Composting Burials
Timothy Birdnow
The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out, the worms play pinochle on your snout...
Yes, the Left is coming for your cemetery plot. They want to turn you into garden food.
Aldous Huxley would understand this perfectly; it's just what he predicted in Brave New World.
This shows no respect for the dead.
Basically they stuff you into a biodegradable bag - like a lawn waste bag - and fill it with nutrients to feed the worms so they gobble up your corpse. Then when you are ripe the flowers will grow dandily!
This is a kind of utilitarianism that the Left has always sought, to de-sacralize human life, make it just a natural process, no more worthy of reverence than the trees or the small animals. It's ultimately part of their war on God; by treating people as not made in God's image but as simple biological material they make God irrelevant and that is the whole point.
This proves that. How a civilization treats it's dead speaks volumes on who they are and what they believe. This is pure materialism and it certainly illustrates the fact there are those who want a purely materialistic society. Name just one great civilization that was purely materialistic; you can't because there are none. They die, to be replaced by those who have some sort of faith. Human beings require faith.
As do our dead. Purposely making them worm chow illustrates we are a decadent and decaying society. No question.

Thank goodness Jesus' body didn't have to go through any of that. Joseph of Arimathea went to Pilate and asked for Jesus' body and Pilate gave it to him, after asking "But Joseph, isn't that new tomb of yours supposed to be for your own family? This Nazarene is a stranger to all of you."
Joseph replied "It's just for the weekend."

Omar: Somali Fraud is TRUMP'S Fault
Timothy Birdnow
Omar tries to shift blame to Donald Trump for the MEALS program her Somali homies looted.
Fox News Politics
@foxnewspolitics
FIRST ON FOX: Rep. Ilhan Omar breaks silence on Minnesota's Feeding Our Future fraud scandal, denying any knowledge of the scheme — then pointing the finger at Trump's USDA for setting the program's regulatory framework.
The Minnesota House committee tried to subpoena her. Democrats blocked it. The committee's final report says Omar's MEALS Act 'took the guardrails off' federal nutrition programs, making it nearly impossible to verify if children were actually being fed.
Hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars stolen. Omar calls it 'reprehensible.' Critics call her explanation 'revisionist history.'
Here is what Ilhan Omar had to say:
"Any claim that I had knowledge of this scheme is flat-out false,"
"The MEALS Act was signed into law by President Trump and passed with bipartisan support as part of a broader legislative package. Trump's USDA Secretary set the regulatory framework during the rollout of the program. I have always championed feeding kids and will continue to ensure our children do not go hungry."
And yet she refused to testify and Democrats blocked any subpoena. If she really has no connection to this (and the record shows a lot of communication between her office and the directors of the program) she would welcome the chance to testify. Hiding is the act of the guilty.

Chicoms Opening Car Plants in Europe
Timothy Birdnow
Why are they doing this? I would argue it is because they know the Europeans will never give up electric vehicles, being wholly wedded to the Green movement, and also because they believe Trump is an anomaly, and that when he is gone the drive to eliminate gas-powered vehicles will resume.
They may not be wrong.
From the article:
UBS analysts predict Chinese brands could control 35% of the global auto market by 2030, up from 25% this year, helped by China’s low-cost battery supply chain. Their report warned that foreign automakers face "structural market share loss” as competition intensifies.
Nikkei writes that building cars locally has become a practical way for Chinese companies to avoid tariffs and satisfy governments pushing for domestic manufacturing. BNP Paribas analyst James Kan said the strategy helps local economies "feel that they’re getting a cut,” making expansion politically easier.
Europe has become a key battleground. After facing steep EU tariffs, Leapmotor said it would source many components within Europe for production at Stellantis facilities. The company also plans to begin manufacturing in Brazil, where tariffs on imported EVs are set to increase again this summer.
Letting the Chicoms in is a crazy idea by any country there are always strings attached, and the Chinese will absolutely spy on their hosts, no question. It's putting a Fifth Column inside your country and if war breaks out you will have them to contend with. I would add it will be impossible to find labor to work at Chinese wages so they will have to be supplied with cheap labor from overseas - more immigrants to Europe to end the once proud Western culture.
But then the Europeans have had a death wish for generations now.

