This from the place that arrested people for NOT wearing masks just a couple of short years ago.
California Bans Most Law Enforcement, Including Federal Agents, From Wearing Masks
I don't see this holding up in Federal court. The only way this could stick would be if they banned ANYONE from wearing masks, and even then they likely do not have a legal right to do that.
This is just a way of putting ICE agents in harms way and those evil SOB'S know it.

It's like a bad Dracula movie.
ABC is reinstating Jimmy Kimmel.
Let us hope Sinclair and Daystar follow through and refuse to air his hate-filled rants.
Time to Budlite ABC.

This is interesting. Apparently the Globalists and the E.U.seless partisans stole the last election by flooding Moldova with mail-in ballots of dubious authenticity. The pro-Russian opposition there was enraged as a pro-E.U. president assumed power, and now there is another election on the way and the Brussels - sprouts are probably planning another election theft. The State Department fears chaos if that happens.
Watch Moldavia
From Conservative Treehouse:
Well, consider that Maia Sandu’s election last year was not won by a vote of the majority of Moldovan’s who physically reside in Moldova, but by a reported half-million mail-in ballots that tipped the scales in her favor. Those same mail-in ballots also changed the results of the referendum that asked Moldovan citizens if they wanted to join the European Union.
The stakes are very high for the EU and NATO alignment. If the Moldova parliamentary election results in a more pro-Russian governing body, the best designed plans of the U.K/NATO/EU and global intelligence apparatus could be significantly damaged.
Mai Sandu’s Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) is in a tenuous position. Sandu and PAS are globalists, influenced a great deal by European money and promises of affluence. Their collective opposition within Moldova is an assembly of nationalist voices represented by Patriotic Bloc, a new group of existing pro-Russian opposition parties.
The European/Globalist leviathan keeps pushing people into the Russian orbit. They insist on the complete surrender of all culture and tradition to the New World Order.
The article continues:
In August, the leaders of France (Macron), Germany (Merz) and Poland (Tusk) visited the capital city of Chisinau to proclaim their support for President Maia Sandu and the pro-EU movement. The trio, also called the ‘coalition of the willing’, represent fierce opposition to Russia’s war in Ukraine.
So these Western leaders are threatening to use NATO for purely political ends. Given that NATO is an "all for one and one for all" alliance it imperils every member.
I'm sorry but NATO should not have veto power over the will of the People in a sovereign state.
It continues:
He concludes:
If the EU security services think they will lose the election in Moldova, Sandu will cancel it.
Watch Moldova.
Indeed so. We are seeing a new aggression by Europe, one mmore like what Hitler did than any Cold War provocations from the U.S. While I in no way support Putin or his cause I equally do not support this pseudo-imperialism from the E.U. or NATO. They have no right to meddle in Moldovan affairs.
The Kingdom of the Beast is shaping up.

Donald Trump appears to be at the end of his patience with Pam Bondi, who is moving at a glacial pace in prosecuting the criminals who tried to destroy him.
Trouble Brewing? President Trump Calls Out Pam Bondi in Blistering Truth Social Post for Doing NOTHING about Prosecuting Democrat Criminals and Getting Tricked by Democrats – "JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!”
Bondi was put at DOJ to clean out the Deep State and bring justice for the crimes these people have committed. And while it takes time to build cases, there have been no indictments when there should be ampole evidence. More than ample.
I guarantee you had Trump's first pick (Matt Goetz) become AG he would have made this a top priority.
Trump has a bad record where Attorney Generals are concerned; his first was Jeff "Where's Waldo" Sessions, a man who simply disappeared from the face of the Earth after taking office. Then there was the former Bush attorney William Barr, whose heart was always with the Ruling Class. Now he has Pam Bondi, who has been footdragging.
He should have picked Andrew Bailey from Missouri, or Ken Paxton from Texas. Bondi is more of a defense attorney and not a particularly good one at that.
What is needed right now is someone who wants to clean up the corruption and crime in government. Nobody is asking her to weaponize anything - just do her job. But she no doubt does not want to jeapordize her future endeavors and so doesn't want to anger the Deep State too much. She could wind up being Bobby Kennedy-ized.
There is no point in our winning elections if nothing changes. That was the whole point of electing Trump, and that is why she is there. She is there to disrupt not to go along to get along.

