks of strategically placed bricks appeared in cities around America during Obama’s race riots, the cardboard and tape just happened to be at the front of the room, ready to cover the only windows into the counting room.
So the GOP, in their usual dim-witted way, trusted the Democrats. Nobody thought to break down the door when it was locked, and of course they didn't keep a few Republicans in the room just in case. Like always the GOP showed itself to be Keystone Cops.
Jocelyn Benson, Michigan's Secretary of State and a member of the board of the Southern Poverty Law Center then told a bald-faced lie about why the windows were covered "they were being broken". Well, the GoP should have broken them and pushed their way in. I'm sure the Republican National Committee could spare some money to replace the broken window.
Union thugs who were not poll workers were present to act as enforcers.
But wait! There's more!
One election official looked up the voter to see if they were in the QVF or Qualified Voter Files. If the voter wasn’t found in the QVF, the election worker looked them up in the Supplemental poll book (used to record same-day registrants). If the voter wasn’t found in either poll book, the election worker entered a registration date of 1-1-1900 to override the system and automatically register them to vote. Previously, poll challengers were told election workers entered a birth date to override the system and allow them to process ballots for "military voters” who couldn’t be found in the qualified voter files, but we have since discovered it was, instead, a registration date. Several GOP poll challengers testified that they saw this happen at counting boards across the room.
Once the voter was "entered” into the system, one of the workers would hold up the ballot (which, in my case, looked like a ballot on a piece of fax paper) and read off the name of each candidate the "voter” chose, and the other election worker would fill out a new ballot that could be put through the tabulator, since the "military” ballots were not on official paper.
So basically anyone who showed up got put through the system without any vetting whatsoever. Cute trick.
Most GOP poll challengers reported on affidavits that the "military” voters they watched being processed voted either straight-ticket Democratic Party or for Joe Biden. Typically, military voters vote Republican. According to Pew Research, in the 2024 election, about 61% of veteran registered voters supported Trump (vs. 37% for Harris). Similar margins appeared in 2020 (~60% Trump) and 2016 (~61% Trump).
And here is the kicker:
Only 746 UOCAVA ballots were cast in the November 2020 election.
Of that number, only 132 "MILITARY” UOCAVA Overseas ballots were cast.
616 CIVILIAN UOCAVA Overseas ballots were cast.
Only 125 have accompanying envelopes
24 of the 125 absentee envelopes were sent to Detroit addresses, not overseas.
So, if there were only 132 "military” ballots, where did the thousands of ballots in the postal trays election officials called "military” ballots come from?
There is much more to this article; I just gave a few highlights. The Democrats ran a massive vote fraud mill and got away with it. George Soros really knew what he was doing when he started his Secretary of State Project; control who counts the votes and you own the country.
Cheating monsters; they disenfranchised the military people, people fighting to keep us all safe. There is no more vile action that that in politics.

General Disgrace
Timothy Birdnow
An Army general whom the Trump Administration fired was leaking secrets and has since admitted to it.
Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia admitted to leaking classified information on numerous topics, especially the Iran and Russo-Ukrainian wars. He was fired for "severe misconduct". He has also been referred for prosecution.
Sylvia was leaking to reporters, one of whom had his White House credentials revoked.
Mow, this guy was near the top of his profession, and there is no reason a man like this should not have been weeded out long before he got so plum a position.
A little about him. First, he's my homie; he grew up in St. Charles Mo., where all the people I grew up with moved when North ST. Louis County turned into ghetto. Second, he has an illustrious career; he was the Commander of the elite 101st Airborn (my father's old outfit) before that he was commander of Ft. Campbell, and he fought in Afghanistan and Iraq. He had a Purple Heart, a Bronze Star, Army Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal,
Legion of Meritand, a host of other medals. On paper he looked good. He finished his career as director of Strategy, Plans, and Policy at the Chief Joints, er, Joint Chiefs.
But it was clear there was a leak in the Joint Chiefs, and Sylvia failed three separate polygraph tests, leading Pete Hegseth no choice but to fire him.
So why was he leaking? My guess is he disagreed with the policies of the Trump Administration and wanted to undercut them. I would add that most "North County Boys" and someone from St. Charles would qualify for that, are blue collar Democrats. My family was the exception and there were a few other Conservatives around, but most were loyal to the jackass.
I bet Sylvia was one such, even though he was appointed head of the 101st during the Trump Administration then promoted. He owed his success to the Republicans.
What this shows is that the military was hopelessly corrupted at the top levels and has been for some time now. This guy was either corrupt from the beginning (and his superiors should have figured that out) or he became corrupt as a result of the woke military culture that blossomed during the Obiden eras.
He should go to prison for this; it cannot be tolerated. Since he is no longer on active duty (he retired recently) he will have to face the more lenient civilian courts rather than a court-martial. Too bad.
How could we win a war with scumbags like this?
BTW t Hegseth's rule that journalists had to be accompanied undoubtedly tied in with this, and Sylvia got around that by just meeting the journalists outside the building.
Laura Loomer:
NEW:
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth @PeteHegseth
has fired Army Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia.
You’ll recall that after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, I exposed Gavin Sylvia, a he/him data analyst at @fema, for celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. Following my report, Gavin Sylvia was placed on administrative leave.
Gavin Sylvia is the son of Brett Sylvia.
Senior Pentagon official tells me:
"Army Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia, who was part of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was fired by Secretary Hegseth for severe misconduct…Sylvia is the subject of an investigation for leaking classified information about the Iran War, the war between Russia and Ukraine, and more. Due to the Pentagon’s media policy requiring journalists to have escorts in the building, Sylvia began meeting with journalists outside of the Pentagon in order to leak classified information.”
Senior Pentagon official also told me,
"Sylvia failed three polygraphs which questioned him about leaking classified information. The investigation into him remains ongoing and has been referred to the Department of Justice for further action. The extent of his leaking became so critical that Secretary Hegseth took immediate action and fired Sylvia in order to protect national security.”
I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
end
So the Sylvia family appears to be good little neo-Marxists who have reason to wish the current administration ill.
This is a wild story and it may get even wilder as we learn what Sylvia leaked and to whom he leaked it.
Developing.

