Looks like the trial is rigged to let Letitia James off the hook.
Letitia James Lands a Biden Judge
You can't expect an even remotely fair trial from anyone appointed by that man.

Here is how you do propaganda. You dress it up as a news story, provide everything you can think of as exculpatory and neglect to explain the other side, and use unnamed sources.
Letitia James is the sitting Attorney General in New York State and the prosecutors who were investigating her were doing so under a Democratic Governor and in a deep blue state with a then Democratic Administration in power in Washington. This fairly screams corruption.
FTA:
Prosecutors who led the monthslong investigation into James' conduct concluded that any financial benefit derived from her allegedly falsified mortgage would have amounted to approximately $800 in the year she purchased the home, sources said.
The government lawyers also expressed concern that the case could likely not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt because federal mortgage guidelines for a second home do not clearly define occupancy, a key element of the case, according to sources.
1.A grand jury indicted James, not the Trump Administration, and they did so by agreeing there was ample evidence to support charges against her.
2.The degree of profit is immaterial; it is the fact of fraud that is the critical point. And you will notice they say she only made $800 IN THE FIRST YEAR while completely ignoring subsequent years. The fact is a mortgage is a long-term proposition and the first year(s) the borrower is paying all interest. The fact is James is a lawyer and knew exactly what she was doing. If not she has no business practicing law, much less being the AG. Would she have accepted this excuse from Trump? Did ABC news?
3.The possibility of not getting a conviction is also a red herring. They didn't even try because she was one of the Establishment and they assume they can play by their own rules. A grand jury thought there was enough evidence to prosecute, and this in a dark blue area. But it's not the job of prosecutors to decide who gets prosecuted or who does not when there is evidence that is good enough for a grand jury. Why didn't they take it to the grand jury in the first place? Anybody?
In typical leftist fashoion the article turns to the attack:
"I want him out," Trump said the day before Siebert was ousted, telling reporters that it was because Virginia's two Democratic senators supported his nomination. Of James, Trump said, "It looks to me like she is very guilty of something, but I really don’t know.
Why wouldn't Trump want to fire a guy who was a holdover from the previous Administration, you know, the Adminsitration that tried to frame him, when this prosecutor simply tried to spike the ball here?
Yes, Trump installed a better prosecutor to handle the case, but remember it still had to go to a grand jury.
One must remember James campaigned on a highly unethical scheme to "get Trump" even while she was swearing to uphold JUSTICE. She never cut him any slack, and did not even play remotely fair. She isn't a principled prosecutor but a partisan hatchetwoman and why does she think she deserves fair treatment now? Live by the sword die by it.
There is nothing exculpatory here. This is just a corrupt political machine that protected it's own and a willing accomplice by a major media network. It's disgraceful.

So who are the Nazis? This guy isn't MAGA.
Maine Senate Candidate Graham Platner Covered Tattoo Resembled Nazi Symbol
Notice how this ABC artcle tries desperately to call it a "skull and crossbones" tattoo when in fact it is the same tattoo sported by concentration camp guards in Nazi Germany and by the SS.
And Platner says it represented "who I thought I was" when he was a soldier, but what is the skull and crossbones? It is a symbol of death and of piracy. So he saw himself as a murderous pirate, did he?
This IS a big deal because it speaks to his inner beliefs and thoughts. And were this a Republican the media would be blowing a head-gasket about now. But this is largely being yawned at by them.
Platner states:
"This far more represents who I am now, than even the skull and crossbones did, which I thought that it was," he said.
"This has come up because the establishment is trying to throw everything it can at me. It is terrified of what we are trying to build here,” he continued.
"The Establishment" is making stuff up? I hate to tell him but he and his ilk ARE the Establishment, or near enough anyway.
An I doubt he knows what Fascism is, or Naziism either. As for anti-semitism, that has been a part of the movement he largely champions for some time now.
Platner was endorsed by Bernie Sanders and has been found to have called himself a Communist online, as well as promoted violence and open rebellion.
But, like, he said he was sorry so that makes it all better.
One wonders where all these Communists are coming from, and how such a dude could be a Marine in the first place.

