Burger War

Dana Mathewson

‘Yay! We were totally waiting for the New York Times to try shaming everyone for enjoying a good burger,’ said literally no one ever. C’mon NYT, don’t you have some sort of white privilege or trans-curious opinion piece to focus on?

Leave our burgers ALONE.

Yikes! They're out of Rollos!

Dana Mathewson

How some of the rest of the country lives. Sensible.

A word from Tim:

When I come home from the Ozark Hilton I stop at a gas station in a small Missouri town that proudly advertises "over 1,000 guns" for wale. It also sells cigarettes and booze. God bless America, I say!

We are a very different country outside of this fantasy world of the elites.

Was Rick Saccone a False Flag?

Timothy Birdnow

Here is something interesting that should entertain the tinfoil hat club. Kim DotCom made a few rare public statements recently and said:

"25% of the Democratic candidates in the 2018 election are intelligence community members, "Because the Deep state realizes we can no longer rely on our puppets.”

End excerpt.

Why is this interesting to me? Because of this.

"Rick (Saccone) has had a distinguished military career. He was a counter-intelligence officer for the U.S. Air Force, defending against commandos and espionage from North Korea. Rick was on the counter-terror task forces for two Olympic Games: 1984 in Los Angeles and 1988 in Seoul, South Korea. As a civilian member assigned to the U.S. Army, he served as a senior counter-intelligence agent in Iraq, identifying, capturing, and interrogating insurgents. Rick has also taught courses on global terrorism."

End excerpt.

Well, well, well...

Rick Saccone, the terrible GOP candidate for Pennsylvania's 18th Congressional district in the recent special election was a member of the Intelligence establishment. It makes me wonder; in light of Kim DotCom's pronouncement, did he run to lose? Was this a way to take a Republican out of Trump's quivre and punish the people of Pennsylvania, who are normally Democrats but been supporting the insurgency of Trump?

Inquiring minds want to know. more...

"Trans Gene" Junk Science

Timothy Birdnow

We're moving from junk science to absolute trash farce; an article in the U.K. Daily Mail claims U.S. "researchers" have found "transgendered genes".

The unnamed researchers (and if they were credible as the story claims they would go on record) supposedly tested 14 female to male and 15 male to female trans people at "gender " (sic) realignment clinics" and found alleged evidence (again, no details) of a genetic component affect neural development and hormones.

The Eternal Islamic War and the Blindness of the elites

Bob Redmond

The religion of peace strike again. American liberals/leftists oughta try living amongst them for a while (without armed guards), maybe in Gaza or even Nigeria where Boko Haram runs their killing fields. Anybody wanna bet the over under when the first one gets killed, say we make it a week, I'll take the under.

Enough ranting from me, I'm in a bad mood because my NCAA bracket blew up in my face. Virginia gets beat by UMBC, REALLY????💣

Australian Left Rages at Plan to Accept WHITE Refugees

Helen forwards this:

White Christians apparently unworthy of protection.

Australian Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton has put forward a plan to resettle white South Africans in danger of genocide by the African National Congress, which has just nationalized white farms and property and started a campaign of violence and murder against them. The Left has exploded in rage that a Australian official wants to bring WHITE people into Australia.

The Left constantly yells that we need "more gun-control laws," especially stronger background check provisions.

Well, all the background checks in the world won't catch undesirables who aren't in the system.

And then this happens.

"Captain Peachfuzz" Biden Considering Presidential Run

Dana Mathewson

Oh, puh-leeze. . . Report: Former Vice President Joe Biden Preparing Another Run for President in 2020

I can't decide whether he should, or he shouldn't. Having him in the race will dilute the "gene pool" but will it really make a difference? He never had a chance in any of the years he ran, and he has no chance now. Who'd be his running mate? Pelosi?

More on the East St. Louis Housing Gun Case

Timothy Birdnow

Reason published an article by Eugene Volokh about the East St. Louis Housing Authority gun ban case I wrote about in American Thinker yesterday.

For a quick recap of my article, a woman living in public housing in what Donald Trump would call a s hole, aka East St. Louis (America's premier third world city) was facing eviction for keeping a firearm for her protection. She had been raped and had an ex who was violent, and the woman was a legal concealed carry permit holder. She is suing, arguing she has a Second Amendment right to possess the firearm. The government disagrees, arguing that since she is accepting assistance from her fellow citizens they have a right to put restrictions on some things - such as gun possession. The case is pending in court.

Volokh states:

"There is little law on the subject, and it's mixed: more...

George Soros, the Hungarian ex-Nazi billionaire who is trying to make the world safe for communism and short-sale profits, is buying up DA slots across the nation. Printus LeBlanc has the story at the Daily Torch:

Soros has used his considerable finances and political clout to challenge district attorneys that do not fit into his progressive ideological agenda. more...

Losing Pennsylvania Oh One Eight

Timothy Birdnow

As the media and their Democrat allies continue to crow about how they are going to absolutely STOMP the Republicans and that SOB Donald J. Trump in the next election because they won a Republican held seat in Congress, I would like to make a few more observations about this "historic" victory.

First, there are more registered Democrats in Pennsylvania 18 than Republicans. Although the GOP has been gaining ground there for a long time, the district is still more Democrat than republican, so base turnout is critical. Wikipedia states: more...

Safe Schools or Secure Prisons?

Timothy Birdnow

Here is an interesting essay arguing against improved security in public schools. While I have argued for armed teachers and for greater armed security in schools - including a neighborhood watch of armed, trained, vetted volunteers - John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute makes a good case in opposition.

From the Whitehead essay:

"Nowadays, students are not only punished for minor transgressions such as playing cops and robbers on the playground, bringing LEGOs to school, or having a food fight, but the punishments have become far more severe, shifting from detention and visits to the principal’s office into misdemeanor tickets, juvenile court, handcuffs, tasers and even prison terms."

Republican bathtub attacks Mrs. Clinton in India

Jack Kemp

Those Deplorables will stop at nothing! And just after Hillary probably had a few drinks to steady her nerves...

She said that Republicans "didn't like black people getting rights." Hillary, check the vote count for the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Most who voted for it were Republicans. And check out Abraham Lincoln's political affiliation during the Civil War. This is just a bunch of hate filled lies from the former Wicked Witch of the West Wing. Maybe she can now get a wheelchair like Old Man Potter in "It's a Wonderful Life."

Hillary Clinton fractures wrist after slipping in India resort bathtub, report says
Hillary Clinton's visit to India suffered another setback this week as the former secretary of state fractured her wrist after slipping in the bathtub at the five-star resort where she was staying, according to a report by DNA India.
The website reported that Clinton was taken to a hospital in the city of Jodphur at around 5 a.m. local time Wednesday. Clinton underwent an X-ray and a CT scan that confirmed a hairline fracture of her right wrist.

The Times of India reported that Clinton had been given a plaster bandage and advised to go for another checkup in three days. The injury does not impact Clinton's ability to travel.

The Times of India and DNA India both reported that Clinton had been treated for pain in her right hand since she arrived in Jodphur Tuesday afternoon. The pain forced her to cancel a planned visit to the 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort Tuesday evening.