Fugaze Dan Sullivan
Timothy Birdnow
Well, well, well. Up yonder in the Great White North Decoy Dan Sullivan is now
refusing to go under oath and testify that he just ran of his own accord as he has been claiming.
Only one reason not to agree to sworn testimony - he's lying.
Sullivan, a lifelong Democrat, ran as a Republican in an attempt to unseat Sen. Dan Sullivan, and since Alaska has ranked choice voting his name appears on the ballot along with the Real Dan Sullivan and their mutual Democrat opponent.
The New York Times, hardly a lover of Republicans, ran a story which cited no fewer than 12 sources, all of whom claimed there was a conscious plot by the campaign of Mary Peltola to find and recruit a Democrat named Dan Sullivan precisely to trick voters and split the vote, handing Peltola the victory. It is politics at it's nastiest.
The DOJ plans to sue to nullify the election results of the real Dan Sullivan loses.
Mary Peltola denies any knowledge of this, naturally.
According to the NY Times, a midwestern operative went around Alaska, deep into the backwoods towns, and bought beer for anyone named Dan Sullivan where they tried to recruit said fugaze Dan to "run" for the Senate. The faux Dan Sullivan did not even campaign; he just needed to have his name on the ballot.
Fake Sullivan is Daniel J. and the incumbent is Daniel S. Fake Sullivan was going around calling himself Daniel S. Sullivan and tried to get himself listed on the ballot that way, even though his middle initial is not S.
Democrats are such cheaters.

You said it Dana; it stinks on ice! It's just a way to split the vote so the Democrats, with their superior ground game, can win.

The Rebs
Timothy Birdnow
Isn't this illegal? If so, there should be warrants for the arrest of local mayors and town councilmen.
I thought the Civil War ended the idea of state nullification once and for all.
John C. Calhoun would be proud - and so too would the guys who fired on Ft. Sumpter.

Non-Citizen Voting Bleeds into State and Federal Elections
Timothy Birdnow
A quarter of all of Cheverly Maryland's non-citizen voters voted inn the Federal elections,
according to the ACLJ
So claims that local ordinances allowing non-citizens to vote are in fact a dirty trick to elect more Democrats at the federal and state levels and not just for school boards or town councilmen.
From the article:
The American Accountability Foundation requested the records of that supplemental registry on October 17, 2025, under the Maryland Public Information Act. Cheverly acknowledged the request. Then it produced nothing. Eight months passed. Follow-up inquiries went unanswered. No documents arrived. Then the American Accountability Foundation asked the ACLJ to get involved, and we filed a lawsuit.
Last week, the town turned over the "Non-citizen" Voter Registry, containing the names and addresses of 98 individuals.
The ACLJ then conducted an extensive review of the names and addresses on this supplemental "Non-citizen" Voter Registry, cross-checking them against publicly available voter data. The results of our investigation show that at least 25% of the names (including matching addresses) voted in what are listed as federal and statewide elections between 2020 and 2024 (no local elections were held on the same day as federal elections those years). Additionally, at least eight of these voters appear to have also voted in federal elections BEFORE this supplemental list was created by ordinance – going back to 2016 presidential election. The ordinance expressly states that individuals on the county's state and federal rolls should not be on this supplemental list. Because the "non-citizen" supplemental voter registry is not supposed to include individuals registered to vote in federal elections, no one on this list, logically and legally speaking, should be able to vote in a federal election.
So total numbers are not all that much but just the fact that they are voting in the general proves a point; the whole reason communities have been allowing aliens to vote at all is so that they can get them to vote for state and federal offices. This is just one community and no doubt it is true in every community that allows non-citizen voting.
The Democrats built a machine, a nationwide machine to steal elections. Without it they would have slidden into a clear minority and would be there today. But they didn't worry about radicalizing because they figured they could just steal elections no matter who they put up there.
They didn't count on Trump's election and the sheer number of people who voted for him; we overwhelmed the fraud machine. But despite efforts to expose this stuff and prosecute it the Democrats are still gearing up to steal this off-mid-term election.
Next week we will see how much progress has been made against the fraud machine. Democrats are very good at changing up their fraud tactics and we are usually fighting the last war.