I've said this all along. The way to defeat the Russians and end the war is to get a drastic drop in oil pices.
Low Oil Prices are Hurting Russia
If Biden had taken steps to increase oil production Russia would have long sinc ebeen defunded. Russia's entire economy is based on control of energy. Without it they go broke quickly.

New York has fined an apartment building owners $5,000 for "discrimination" in displaying posters urging residents to inform ICE on illegals in the building.
Yes, they really did that. And Kathy "hochum" Hochul praised the decision.
I suppose next they'll be fining building owners for posting "see something say something" signs to fight terrorism or asking residents to call the cops if there is drug dealing or organized criminal activity on the premises.
This is patently illegal and New York must be held accountable.
According to the article:
'We will continue our work to call out all forms of hate, bias, and discrimination across our state.
Since when is it the business of government to "work to call out all forms of hate, bias, and discrimination"? That is not a power expressly granted to government by our Constitution and in fact people have a right to be hateful and bigoted and biased if they so choose, provided they do not interfere with the civil rights of others. Illegal aliens are not here without permission and are breaking the law and if thise manager wanted to encourage other residents to call in the authorities he had every right. They defrauded him and his employers, after all, by moving in either claiming legal status or just by squatting. He did not name specific names, or cut off their utilities, or anything else. He merely asked residents to help keep illegals off of his property.
The Left is always telling us we can't legislate morality when conservatives pass laws rooted in Christian moral beliefs. Things like sodomy laws are largely disappeared. The Blue Laws which closed stores on Sunday are gone. We weren't able to t on condoms and have sex, and abstinence training has been bitterly opposed in schools. But here we have them imposing THER morality on us, demanding we ignore the legal status of aliens (which is the law of the land) and punishing those who want to help enforce a law duly passed by Congress.
It's insane. But then New York has gone stark-raving mad.
They double down:
"It is unacceptable, unconscionable, and illegal for housing providers to discriminate against their tenants simply because of where they are from," she added. "We will continue our work to call out all forms of hate, bias, and discrimination across our state.
Is it legal to discriminate based on things like selling drugs out of an apartment? Why is drug dealing a crime but not illegal aliens squatting on a poperty of hanging out on one legal? If a guy was selling cigarettes on the property the state would probably have given the landlord a medal for turning them in. And remember when New York City and Michael Bloomberg were busy making it illegal to sell large sodas? THAT was a heinous crime to them but being an illegal alien isn''t.
Sadly this was a settlement so it's over and done.

The pressure keeps mounting on Jay Jones, the embattled Democratic candidate for Attorney General in Virginia. Now it has come to ligh Jones has defrauded the courts by serving his community service hours for driving 116 mph in his own political action committee.
Laws are SO for the hoi poloi!
From the Blaze:
A court previously ordered Jones, a Democratic former Virginia delegate, to pay a fine and serve 1,000 hours of community service. According to reports, Jones completed 500 hours with the NAACP and another 500 hours at Meet Our Moment. However, he allegedly did not make it clear to the court that the latter was his own political action committee.
New Kent County Commonwealth's attorney Scott Renick was assigned to investigate questions surrounding Jones' community service. Yet, Renick felt "it would be improper for him to act in the matter ... due to a potential conflict," according to court records obtained by Blaze News. He recommended the court assign special prosecutor Nathan Green
If the GOP should somehow have the votes in the statehouse and if this guy wins they could impeach him.
Jones was already in hot water over the speeding incident and the violent rhetoric he employed. Again from the aticle:
So this guy would murder his rival over Hitler or Pol Pot, and not just his rival but his rival's children as well. Is THIS the kind of man who should be the chief law enforcer in the Commonwealth? Should this guy be in any position of authority at all? I wouldn't trust him to be a crew manager on the swing shift at McDonalds.
Hopefully there is still some sanity left in Virginia, even if the northern part of it IS suburban D.C.