Well, well, well....
Forensic expert blows lid on Charlie Kirk suspect's peculiar final text exchange with lover
FTA:
Dr Carole Lieberman admitted the language used by the Charlie Kirk shooting suspect appeared 'antiquated' and beyond his years.
The bombshell texts between Robinson and his transgender partner Lance Twigg were revealed in court on Tuesday.
They show the alleged assassin admitting to shooting Charlie Kirk because he 'had enough of his hatred.'
But soon after the text exchange was revealed by prosecutors, some social media users noted the awkward nature of the exchange, such as Robinson referring to Twigg as 'my love.'
Dr Lieberman, who has more than two decades of experience analyzing criminal behavior, told the Daily Mail: '"My love" isn't normal phrasing for 22-year-olds. It seems more antiquated than that. His writing is stilted.
Indeed it does and that phrase caught my eye when first I read it. That is not modern parlance.
On the other hand this guy wasn't your normal 22 year old and his relationship was not your normal pairing.
The article continues:
Forensic psychiatrist Carole Lieberman told the Daily Mail that the strange style could also be the result of a mental health breakdown Robinson experienced in Utah State University - where he attended for only one semester before dropping out in 2021.
'Tyler got A’s in high school and a scholarship to college, so he was obviously bright,' she noted.
'However, something happened in his first semester of college to make him drop out.
'Perhaps it was just coming from being a big fish in a small pond to being a small fish in a big pond.
'But, it is possible that he was having a psychological ‘breakdown’ of sorts.
Well, anyone who dresses in animal costumes for sex and chases after dudes in drag has to have a screw loose somewhere.
She points out that he was a prime age for the first outbreak of schizophrenia.
She also points out such stilted language is symptomatic of neuraulogic al issues like autism.
That was one of the things I thought of when reading about this guy. Aspbergers and Autism often manifest in unusual ways and often leads to both arrogance and a lack of empathy for others. Many times the Aspbergers people get into gaming and other such things.
The forensic psychiatrist doubts it was the product of AI. She said she thinks it too personal.
But one must ask why use text at all? Even an idiot has to kn ow that texts won't just go away; they leave a solid trail. Either this kid was delusionally stupid or there is something more afoot. Better to have bought a burner phone and communicated with that for a short time. Or waited to do it face-to-face. There was a reason why Hillary Clinton took a hammer to her Blackberry when she was under investigation.
It just may be he's simply a weirdo. I wonder what his I.Q. scores show; if he's genius level perhaps that stilted language is just the way he speaks. As the psychiatrist observed, loners often use such language because they don't have many friends are rarely actually converse with anyone.
I don't know, but given the repeated attacks on Conservatives, and knowing how the Left tried everything up to and including assassination of Donald Trump, I can't help but think this guy was simply the fall guy. I wonder who else was involved; I'm fairly sure there were others, possibly many, possibly elements from our own government. Assassination has long been a tool of the Communists - just ask Leon Trotsky.

The Pentagon is plugging the leak of intelligence by reporters and they are most displeased.
New rules authorized by Pete Hegseth makes any correspondent in the Department of War operate only with an authorized escort from the DOR, and makes them display press credentials at all times, as well as making possession of any classified information grounds for revoking press credentials. This rule not only covers classified information but controlled unclassified information as well. The new rules also limits journalists to specific areas of the Pentagon; now they can go anywhere in that enormous building they please.
Needles to say the media is upset. They consider this censorship. But I can't go to the Pentagon and just wander around the halls; why should the media have special privileges I do not? I am a citizen journalist after all.
The press loves to point to the First Amendment and believe that makes them another branch of government. But the First Amendment applies as much to the average citizen as it does to journalists. Imagine if you will a rule whereby Seventh Day Adventists were allowed open access to the Pentagon but not Catholics; that is essentially what they are demanding by saying they are journalists and have special privileges. Back at the time of the Revolution ANYONE could start a newspaper and be a reporter. There were no journalism schools and no government licensing of journalists. You just had to have access to a printing press. Shoot; Thomas Pain helped spark the Revolution and he had no journalistic pedigree. A citizen was a journalist to the Patriots, as surely as they were soldier via the militia. Oh, and teachers? There were no teaching certificates involved; you just opened a school. Patrick Henry became a lawyer without attending any sort of law school; he just talked his way into it by schmoozing two of three judges who signed his paper.
The myth of professionalism never permeated the Founders . That came later. And Journalists think they are doing something nobody else can do, and have monstrous egos about it. But the fact remains they have no more rights to the inside scoop than do I.
Given the press's proclivity for leaking information that puts American lives at risk, this is a sensible and reasonable restriction.