So they want to "penalize" the white farmers for being white. We've seen this movie before and it always ends the same way. The non-whites don't win. Gee, I wonder why not? I seem to remember it working out this way in Zimbabwe too.

No Bull: Schlitz Beer is Finis
Timothy Birdnow
Kind of sad, even though Schlitz was a horrible, horrible tasting beer.
The only worse tasting beer was Stag, in my humble opinion.
I'm surprised it lasted so long.
The title is referencing not regular Schlitz but it's malt liquor, which used a bull as it's mascot.

"Schlitz -- the beer that made Milwaukee famous." And back then it wasn't bad, compared with the run-of-the-mill American piss-water beers. I preferred Blatz myself. Egad, I'm starting to think of all the brands that were around then: Carling's Black Label, Genessee, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and whatnot.
And now that we have a million really good craft brews, I can't imagine going back to any of those old terrible old standard brands that I used to torture my liver with.

Yep; the old days there were lots of beers. St. Louis had like eighty breweries before Prohibition of varying quality. Samuel Adams was the Koch Brewing Company of St. Louis before closing and then reopening under the Sam Adams name in Boston. Some of the local brewpubs make some of these old beers from the formulas that survived and they are good or not so good. But it's fun to drink 'em regardless. I often though it would be fun to open an heirloom brewing company that did nothing but make the old beers from around here.
I remember Blatz but never tasted it. I remember all the others you mentioned too and had some of them and some not. There used to be so many; Griesedick, Stag, Lemp, Olympia, Old Milwaukee, Old Style, Hamms, Lone Star, etc. etc.
Yes, with the rise of craft beers the beer is much better. On the other hand all they seem to want to sell these days are IPA's, and over-hopped IPA's at that. The old style of IPA is largely gone for the super large comic book version. A lot of times I just want a simpler beer.

In Dunkirk, NY, right next to my home town, there was the Fred Koch Brewery that produced pretty awful stuff: regular Koch and Koch's Golden Anniversary. The Finger Lakes area of New York produced Genessee beer, Genessee 12-Horse Ale and Genessee Cream Ale.
I ran afoul of Old Milwaukee once only, luckily. And I believe Lone Star is a Texas beer, one that you either love or hate. And let's not forget Pabst Blue Ribbon, which I believe is still available and which has a definite country music connotation.
If you happen to be in Minnesota, you'll find offerings from Schell's, the second-oldest continuously family owned and operated brewery in the country, producing a number of varieties under the Schell name such as Firebrick and Schmaltz's Alt (my favorite); unfortunately, to keep the place running they've had to also brew Grain Belt, a standard, uninteresting beer under license.

Immigrant Stabs White Brit to Death - Police Arrest Victim
Timothy Birdnow
White British citizens are now fair game and the authorities are treating them like criminals, even when they are the victims.
This story is astonishing; a Sikh man stabbed a young white Brit multiple times and when the police showed up they arrested the bleeding victim, handcuffing him while he bled out. They believed the assailant because, hey! Minorities are ALWAYS the victims!
The man died before an ambulance could arrive. The cops didn't call one until he was unconscious.
Standard procedure would be to take both men into custody but apparently these cops didn't think it necessary. I would add the police are not identified and probably for good reason; they are probably immigrants themselves.
CCTV footage shows the whole incident and it is clear who the assailant was. The poor young man - 18 year old Henry Nowak, was pursued down the street by Vickrum Digwa and stabbed multiple times. Digwa had not one but TWO ceremonial knives on his person. And no marks or scratches - just his hair was down and he claimed Nowak tore his turban off (which the security tapes show to be not true).
Digwa's mother was caught on camera removing the murder weapon.
And while it is illegal in Britain to carry a knife there is a religious exception that allows someone to carry one "for ritual purposes" and Digwa's two knives were both ceremonial blades.
So a religious minority can walk the streets armed but the Christian majority is completely disarmed. If poor Nowak had been in America he could have had a pistol and ended this with his life.
Britain is soooo screwed!