You can't get these types out with a crane..
Trans agents are still working inside the Secret Service…
Until transgenderism is redefined as a mental disorder (as it was until just a few short years ago) they will continue to burrow into our political machinery. And getting any bureaucrat out is the closest thing to an Old Testament style miracle you are likely to see in this lifetime.

Isn't this pretty much reinventing the wheel?
The Zipper Is Getting Its First Major Upgrade in 100 Years
The article argues this is the first upgrade in a hundred years but that's not really true. There was the zip closure on plastic food storage bags, for instance, that eschews teeth entirely and uses a plastic seal. And there was velcro.
So this is the first upgrade to a metal zipper, but so what? There was not exactly a crying need for an improvement; it was one of history's great practical inventions and after a number of years of improvement it reached the point where it required nothing further. Like the wheel, once you have the basic form you have something that needs no further tinkering. Oh, you might change the TIRES on a wheel, or other ancilliary things, but not the wheel itself.
For those who do not know the zipper started life as a hook-and-eye fastener system for ladies shoes. A fashionable woman of the time had to spend a lot of time hooking the hooks into the eyes on her shoes and it was a tedious exercise. So one Whitcomb L. Judson began experimenting to invent a fastener that would hook the shoes for them. He found this to be very difficult as did everyone else pursuing that particular goal, but he came up with a redesign that had small teeth that interlocked as you pushed them into the proper position. He chucked the hook and eye entirely and thus th zipper was born.
It hasn't required much in the way of upgrading because it was simple and worked beautifully. Most improvements on zippers were on their efficiecy. When I was a kid things would catch in zippers all the time (including my most tender masculine parts) and zippers would often stop staying closed and you could either replace the zipper or buy something new. In those days you replaced before you bought new.
Now zippers hardly ever fail and, being an adult, I don't know about catching your regal scepter in them (I assume it still happens but the teeth are smaller and probably less apt to do that. Oh, it helps to wear underwear too.)
This innovation simply removes the fabric strip that the zipper is sewn into, making it look more sleek. But who cares? I have no doubt this is far less practical. It seems to me you will wind up with more wardrobe malfunctions since the zipper will be moved about much more than on the fabric strip. And to replace the zipper you will have to cut the fabric of the clothing itself, not just remove the strip.
I wouldn't call this an innovation so much as a simple change in style. A real innovation would use, say, a magnetic field to lock the zipper.
BTW a good deal of our biomolecular understanding comes from the simple zipper, which acted as a model for hos enzymes work on molecules and how things like DNA work. Scientists observed how the zipper worked and extrapolated to their own research. I once had a book about that, among other things.
So, as Leslie Nielson said in Airplane, go out there and win one for the zipper!

They must put LSD in the water up yonder in Minnesota.
Woke Minnesota Supreme Court says trans women must be allowed in female sports after hulking POWERLIFTER sued
Our Northern Tier Editor Dana Mathewson lives up yonder ways. I suspect he drinks only bottled water.
This is a flagrant violation of Title IX and as such it becomes a Federal matter. Hence the plaintiffs can probably bring suit in Federal court and overturn the ruling by these justices who clearly needs either glasses or new brains.
Powerlifting requires muscle mass and the proper frame and a "woman" who is actually a man has a huge advantage. I imagine this particular Xi has pretty much broken most lift records as a girl.
He's not a girl and everyone but the buffoons at the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Luigi Mangione Claims He Was Beaten by Seven Ladyboys in Thailand Months Before CEO Killing - Report
Guess seven wasn't his lucky number.
Do notice how yet again we see transsexuals at the center of some violent act. Was Mangione a tranny chaser? Maybe. And just like that creep who murdered Charlie Kirk he would wind up murdering someone.
OR he was just assaulted by the "ladies"; we; don't know. He may have just been a victim here; Thailand isn't exactly a safe place. But the coincidence is interesting to observe.