The FCC has strict rules of conduct for what can be said about disasters and crimes. Here are the pertinent restrictions:
1. The statement must be false.
2. The broadcaster must know it’s false or act with reckless disregard for the truth.
3. It must be reasonably foreseeable that broadcasting it will cause harm.
4. There must be actual harm or at least the potential for serious harm.
Jimmy Kimmel arguably violated these criteria. While no actual harm is directly attributable to his statements the social atmosphere is such that Kimmel had to know this had the potential to encourage other radicals to assassinate others.
These are the rules about false information.
Proof of intent is the hard part, but this isn't going to be adjudicated in a court of law - at least not at first. It will be an administrative issue. Yes, ABC could take it to a court, where the Trump Administration would likely lose. But then, ABC would then have opened the door for a closer scrutiny of their affairs.
And all that for a guy who ranks 53rd in the ABC lineup.
Kimmel clearly broke FCC rules according to The Federalist.
I suspect ABC isn't going to the mat for him. But of course he'll wind up on some cable network plying his hate and lies there.
Anyone remember Dan Rather? He got fired for something similar from CBS. Rather promoted the fake story about George W. Bush, claiming falsely Bush hadn't completed his National Guard service. When confrtonted he said "the documents may be fake but I believe the story is true." CBS sacked Rather rather than face the FCC. You can't purposely lie to the public. Just because you are an alleged comedian (and therre is no proof Kimmel is one - he's a political pundit with a late night show who tells bad jokes) you cannot openly lie, especially about a tragedy such as an assassination. If instead he had made a joke he might have been under fire for poor taste, but he wasn't joking.
Sacking Kimmel was right and proper and anyone who frames this as a First Amendment issue (ahem - Senator Paul!) doesn't understand the First Amendment.

They want to ban guns. I'm game; maybe we should ban DEMOCRATS having guns, as it is they who are always the ones shooting up crowds.
Democrat who opened fire at New Hampshire wedding shouted ‘Free Palestine’ before shooting guests.
How does a New Hampshire country club impact Palestine? If this shooter wanted to actually fight for Palestine he would have gone to Palestine. It's easier to kill decent folks who are minding their own business. So sure; let's take their guns! If you are a registered Democrat you should have to turn those weapons in and they can be redistributed to the rest of us.

Alan Dershowitz says Trump's lawsuits against the media are doomed.
Dershowitz Explains Why Trump’s Media Lawsuits Are Set Up to Fail in US Courts
FTA:
Trump sued The New York Times for $15 billion Monday, accusing the paper of deliberately spreading "falsehoods” to damage his 2024 campaign and reputation. Appearing on "The Record with Greta Van Susteren,” Dershowitz said Trump faces an uphill legal battle because U.S. law requires him to prove not just false statements, but that they were made with "actual malice.”
"In the United States, he would have to prove not only that there were factual misstatements, not opinion, but factual misstatements, but that they were made with malice, that is, they were made with reckless disregard for the truth,” Dershowitz told host Greta Van Susteren.
But Trump keeps winning these things. Take this with a grain of salt.

I am watching Meet the Press and the whole thing has nauseated me to no end. It was one lie after another.
I was tempted to use Joe Pesci's opening statement in the trial of his cousin in My Cousin Vinny "everything that guy said was bullshit. Thank you."
First, Josh Shapiro was interviewed and he waxed poetic about the right to free speech and how the Trump Administration was pooping all over them. The hypocrisy is astonishing! Where was he when the Biden Administration was threatening social media if they didn't suppress free speech? I was banned several times and shadow banned repeatedly because I openly disagreed with things the Administration wanted. Where was he when the FBI was going after Turning Point USA, or other conservative activist outlets? Where was he when Biden set up a "misinformation office"?
Second, and this applied to the second speaker, RAnd Paul, threatening to use the FCC licenses to stop hateful speech is no more censorship than the banning of the N word on television, or not allowing a husband and wife being in bed together. It's ALWAYS been censored as the broadcast band is limited and thus regulated by the government since they alone can give out licenses for that bandwidth. Paul kept jawboning about "censorship" but we've ALWAYS censored television.
Shapiro then bragged about how well his state of Pennsylvania is doing. Well, that's because Trump has eased environmental regulations on oil and gas - the very thing making his state rich. Duh.
Kristin Welker, the crone who runs Press the Meat, was a bulldog with Rand Paul, repeatedly demanding him to condemn Trump.
And then there was the nonsense about how Trump evilly got Jimmy Kimmel fired and how that is what tyrants do. But Kimmel's rating were lower than snake poo, and he should have been fired long before. Two top affiliates of ABC said they wouldn't carry him. So they made a business decision. I would add what Rand Paul added, which is every business has a code of conduct and Kimmel clearly broke it.
Of course Welker was apoplectic about Trump pushing his DOJ to prosecute the political hatchet men who went after him, and he was not asking to charge them with anything bogus, but rather with crimes that have already been unearthed. In fact, they can charge him with what they falsly charged HIM with; they were doing what they accused him of doing. Justice requires they be prosecuted.
But of course Welker and the other leftists in the media (meaning all of them) now want an armastice over lawfare when they were happy to use it when it suited them. And of course Trump isn't using lawfare - he's going after actual crime.
Meet the Press is nothing but a carnival of lies these days.
BTW Rand Paul is a REPUBLICAN but not a conservative. He's a libertarian, and thinks very differently than a conservative. If Welker wanted true balance she would have asked Josh Hawley on, or Eric Schmidt, or any other true conservative. She chose Paul because she was looking for a sound byte to bludgeon Trump.
Paul did well enough but he kept on with the "no censorship" business which he should not have done; he should have said this isn't censorship in any new or novel way.
At any rate I don't know why I watch Meet the Press; it's just propaganda.