Georgia RINO's Fall like Dominoes
Timothy Birdnow
Another fraud denier in Georgia went down in flames.
Sterling had ties to an outfit called Landmark Communications, a Democrat grooming company. So too was Raffensperger. They helped Democrats win public office by running as Republicans.
Sterling mocked and sneered at Donald Trump for alleging vote fraud in Georgia, an allegations that has been proven to be true as the cover-up falls apart. Who was Sec. State then? Raffensperger. And his assistant, a woman appropriately named Fuchs (I know; it's probably pronounced FEWks, but I think the other pronunciation is more appropo) who was assistant SOS also went down in flames in the recent primary.
Georgia is cleaning up. Now if only we can get Brian Kemp.

Jeffries Says He will Break the American People
Timothy Birdnow
We have to beat them electorally, and then we have to break their spirit because of the extremism that’s being unleashed on the American people that’s completely and totally unacceptable.
And that’s the approach that we’ve taken with respect to legislating on these discharge petitions.
And so while we have a responsibility to drive down the high cost of living and focus on the affordability agenda, we also believe that there’s an accountability agenda that the American people will expect, rightfully, for a separate and coequal branch of government to pursue, and led by Robert Garcia, who’ll do a great job.
Hakim Jeffries
So THEY are the ones fighting extremism, are they? Well, what does extremism mean? It means a militant assault by people far outside the mainstream.
So tell me, a guy who has a Nazi tattoo and masturbates in public restrooms is in the mainstream? That's who they are running for the U.S. Senate in Maine.
So an immigrant who married her brother to get him in the country illegally and who has her hand in a massive fraud scheme, defrauding taxpayers of billions, is in the mainstream?
So a party that once booed God during their convention is in the mainstream?
So Communists and socialists are in the mainstream?
So a party that wants unrestrained illegal immigration - something over eighty percent of Americans reject - is in the mainstream?
So a party that wants abortion on demand at any time, euthanasia, control of what people eat, of what they hear and see, that does not allow people to opt out of mandated vaccines and which forces medical insurance on everyone whether they want or need it or not, is mainstream?
It is Mr. Jeffries and his friends who are outside of the mainstream, and it is they who are the radicals, hell bent on destroying the country for their own power, enrichment, and aggrandizement.
So he want to break us, does he? I think rather it is his party that will be broken in the end, destroyed by the rocky shoals of the American public whom they show they despise.

Dixie Cups Lead Singer Back to Slam Trump
Timothy Birdnow
Anybody remember the Dixie Chicks? Anybody? Anybody at all?
Thought not. But they were a hugely popular country band back in the Bush Jr. era who blew up their career by attacking George W. Bush, saying they were ashamed he was from Texas.
They melted away into obscurity.
Anyway the lead singer of the Cups, er Chicks (they dropped Dixie, no doubt because they wanted to show their solidarity with the coastal elites) Natalie Maines decided to stick her hideous head out from the rock she crawled under all those years ago to launch a new attack - this time on President Trump:
"Our democracy is disappearing right before our eyes,This fugly sl*t is using your gas money to pay the insurrectionists.
But don’t worry about it, I’m sure posting selfies will fix everything.
My last post that called him a fugly sl*t got removed. We’ll see how long this one lasts.”
So she's learned absolutely nothing. And naturally her post is full of rage and zero substance to back anything she is saying up.
Seems to me our "democracy" (we don't have one; we have a limited republic) is doing just fine despite massive vote fraud efforts by the Democrats, legal warfare against political opposition, oppressive efforts by government such as shadow banning and other tricks to silence opponents, arrests and imprisonment to suppress enemies. She can't point to anything Mr. Trump has done that violates the Constitution, and anything she thinks may have done so has either been upheld by courts of law or Trump has withdrawn upon being ordered by courts of law.
Yeah; real attack on democracy! But the Biden Administration sure gave it the old college try.
How, pray tell, is Trump "using our gas money to pay insurrectionists"?
This old harpie needs to crawl back into the snakepit she crawled out of.