Gavin Newsom - groomer in chief!
Newsom Signs Bill Pointing Kids Toward LGBTQ Site
This site has no age verification and no way to stop anyone from messaging minors.
FTA:
Newsom signed Assembly Bill 727 on Oct. 10, which was World Mental Health Day, mandating that school IDs for public middle schools, high schools, and colleges have contact information for The Trevor Project on the back.
The group purports to prevent suicide for self-proclaimed homosexual and transgender young people, but their online forum, TrevorSpace, lacks age verification and moderation standards, according to The Christian Post.
Brenda Lebsack, a Santa Ana Unified School District trustee, said that The Trevor Project allows for easy predation on children.
"I saw with my own eyes that Trevor Project is putting kids in harm’s way through TrevorSpace by connecting minors with unfettered random adults on an international virtual platform to explore their genders and sexualities, and this is dangerous for our most vulnerable kids who identify as LGBTQ,” Lebsack wrote in a recent article, according to a release from the California Family Council.
TrevorSpace is advertised as a "welcoming online social community for LGBTQ+ young people between the ages of 13-24 years old.”
There are over 400,000 members on the forum, where young people can "find support groups and make friends.”
The California Family Council wrote that "multiple investigations, including those cited by law enforcement and school officials, reveal that anyone can create an account, set their age, and directly message minors.”
Read it all.

John Brennan referred to DOJ for criminal prosecution.
"It Doesn't pay to piss of john brennan. He has a million ways to hurt you"
Looks like the same holds true for Donald Trump, eh John?
(I don't remember which Democrat said that but it was a Democrat. Naturally a Yahoo web search wouldn't turn the quote up. )
Brennan is a man who never belonged anywhere near the levers of power. He admitted on his CIA application he voted for the Communist Party USA, yet was hired anyway. He loved Muslims and may well have been one. He authorized torture and criminality on a vast scale. And he tried to destroy the legally electred President of the United States because he didn't agree with that man's policies. It was Brennan who likely gave the order to lie about Hunter Biden's laptop, for instance.
If there was ever a mand more deserving of being charged with crimes I surely don't know who tha would be.
He who lives by the sword shall surely perish by it.

