E.U. to Ban Ethanol

Isn't Europe inheretnly better than America? If so why are the Europeans banning ethanol and America still embracing it?
EU may ban ethanol over cancer fears.
The Europeans are far more worried about climate change than us dullard Americans so why ban something tha reduces greenhouse gas emissions? Anybody?

You too Dana; Global Warming was always a grift to get the U.S. to bind itself economically so they could compete.
BTW I called the Aussies "Europeans" because essentially they are, just transplanted. They think more like Europeans than do we.