The Rat Takes the Cheese
Timothy Birdnow
Ah, sweetness itself! Ratfinkbooger gets completely destroyed in primary disaster (for him).
Raffensperger did a horrible job keeping Georgia's vote clean and he cost Donald Trump the election - and thus gave America the four year nightmare that was the Autopen Biden Presidency.
The rat committed a crime by
illegally wiretapping a conversation he had with President Trump and lying about it.
This guy was and is a snake in the grass. Fortunately he's going to have to slither his way to CNN or take some university gig for which he is wholly unqualified.
If he isn't prosecuted and in prison, that is, which I earnestly hope happens.
Ratfinkbooger is the poster boy of what has been wrong with so many Republicans over the years; he sold his soul for good press and an easy life. He knew the content of the conversation with President Trump but his staff leaked it to WaPo, or rather a frraudulent, edited version of the conversation and the rat lied about it's content to destroy Trump.

Newsom Threatens to Steal CA Governor's Race
Timothy Birdnow
California Governor Gavin "Nuisance" Newsom is threatening to rig th elections in the Golden State if it looks like Republicans will shut them out in the upcoming elections for Governor.
California Post
@californiapost
Gov. Gavin Newsom said he has a secret "break the glass” plan to prevent California from electing a Republican governor — though he’s stubbornly refused to make an endorsement in the race to succeed him.
https://trib.al/JEWmUkb
There is talk in the legislature too to change the election scheme back to the pre-2010 system where there are separate primaries and the winners go head to head. They changed the system to make it easier for Democrats to win and hold power.
Instead of offering good public policy that benefits everyone the Democrats first instinct is to rig the game. This is especially true in California where they have been rigging it for so long they've forgotten how to play it fairly.
Gavin Newsom always reminds me of Zoltan Karparthy, the Hungarian aristocrat from My Fair Lady:
That blackguard who uses the science of speech
More to blackmail and swindle than teach;
He made it the devilish business of his
"To find out who this Miss Doolittle is."
Every time we looked around
There he was, that hairy hound From Budapest.
[...]
Oozing charm from every pore
He oiled his way around the floor.
Sounds about right.

The Hand in Pants Candidate
Timothy Birdnow
So in addition to being a Nazi this guy is a pervert too!
Graham Platner, the guy running against Susan (RINO) Collins for the U.S. Senate in Maine was known to have a Nazi symbol tattooed on his skin but now we learn he liked to masturbate in public restrooms:
One 2017 post reads: "I still have to jerk off every time I sit in a portas****er… that blue water smell conditioned me.”
Perhaps even more strangely, Platner also saw fit to report on vulgar bathroom graffiti, particularly from his time serving the country.
In one of the more brazen examples, Platner would use terms like "beautiful” and "engorged and veiny” to describe crude drawings of penises in bathrooms.
If nothing else these two scandals suggest a man who is quite incautious and not just a little bit creepy. He would be a prime candidate for a foreign blackmail scheme.
The Leftist Platner clearly has rather disgusting sexual habits.
So let me see; Platner got a Nazi tattoo with his Marine buddies but never had it removed until he was running for the Senate, and he recently deleted his Reddit account full of talk about masterbating in pubic toilets and waxing poetic about drawn penises on the bathroom walls.
Is this hand-in-pants guy the kind of person we need in the Senate? If nothing else he has horrible judgment.
I suppose this sort of thing might make him successful in San Francisco or some such but I rather doubt Maine will cotton to it. Even the liberal Mainiacs in the south, the expats from Massachusetts (the guys they call the Mass-holes) might find it a bit tough to pull the lever for a creep who jerks off in public toilets. All this guy needs now is a trench coat.