Cal. Federal Judge Attacks DOJ for Looking into Illegal Alien Voters
Timothy Birdnow
California has 20,000 illegal aliens on the voter rolls and a judge isn't going to put up with it anymore, so he is targeting the Department of Justice for it!
Instead of looking into California for not vetting their votters this judge is going after the Feds for daring to look into it.
U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, a Clinton appointee, has appointed a special "master" to look into this. He refuses to take action to segregate and disallow these bogus voters.
Carter has always been an activist. He forced an Orange County public school to allow a Gay Straight Alliance club on campus in 2000, well before this stuff was big.
He presided over the case of Anna Nichole Smith against the children of her late husband over the estate. His ruling, which gave Smith the lion's share of the estate, was vacated by a higher court since he had no jurisdiction in Texas.
He dismissed the case Barnett v. Obama in which Barnett challenged Obama's qualifications for being President because of lack of clarity over his being a natural born citizen and he did so solely on the basis that the judiciary cannot remove a sitting President. That is remedy, not judgement. The court could have heard the case and issued a judgement but left it for Congress to remove the President. But he didn't do it.
He forced a deal on Orange county when they broke up a tent city of homeless and made the county put them up in hotels for months, damaging the hotels in the process. He had a lot of homeless cases and always forced the community to house them. He was removed from one case for bias on the matter.
I could go on but you get the point; this guy is an activist and always has been.
Now he's going to screw Californians and America by letting 20,000 illegals vote. What a jackass.

Dems Preparing to Cause Chaos at Polls
Timothy Birdnow
I thought the Democrats were worried about voter suppression by intimidating them.
If you were worried about voters being intimidated wouldn't you try to send FEWER people to the polls, not more?
The only reason they are doing this is to have people at the polls to sow chaos, to cause trouble, to claim fake violations by the DOJ observers. This shows there is going to be massive trouble on election night across the country. There will be lies about the observers. There will be people yelling and screaming and in the chaos the Democrats hope to be able to keep polls open or do other dastardly things.
Beware.

Beat it COPpers!
Timothy Birdnow
So THIS is why I've been fighting with so many Gang Green trolls!
Globalists’ Climate Grift Returns In Full Force
The Facebook groups I belong to that deal with climate have been overflowing with argumentative people promoting the alarmist view and I've been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest as a result. It's been frankly wearing me out.
Now I know why; they ARE paid trolls as I've been saying. Most of them have nothing but the climate groups on their pages. No friends, nothing else. That is the mark of a troll.
We know, too, that the Gang Green pays people to troll; it's what the Left does in general. Our side has to rely on unpaid volunteers such as myself.
Anyway Craig Rucker gives us a rundown of what is happening with COP 31, the 31st Woodstock of Climate Kooks, this time to be held in Turkey, because as we all know Turkey emits no carbon dioxide and thus is sorely grieved by our careless exhalation.
This current crop at COP will be about implementing the Gang-Greenous policies. It will include:
Dynamic and resilient health systems (running on expensive, unreliable wind, solar, and backup power)
Recycling materials of every description (they prefer the term "circularity”)
Resilient, sustainable food policies (to restrict meat consumption and use of nitrogen fertilizers, biotech crops, and even tractors)
[Note from Tim; that will mean eating bugs are weeds.]
Youth education (indoctrination and fearmongering, instilling fervent activism alongside the belief that they have no future)
Craig is right and this will be yet another bloviating batch of blather yet it will be praised as forward thinking and hailed as the model that we must implement. Sadly, they have been building an army around the globe that is currently implementing just this sort of stuff, that is promoting U.N. Agenda 21/30 even now. You can see it with bike trails on city streets, with more open spaces and taller apartment buildings etc. They have been quietly gaining ground on us.
The U.N. itself
admits it is making great strides in implementing its socialist utopian goals. And implementing the Paris Accords to "save the planet" from a nebulous "climate change" is high on their list of priorities - and that means creating a world governing body to enforce agreed on limits and it also means eliminating free market capitalism.
Craig Rucker realizes all this and does a fine job pointing it out.
At any rate I knew something was in the wind. It's good to finally know what it is.
