Oh, puh-leeze. . . Report: Former Vice President Joe Biden Preparing Another Run for President in 2020

I can't decide whether he should, or he shouldn't. Having him in the race will dilute the "gene pool" but will it really make a difference? He never had a chance in any of the years he ran, and he has no chance now. Who'd be his running mate? Pelosi?