Jimmy Crack Corn and I Don't Care - Tom Massie's Gone Away
Timothy Birdnow
As I'm sure everyone is aware by now, Thomas Massie, (R Kentucky) lost to Trump backed primary challenger dairy farmer Ed Gallrein in yet another signal that it doesn't pay to knife Mr. Trump in the back.
Massie is a seven time incumbent, spending 14 years representing the same northeast Kentucky district.
I am quite happy to see this; Massie has been voting with the Democrats on key issues of late and had become the John McCain of the House of Representatives. Oh, did I mention, he
was accused by a former girlfriend of offering her hush money to keep their affair quiet? I know; it may well be just a spurned lover, but it shows he was probably out catting around between the death of his first wife and his second marriage, which may mean he was open to blackmail.
It''s a shame really; Massie was solidly Conservative on so many issues. But he went down the path of libertarianism and sided with Demcrats on a number of key occasions. He voted against sanctions on North Kora, for instance. He voted with all the Democrats to override Trump's declaration of emergency on the southern border. He joined Democrats in trying to impose the War Powers Act opposing the U.S. military involvement in keeping shipping open in Yemen He resisted U.S. involvement in Iran in any fashion. He was the only Republican to join with Democrats in opposing a measure that would prevent a boycott of Israel. He was the sole vote in the GOP against the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019.He was the sole vote against the Uighur Intervention and Global Humanitarian Unified Response (UIGHUR) out of some misplaced sense of "it makes us hypo rites" since we were still doing business with China (what did he propose, we stop ALL trade?) He voted against the Iron Dome system.
He was the lone vote against a resolution denouncing anti-semitism and hatred for Israel. (He is apparently an anti-semite.) He voted against the One Big Beautiful Bill (I don't mind that he opposed it but sometimes you have to be a team player and it was the best we were going to get at that point in time.)
I could go on but the point is made. Massie didn't learn the lesson that another House Republican from Kentucky learned so painfully; Eric Cantor was the number two guy in the GOP in the House and yet he lost to a primary challenge for the same reasons. He got too big for his britches and played footsie with the Democrats. Massie is learning this painful lesson now.
It really is a pity; Massie could have done great good in Congress (and he did some great things) but it was either ego or myopia that led him to pick a fight with Trump and to side with Democrats, and if you side with Democrats you do not deserve to be in Congress. They are the enemies of the American People.
I don't know if there is still time for Massie to file to run as an independent. I can see him doing that, and splitting the vote in his district, giving the Democrat a chance to win. He shows he is not a team player and that would be just the kind of thing he would do.
At any rate the GOP needs some sort of party discipline and this is a start.
Trump-backed Ed Gallrein just unloaded on Rep. Thomas Massie after his win.
He said Massie wasn’t voting against Trump — he was voting against the very people who elected him.
GALLREIN: "Simply put, what we’d say in Kentucky because I’m pretty plain spoken, is he went to Washington, he burned every bridge, he burned a bridge factory and ran off everybody that would build a bridge to the conservative Republicans.”
"Again, the left-wing Democrats, the radical Democrats loved him.”
"His votes against our party and our nation go farther back.”
"I want to add one thing, Sean, for you and the viewers, and our conservative Republican friends out there...”
"Remember, it wasn’t just President Trump. President Trump won nearly 78 million votes in the presidential race. The most ever for a Republican president.”
"He won 31 states, including the swing states and also 312 electoral votes.”
"And here in this district, President Trump won by 85%.”
"He stood against us! But he liked to single out President Trump.”
"All that to say it’s a new day, these people deserve better and I’m going to give it to them.”

Public Trusts DEMOCRATS More on Illegal Immigration!!!???
Timothy Birdnow
Legalization of marijuana must be kicking in about now.
We've got the border crossings down near zero, and kicking out illegal criminals has seen the crime rate drop by unprecedented levels - to record low numbers. How can even someone who thinks he's Napoleon possibly believe the Democrats would do a better job at enforcing immigration laws?
Einstein once defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. By this definition the voters are batcrap crazy. They are like dogs returning to eat their own vomit.
According to Rasmussen:
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters trust Democrats more to handle immigration, while 40% trust Republicans more on the issue. Thirteen percent (13%) are not sure.
People have very short memories, it is true, but how can you forget the hordes of military-aged men pouring across the border, or the criminality, or any of the rest of the problems caused by the influx of millions of foreigners at the behest of the Democrats?
If this were any other pollster I would just dismiss this as nonsense but it's Rasmussen. I STILL dismiss this as nonsense; something has to be off on their algorithms. I find it impossible to believe that the public is that fickle, stupid, and, like the commercial for goldfish crackers, that short of memory. Maybe I'm wrong though. If I am this country is finished.

Also, remember that "normal" voters do not respond to pollsters, or they so as a friend of mine does: they tell the pollster the opposite of how they intend to vote.
I'm one of the first category voters: I don't answer phone calls from caller IDs I don't recognize, which means pollsters can't get to me.

