My argument with Dan the brainless Fraud Denier continues:

And you haven’t rebutted shit. Like Trump’s shitty lawyers you have no facts to support your claims of fraud. It is ludicrous to claim these vote tabulations have not been investigated. No matter Trump will be indicted by years end.

I reply:

That proves nothing of the kind Dan Ryan. It proves the courts didn't hear the cases. There was never any evidence presented because of filing deadlines or whatnot. You just destroyed your own case.

And I gave you multiple examples and pieces of evidence and could go far further but you simply don't bother with it. You are willfully ignorant. You did not address a single point I made. But then that's what I've come to expect from people like you.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Motions were file, the courts heard arguments from both sides and decided on the merits there was no evidence of fraud and/or no standing to sue. It was Trump’s lawyers duty to present evidence of fraud or that the plaintiff had standing to sue to keep their cases alive. They presented no evidence of fraud or law that they had standing to sue and were rightly dismissed.

I agree no evidence was presented by Trumps lawyers because none exists. In over 60 cases.

I pointed out that Trump WON a bunch of lawsuits and you simply shrug it off and continue "uh, lost 'em all" because you have no facts on your side.

And in Ware Co. And what of the stoppage in vote counting when Trump was pulling ahead? In Fulton County Ga. they stopped counting and sent everyone home when a pipe allegedly burst - but only the Republicans left. Video footage shows a number of Democrats continuing to go through the counting process by themselves. Video also shows an election worker scanning the same ballot three times. There is only one good reason for that, and it is to determine how many votes they needed to manufacture. Trump was pulling away up until these vote stoppages.

Pennsylvania accepted mail in ballots for 69 hours later than what is allowed by law.

Article 1, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution says:

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof”

It's also a violation of Pennsylvania law which says:

"NO ABSENTEE BALLOT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE COUNTED WHICH IS RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS LATER THAN [EIGHT O’CLOCK P.M. ON THE DAY OF THE PRIMARY OR ELECTION]”

234,000 names remained on the voting rolls in Wisconsin even though most had moved out of state. They did this by allowing voters to declare themselves "indefinitely confined" - a number triple what it had been a year before. And the city of Madison installed numerous illegal drop boxes for ballots in parks and other unsupervised places. Oh, and city employees often helped voters fill out their ballots at these drop boxes. And Milwaukee was ridiculously late in sending in vote tallies (to determine how many votes they needed.) I would add that a number of Democrat officials have been charged with vote fraud or gone to jail in many places in recent years, despite being protected by YOUR party. All you have is "uh, court cases, court cases" when in fact you haven't even won the majority of court cases. And Mike is absolutely correct in that most of those lost were lost to judges appointed either by Obama or RINO Bush judges. And never on the merits of the cases.

Much of what the Trump team was trying to do was get access to voting records; they couldn't prove it without those. But your friendly judges refused to allow it. Now why is that?

The fact is none of these issues have been addressed in a court of law, and these aren't just coming from Donald Trump. Courts are not going to want to deal with this - it is the biggest scandal in American history and it will expose something that undoubtedy has been going on for decades now. We KNOW the Democrats stole the election of 1960 through vote fraud in Chicago. Also, Obama's re-election was very suspicious too in that he won these exact same counties and took the whole enchilada early in the night.

I predicted two years ago that this election was going to be the most crooked in history, given the abject hatred for President Trump by the Democrats. Also the RINO Republicans despised Trump too and would have been quite happy to cut a deal with the donkeys (which I believe happend; McConnell was telling Republicans to run on local issues and dump Trump, and the Senate was expected to flip because of the number of seats the GOP were defending but it only turned into a plurality while the Republicans gained House seats - another reason to disbelieve the election results as there were coattails but no coat.)

So what is your response to this old buddy Dan? Duhhhh...court cases!