Gee; I kinda thought that was the very definition of being a criminal.
Jasmine Crockett Claims Committing a Crime ‘Doesn’t Make’ a Person a Criminal
Words mean things, which is why the Left is always changing their meaning. Remember Newspeak from Orwell's 1984; it was intended to make it impossible to even think a thought not approved by the Party by manipulationg the language.
This is why Confucious said to restore a country one must first true the language; a linguistic error means an error in thinking and that means bad policy.
Crockett is nothing but one giant error all around.

And thus is unveiled the Mark of the Beast:
UK Government Moves to Mandate Digital IDs for All Citizens to ‘Tackle Illegal Immigration’
Why does Britain need to have a "digital mandate" to "tackle illegal immigration"? It's fairly easy to check if someone is illegal. This isn't about protecting British citizens but rather is about keeping their thumb on the people in Britain. This is about power and control over the citizenry, nothing more.
Stormer's scheme is also a "how do we fool 'em today" designed to make it appear he's trying to stop the flood. Of course this only applies to illegals, and Britain is chock-full of legal immigrants who are destroying the country and need to go. But this way he can pretend he's doing something about the problem when in fact he's creating a new, even worse problem.
This was and has been the goal of illegal immigration in the Western World all along. It was to break the nations and then impose a strict regulatory scheme to control the citizenry and impose the will of the Ruling Class.
The last Labour government in Britain tried to do this too and was defeated. But like all good leftists their bad ideas never go away.
Remember what the Book of Revelations says, you will not be able to buy nor sell without the mark of the Beast and the number of his name. Sounds a lot like this, doesn't it?

How George Soros funds leftist domestic terrorism.
FTA:
CTWO has consolidated radical groups into its hub, including the Ruckus Society, whose founders and training materials endorse tactics that "may be outside of the law,” CRC said.
The network also includes the BlackOUT Collective, which co-authored a pro-Hamas guide that glorifies the Oct. 7 attacks and references a Ruckus Society manual promoting tactics like property destruction and blockades.
The Open Society Foundations also provided $1,850,000 to Dream Defenders and $18 million to Movement for Black Lives, which collaborated with BlackOut Collective to create the pro-Hamas guide, according to CRC’s report.
Soros’ foundations have given $200,000 to Dissenters, another co-author of the alleged pro-Hamas guide.
Dissenters is listed as an endorser of the Shut It Down for Palestine coalition, which praises shutting down highways and bridges and targeting Israeli arms producers, according to CRC. It partners with the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee to promote illegal avoidance of taxes tied to U.S. defense activities.
BTW Soros was a great admirer of Karl Popper and his philosophy is that chaos and "creative destruction" are the way to make society free and happy. Popper was a horribly destructive force and everyone who ever listened to him wound up advocating anarchy, socialism, and murder.