NY Times Poll Says Democrats are Going to Cream Republicans in Midterms
Timothy Birdnow
In my best Spencer Tracy Voice "Ri-ight".
FTA:
Democrats hold an early advantage over Republicans in voter preferences ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll released Monday.
The survey found that 50% of respondents said they would support the Democrat candidate if the general election for Congress were held today, compared with 39% who said they would back the Republican candidate in their district.
Another 11% said they did not know or did not answer.
This is clearly a push poll designed to get these sorts of results to dispirit the GOP. I do not believe this for a New York Minute.
Anything involving the New York Times is bogus.
I would add repeated polling shows that the public hates the Democrats worse than they hate the GOP if that is possible. So why do they plan to vote for them now?

More Fraud from Democrats
Timothy Birdnow
Even more little "irregularities" by the Democrats:
The penalty for the single felony charge (despite this woman being caught on camera doing this multiple times) has a maximum sentence of five years. Bet she gets less then two, maybe less than one. I'll bet she's out in six months. Then she'll get a promotion by the Democratic Party and set up well.
Until we start really nailing people for this kind of thing it will just keep happening.

Even if she's only in the slam for two, it should be a very uncomfortable slam, such that she never ever wants to repeat the experience!

I am mindful of what the Warden tells Andy Dufrene (played by Tim Robbins) in The Shawshank Redemption "I'll put you down with the sodomites. You'll do the hardest time every". While we may not want it THAT hard we certainly have every right to expect her stay in prison to be a most unpleasant affair.

"Mistake" in Maryland Ballots Leave Half a Million Extra Ballots on the Loose
Timothy Birdnow
Donald Trump called out the state of Maryland over an "error" in mail-in ballots sent out to half a million voters. The state plans to issue another half million "correct" ballots.
Trump rightly called this out as an attempt to steal the state. He's right:
"In Maryland, they sent out 500,000 Illegal Mail In Ballots, and they got caught! So now, they’re going to send out 500,000 more Mail In Ballots, but nobody knows what’s happening with the first 500,000 they sent.
"[Moore] allowed this to happen in order to make sure that Democrats win. It never made sense to me that Maryland was considered an automatic Democrat State, but now I see why. I’m sure this has gone on for years,” the president wrote.
[...]
"I’m very concerned about mail-in ballots,” he said. "Mail-in ballot is, by just the nature of it, it’s going to be corrupt. So many people handle it.”
"When they were caught, they said, ‘Oh, we'll pull them back,’ and they issued 500,000 new ballots, and, as you know, they never got the original ballots back, so there are a million ballots out there. Many of them went to Democrats, and it’s a very serious thing,” he said.
This is one of the reasons the Carter Baker Commission strongly recommended against the use of mail-in ballots; too many hands on them, too much opportunity for fraud. But the Democrats didn't not listen to their own Jimmy Carter over the matter - they used his report as a blueprint for stealing elections.
Democrats have been stealing huge numbers of offices for years now and if we had free and fair elections they would be a minority party - solidly in the minority. It's so close because we let them run hog wild with vote fraud and until Trump nobody would complain. That was, in part, caused by a plea agreement from 184 where a Republican activist in Texas pulled a fast one, telling black voters the election date had changed. The GOP pleaded no contest, and signed this agreement that did not allow them to ever challenge the Democrats on vote fraud. The supervising judge retired but he came out of retirement whenever the agreement was up for renewal just to keep it in place. Trump finally had enough and told them to pound sand and it stuck. But the GOP spent42 years letting the Donkeys steal elections and they are terrified to take action even now.
Cheating metastasized with the election of 2000. The Democrats tried desperately to steal Florida (under the weak and low T Governor Jeb! Bush) and failed. It was in their minds the last time they would ever fail; they set about building a machine that could not lose. They pretty much succeeded too but Trump slipped by and now he's systematically dismantling it.
It's not gone yet as we see with this story, but it's on the run.
If we break this machine we'll be able to roll back the wreckage left from Democratic power. Their power was never legitimate in the first place.
Godspeed Mr. Trump!