This guy get's it partly correct but he misses part of it too.
How the Left Justifies Violence and Why They are Impervious to Reason
He argues:
The result is that significant numbers of people now see themselves as the true Americans defending democracy from king Hitler Trump, and saving the nation from his far-right Nazi MAGA cult followers. They see themselves as little Schindlers protecting the neo-jewlike illegal immigrants that the ICE Gestapo wants to round up and make disappear. They see those on the Right as evil authoritarian Fascists who want to re-establish slavery, eliminate women's rights, and impose a Christian authoritarian theocracy that would persecute gays and trans and furrys and anyone they could label a deviant.
They are so convinced of their righteousness and of the evil of the right, that any action, up to and including murder, is justified in the struggle against what they see as manifest evil. If it was right to kill Nazis before, it must be right to kill Nazis now. Their virtue knows no bounds, the evil of the perceived Fascism they struggle against knows no limits—at least in their minds.
With that mindset, it is only natural that they would cheer the death of a leading conservative figure, that they would seek to protect illegal immigrants from removal, that they would advocate and practice violence against law enforcement, and loudly protest any attempt to enforce laws. The question becomes, how did we get here.
But he fails to differentiate between the soft-headed Left and the true radicals who know they are full of it but who are using the claims to gin up the "useful idiots". Communism has always advanced on the backs of the "useful idiots" and many young people fall into this category as they believe what their leftist teachers have told them and believe the lies spewed forth by the mainstream media and their own leftist circles. But many others understand full well that this is a lie, just it is a tactic to promote the Revolution.
(The Left uses all sorts of appeals to human sins including pride "you are the bright ones", lust "join us and get lots of tail", wrath "join our protest and we'll kick the crap out of who we deem as fascists", and a host of other such tools.)
He rather misses the point that human nature is wrathful and that people enjoy violence and hatred and one of the purposes of education is to create levees against such base animal instincts. Instead it is now being used to unlock the beast within and let it hang out. The beast is a terrible thing to see and it is the source of all barbarism and destruction yet the Left seeks to unleash it in their own people (and admonishes the Right to constrain their own even more) because violence serves the purposes of driving societal evolution in the direction they wish it to go. These are tried and true tactics and have been used by Leftists since the French Revolution, certainly, and in all subsequent revoluions. The Bolsheviks murdered millions of people as part of their glorious new order. Revolutions require a blood sacrifice; it is a religious act to appease Molock.
As Saul Alinski said, it is the duty of the radical to "rub raw the sores of discontent". These people understand only the sword when it suits their cause.
And since they either do not believe in God at all or they believe in a Deistic God who pays humanity little mind, or they are pagan, they all have in common their absolute hatred for the Judeo-Christian heritage that America was founded on. Theirs is the same war as that of Satan, to destroy the Church of Christ and all His followers utterly. Violence is a sacrament to them. They may not consciously think that, but it's what is in their hearts.
In fact I say Sin is in their hearts, sin of all sorts. Homosexuality, transgenderism, theft - both generational through overspending and inflation and outright criminal theft, murder, intimidation, sexual pomiscuity and adultery and other perversions, etc. They support all of this because it works as a corrosive on society and because it offends Christians, which makes them happy..
And they ALL believe they are the good guys, fighting the evils of superstition and the bigotry of concrete reality, the notion there is a right and a wrong independent of our will. They think freedom means doing whatever your little heart desires. But since the desires of Man is inherently evil they act out in violence and hatred. It's as inevitable as the sun rising; they refuse to chain the beast.
He is right in singling out the educational system, which was devised by socialists way back when. John Dewey, the father of American education, was a devoted socialist who created public schools to take children from their parents and from the churches and indoctrinate them against what their parents believed and supported. It's taken over a hundred years but it has worked beautifully; schools are now nothing but re-education camps with little actual education but plenty of indoctrination.
But of course it's not just the shcools but the culture; movies, television, streaming and podcasts, and gaming all promote this Godless vision of the anointed. If they want to be anybody, they believe, they must join the Revolution. And being somebody is everything to them because they have nothing else. There are no eternal rewards from Heaven; you have to get yours while you are here. You won't get anywhere by playing nice they believe.
And let us not forget that they are being taught they are going to die horribly from Global Warming or economic collapse or whatnot and this is an assault on them personally - and they have a right to defend themselves! In their juvenile minds it is the Right who are the aggressors and the sinners. They don't realize that it's not about profit or hatred by the right wing but about protecting the means of production lest the poor actually die in the declining economic situation. History is replete with examples of such things happening, for different reasons, granted, but if we drastically reduce our emissions people are going to die. If the Warmiacs, the Gang Green, are correct people MIGHT die in the future, but we'll have time to make plans to ameliorate the situation. Wreck the world economy and people die NOW, of starvation, of disease, of war. Of course they beleive Science has spoken yet they don't know the science nor do they know how much disagreement there is in the scientific community nor how marginal the effects are that are being debated. They just get their material from "mainstream" sources, all of which collude to promote their own view of calamatous climate change.
I agree completely with his conclusions but think he does not go far enough back. He thinks it goes three generations back, but this is a project that has been in the works since the 19th century at least (one can argue it goes back to the Enlightenment and the 18th century and perhaps even to the Protestant Reformation) and had started as a European philosophical movement that has spread throughout the world. It is the religion of antichrist.
Now it is coming to full fruition. This was always where the Liberal movement was heading.