Very filthy pot meet shiny kettle!
AOC Smears Charlie Kirk as ‘Ignorant and Uneducated’ During House Floor Speech
Yes, Crazy Eyes actually said that!
Here is every single lie she could think of rolled into one:
She said, "We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was. A man who believed that the Civil Right Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake. Who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi said, ‘some amazing patriot’ should bail out his brutal assailant and accused Jews of controlling ‘not just the colleges, it’s the nonprofits, it’s the movies, it’s Hollywood, it’s all of it.’ His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans far from ‘working tirelessly to promote unity’ asserted by the majority in this resolution.
I dare her to prove just one of those assertions.
Charlie was, for instance, a big defender of Israel, and in fact the Fellowship of Christians and Jews was a sponsor of his television program on Salem. (Read more here.
The New York Times misattribued an anti-Semitic statement to Kirk, and retracted it. Apparently the ignorant AOC disregarded the retraction. Of course, since AOC is in New York (which Democrat Jesse Jackson referred to as "Hymietown") so she needs to drive a wedge between Kirk's supporters and the Jews who are increasingly moving to MAGA. But it's all lies - or she really is as ignorant as she accused Mr. Kirk of being.
Mr. Kirk was quoting a Jew Hater and the New York Times falsely attributed that to him.
And of course the rest of that is unsupportable pablum gleened no doubt from Democratic Underground rantings. Where did Mr. Kirk every oppose Civil Rights? He never did. He MAY hav e said at some point the Civil Rights Act led unwittingly to the breakup of the black family, which is a completely true statement. That is in no way a criticism of civil rights but of poorly thought out public policy. Many of us on the right supported the Free Trade movement too and while free trade is an unarguable good the execution of it was horribly destructive and was in dire need of reform. I guess AOC is happy with the breakdown of black families and the swelling of the public dole and rising illigitimacy rates in the black community then?
And, I ask AOC, is it better to leave people to stew in their own juices or is it the loving thing to do to look HONESTLY at a problem? AOC and the Democrats are entirely comfortable with a broken black community; they are a reliable vote for Democrats because their lives are beholden to the Democrat largesse. When a family does an alcohol intervention, for instance, is that an act of spite or love? I'm not saying blacks are all alcoholics or bad people, not by a long shot. But social conditions, most of which began after the 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed and in many ways fostered by attempts to implement that act, have led to the breakdown of key infrastructure in the black community - the family, schools, security, etc. SHE would call that hate, discussing such things. But who is the hater? Ther person who wants to keep these people trapped, that's who. SHE is the plantation master, not Mr. Kirk.
As for saying black women do not have brain power, this too was a distortion of what he said. He was talking about several black women (Michelle Obama, Joy Reid, Ketanja Brown Jackson) who actually came out and said they were affirmative action hires. He said that they were TELLING US :
Note he was saying that about three specific people, not all black women. And he was simply extending their own arguments to the logical conclusion. It may have been a case of reductio ad absurdum, but that is the worst one can say of what he said. AOC should know this.
As for his comments on Paul Pelosi, I suppose she's never heard irony and satire. This was in mockery of the Democrats who were bailing out BLM and Antifa rioters. He said:
And Kirk clarified this by saying "I'm not qualifying the attack; I think it's awful!" But he asked why the attacker was being held without bond while a murderer in Chicago can just walk free that very day.
Calling for an "amazing patriot in the Bay Area to bail this guy out was what is called sarcasm. He was thinking back to Kamala Harris raising bail for people guilty of equally bad crimes.
To give Crazy Eyes the benefit of the doubt, let me explain how the left-wing blogosphere works. There are professional agitators, hired by Soros-funded non-profits or by the DNC, who troll conservative websites and news outlets. They cherry pick things they know will get their crazies all fired up, then post them in a limited number of outlets. As providing a link to the source being accused only increases their unique visitor counts, the leftists won't link up the original document they are trashing. Then, when it is out there, everyone else writes about it using the troll source. It works just like old-time media, with the news services or the New York Times being the only source anyone gets. So the same errors are repeated in articles.
For instance, I wrote a piece at American Thinker which was mischaracterized all over the web. The thing about it is it was misidentified as being from Townhall, and all sorts of leftists wrote all sorts of things about it with that same mistake. All of them said it was from Townhall. Nobody giving an opinion on the essay had any idea what was actually said there; they just took the word of the troll. So the lefotsphere is chock-full of distortions and misinformation and they don't really care that it isn't accurate. Context, of course, is just plain gone. That's how it is that so many liberals believe to this day that Donald Trump said there were "fine Nazis" at Charlotte. They were too lazy to look up the entire quote. It's why they also believe Trump promoted violence on J6.
That AOC blindly accepts all this proves she is one of those who "do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously.” Or worse, she does and is just a liar. Your pick.