How Brian Kemp Screwed America
Timothy Birdnow
I knew it! Kemp helped the Democrats with the steal in 2020.
Inspector Governor Kemp and Sec. State Ratfinkbooger colluded to screw Trump out of the Presidency and thus get in good with the Establishment wing of the GOP.
I've always been convinced Kemp was playing a very duplicitous game. It's a shame he's so popular in Georgia that he can't be taken down.
(FYI Inspector Kemp was the crazy German guy in Young Frankenstein who had the wooden arm and who was immortalized with the line "a riot is an ugly thing...and it's about time we had one!")
FTA:
Some of the most eye-opening testimony came from former U.S. Senator David Perdue. In 103 pages, he described handing Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Director Vic Reynolds a packet of evidence in May 2021 that Reynolds himself called "compelling” enough to investigate. The materials — "Video evidence and cell phone evidence, along with testimony and bank records that are corroborated,” as Perdue characterized it — had been compiled by True the Vote.
The group’s ballot-trafficking investigation had been highly controversial, drawing sharp criticism from some election officials and media outlets. Nevertheless, Perdue testified under oath that Reynolds initially viewed the evidence as compelling enough to warrant a full investigation. Perdue also pushed back during the session when prosecutor Nathan Wade questioned him about prior probes that had purportedly cleared the matter, replying that those investigations were "not to my satisfaction.”
Six months later, in November 2021, Reynolds called Perdue back. According to Perdue’s sworn account, Reynolds first told him "the governor wants me to tell you why we’re not going to investigate,” then delivered the blunt political rationale: "We’re not going to investigate because … I’m a team player. If the governor doesn’t want to investigate, we’re not going to investigate.”
So it was the Republican Governor who spiked the vote fraud investigation in the great state of Georgia. Just a few thousand votes would have given Trump the state and the Presidency. Brian Kemp is responsible for the tragedy and crime that was the Biden Administration.
The article continues:
Perdue also noted on the record that Reynolds received a promotion to Superior Court Judge of Cobb County shortly after the grand-jury session — a move that made election watchdogs suspicious and fueled a broader pattern of concern among conservative observers. The transcripts don’t prove motive, but they do make the timeline impossible to ignore.
So the Honorable Brian Kemp bought off Reynolds for a job well done. He clearly wanted the whole matter brushed under the rug. Now why do you suppose that was?
At the time, both Kemp and Raffensperger were rumored to have political considerations of their own. Raffensperger’s gubernatorial aspirations were well-known to his close supporters in 2018 before he was even elected as secretary of state, and he is currently a candidate for the office. Meanwhile, Gov. Kemp, a former two-term secretary of state himself, was and still is rumored to be considering a campaign for president in 2028. Critics claim they, and their lieutenants, were more concerned with protecting their political legacies and future aspirations than they were with protecting the integrity of our elections.
So the Laurel and Hardy of Georgia were more concerned with their futures, and with Kemp that future lay inside the beltway, he hoped. No room for any controversy on his watch!
I ascribe darker motives. I think Kemp in particular wanted to appease the GOP Ruling Class to buy their backing. I suspect he thought Trump was finished one way or another and so he was happy to toss Mr. Trump under the Greyhound to clear the way for his Presidential ambitions. The GOP Establishment had been trying every bit as hard as the Democrats to rid America of Donald J. Trump and Kemp was happy to climb upon that beautiful new White Star Line luxury ship bound from Ireland to America. Problem is, now there's a honky big iceberg in the way...
I hope more breaks on this story. I want to know who Kemp was colluding with, who he was talking to and making promises to. I suspect he made a deal with the GOPe. I want to flush these cockroaches out.
Bringing this out is a good start.

No Play Violence - Violence for Real
Timothy Birdnow
Scrolling through the Bongino report I noticed two stories which dovetail with each-other (and I don't think that was intentional from the editor) and those stories make a fundamental point about the human condition - particularly about the male human condition - and the evolution of our society.
"I don’t like someone being murdered. I don’t like explosions and guns. I don’t like histrionics. I don’t like things that raise the stakes without real feeling underneath," she said. "I mean, that actually bothers me because that’s like noise. I don’t know how to play it. I don’t want to watch it."
Her choice of course and that is fine if she doesn't want to play in such films. I respect that. She has every right. But I think she is rather naive, or at least doesn't understand the role such movies play in society and why they are important.
Which brings us to the second article which is about the Star Wars franchise and why the Kathleen Kennedy sequals are losing so many fans.
The upshot of this essay is Kennedy rejected the male-oriented space opera approach to the genre' in favor of a more feminine style with more emphasis on the mysticism of the Force and stressing characters and more complexity.
But that isn't what Star Wars was and it is not why the movies succeeded in the first place. Star Wars was a throwback to an earlier time in filmmaking, where the good guys were easily identified, the bad guys were bad, there was right and wrong, good and evil, and the two fought. Young boys watched enthralled as the rebels resisted the evil Empire, fighting with bombs and ray guns and cool spaceships. Han Solo was beloved because he was a crazed fighter who turned to attack against overwhelming odds. The hero stood firm and proud and got the girl in the end.
Granted George Lucas had weakened that a bit with his turning of Darth Vader into the hero in the end, but the original three, and even their prequals, still kept the basic thread.
My point? Movies with violence, with shooting and action, have a special appeal to young boys and men more than to women, but they appeal to many women as well and that for a good reason. In life you can't go shooting up people. Boys in particular have their aggressions, their natural biologically based need to fight against other cave men and saber-toothed tigers and Mastadons, are suppessed by civilization. Theatrical violence is cathartic to them; it gives them an outlet that lets them blow off the steam from the suppression of their base urges.
Girls need this far less than do boys, but they need it too.
The problem is the Leftist view of human nature. They believe it is malleable, easily changed through social conditioning. If they rid the imagery that shows things they do not like they think the public's view will follow. To liberals everything is about social conditioning; if they can control the narrative, control the images seen by people, they can simply eliminate things they do not like - like aggression or anger or social grouping, or anything else.
That is what Kennedy did to Star Wars; she turned it from a morality play about virtue and strength and the warrior ethos into a different kind of morality play, one that emphasized virtues, certainly, but not ones that appeal to boys, who need an outlet for the things they are forced to suppress.
Play of any kind serves that purpose, as well as training for adult life. Little boys will make their fingers into guns if they have no toy guns and we are always hearing about crazy liberal school marms calling in the police because a kid pointed his finger and said "bang~" They want the boys playing with dolls and tea cups. But Nature and Nature's God didn't make them want to play with such things; the role of the male is protection and supplying food - both skills that require strength and a warrior ethos.
Those tendencies need to be guided into healthy outlets, not suppressed. Action movies supply those very outlets.
So Moore and Kennedy are suffering from the same misguided view, that violence on t.v. and in movies automatically leads to violence in real life. Research on video gaming shows this isn't true. On the contrary, it almost certainly leads to LESS violence as kids are able to get it out of their systems.
At any rate our society has turned far to pacifistic and we are already paying for that. School violence is way up despite "no tolerance" rules imposed by idiot school administrators and busy-body teachers. When kids could watch cowboy and Indian movies, or movie about gangsters, or other things with faux violence there was less violence in the real world. Now we ban play-act violence and then are horrified violence is breaking out all over.

Girls need it too, or they need to know they can find reliable boys (men) to do it for them, not because the girls will trade something for it, but
because it's the right thing to do. And that's something that is, or should be, baked into a proper Western, which Star Wars pretty much was, and which Kennedy had absolutely no knowledge of.
Lucas was, after all, no John Ford.

Well said Dana. Yeah; it was indeed a Western and Westerns have key elements that make them work. Kennedy certainly has no clue about that.
Speaking of Westerns, they were as extinct as the T-Rex back in the Seventies when Star Wars was made. What revived them was the mini-series Lonesome Dove. Suzanne de Passe made that series and the only reason was because she wasn't an American filmmaker but was from Montserrat and didn't have the baked in prejudices against Westerns. She also wasn't a filmmaker at all - she was a Motown record producer (she discovered the Jackson Five). She took the option on Lonesome Dove and everybody laughed at her; it had been around as a script for years and nobody wanted it. But Larry McMurtry decided to turn it into a novel and it went to number one and that made the network decide to make it into a miniseries and when Robert Duvall signed on everybody wanted it. That and the movie Silverado brought the Western back from extinction.
I know all this because I have an anniversary edition with interviews with de Passe (who was a very humble person and seemed like a sweet lady.)
