Arguing with Idiots Vote Fraud Edition Again

In an argument over vote fraud on Facebook I take on a Fraud Denier.

Dan Ryan says:

False equivalency. All you do is whine and lie. Trump will be indicted in 6 months.

I reply:

On what charge will that be Dan Ryan? Your side couldn't even present a case to impeach Trump. So what is he going to go to jail for? What exactly?

Dan fires back:

Timothy Birdnowtax fraud, insurance fraud, obstruction of justice, election crimes, insurrection to name a few. Read a newspaper once in a while.

Oh and money laundering and bank fraud.

I retort:
Who's the liar and the whiner now Dan Ryan? You have no evidence of any of that and you know it. If there were any evidence of that the Democrats would have brought it forward during the impeachment. They didn't because they don't have anything. But keep on whining and crying and hoping you find SOMETHING. Trump lives rent free in your tiny little noggin.

Oh, and Dan old buddy, you have some stones accusing TRUMP of election fraud! You jerks stole this last election and you know it too and yet YOU accuse TRUMP of fraud? Man the chutzpah is astonishing. Ditto your idiotic claim of "insurrection" which amounted to far less than anything your side has done. There were over three hundred arrests when Trump was inaugurated for rioting and fires and looting in D.C. YOU guys promoted the insurrection in Portland and rioting all over the coutnry. And Trump called for PEACEFUL protests, in case you missed it. But your type is too lazy to bother to actually read the transcript of what the man said, or to bother finding out little facts like the only person killed at that was a Trump supporter. But you will believe what you want to believe because the Truth is not in you. So keep crying waaaahhhhh. All I see is a baby in a bonnet with a rattle wheneve ryou Trump haters speak. You can't even accept his existence after you stole the Presidency from the man. What are you so afraid of?

Mr. Ryan tries vainly to answer:

I don’t have the evidence, Cyrus Vance and Letitia James do. Vance just convened a grand jury for a term of 6 months. He did that because he wants to indict Trump within that time. If you paid attention to legitimate news sources you would know that. Instead you bitch, whine, and lie.

Over 60 judges found no fraud and numerous audits also found no fraud. Where do you get this bullshit? Or is it your cognitive dissonance and your confirmation bias showing?

Dan RyanSure Dan! I was told my mom and dad voted for Biden , now my moms been dead 20 years and Russ has been dead 10 and they would never vote for a stinking Democrat. Case closed !

I add:

No Dan Ryan; those judges issued SUMMARY JUDGEMENT almost entirely based on technical details. There was noever a case actually heard over the evidence, which needed investigations to be had anyway, investigations your lovely Democrat friends blocked at every turn. Only now are we getting audits. We had some hand recounts by the very same people who stole the election in the first place. It was a nice try, but a huge fail.

Uh, Dan Ryan, Cyrus Vance is a huge partisan hack and convened a GRAND JURY which is only to investigate a crime. It is in no way proof of a crime having been committed. I guess you don't understand how the judicial process works. Anyone can be investigated by a grand jury. And anyone can have a grand jury pass along a referal for indictments even, as there is no burden of proof for a grand jury indictment except a "preponderence of evidence". You should know that if you are an American. Saying Vance convened a grand jury is like saying he convened a dinner party. The fact is the Democrats impeached Trump twice and had the full force and authority of the U.S. government behind them and could not find anything to even remove Trump from office much less criminally indict him.

You can wish and hope and dream all you want but in the end Trump is clean as a whistle, otherwise they would have brought him down long ago. The GOP was only luke-warm in protecting Trump (unlike the Democrats who rallied around, say, Bill Clinton, who was guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice and witness tampering and in fact pled guilty in a court of law.)

Trump is the most investigated President in history, and had few friends. He could not even rely on his AG. IF there was anything there they would have brought him down long ago. The only purpose of Vance's investigation is a vain hope to shake something out of the tree and, more importantly, to so tar Trump that he can't run again. It's a vile, despicable abuse of power and Vance is the one who should be investigated.

But you don't care, do you? You just reflexively hate Trump and that's that - mind firmly closed.

Dan Ryan who is bitching and whining? Trump is no longer President but that's not good enough for you! You guys won - albeit by cheating, but you won. But you cannot even be gracious or magnanimous in victory. Man you guys are unpleasant people.

Dan Ryan, Arizona is being audited now, and a judge just cleared an audit in Georgia. Furthermore, reviews appear to be gearing up in Michigan, in Virginia, and in Wisconsin. Of course, this is too late to matter to the election - they aren't going to declare Biden illegitimate and instate Trump at this point. It may lead to some reforms and perhaps a few people jailed. But none of the courts wanted to touch this because no judge wanted to be the guy who threw the American electoral process into chaos and showed that yes, our votes don't count. All you guys have is "no court cases" as your defense. You cannot answer any of the multiple irregularities on election night. You ignore things like the "system update" received over the internet on voting machines that were NOT supposed to be networked. You ignore the three a.m. shutdown in multiple Democrat- controlled key precincts when Trump was pulling ahead, to suddenly see a morning surge in Biden votes. You ignore statistical analysis of this which shows it impossible for Biden to have won in the manner he did. You ignore affadavits from multiple disinterested parties about dubious activities, like boxes being brought in or ballots being shipped across the country. You ignore problems with Dominion, a company that even Canada won't use anymore because it was easily defrauded (it is a Canadian company) and it was used by Columbia so Madura could steal an election there. You ignore the fact that Democrat governors unilaterally waived voting laws in key states in violation of law. You ignore the fact that the Democrats sued to prevent matching signatures on mail-in votes, which has one and only one purpose - to steal an election. You ignore the fact that judges unilaterally changed election laws to favor Democrats in key races, again in violation of the law. You ignore all of this evidence because you cannot answer any of this. All you have is "sixty judges" but those judges ruled on a very narrow point of law and all issued summary judgments based on technical rules, like standing or statute of limitations or improper handling of documents. (No court wanted to touch this for obvious reasons). The GOP didn't back Trump either and he was forced to use second rate lawyers as top lawyers faced threats and boycotts and feared if Biden took office they would face reprisals from the thugs who would be in power.

You ignore all of this because it's an inconvenient truth.

William Briggs is a world famous statistician who did a statistical analysis and showed it was impossible for the election to have turned out the way it did. And it stands to reason; Biden had NO coattails, and the Democrats lost seats in the House and barely eeked out a plurality in the Senate (where they were expected to win big). It doesn't happen this way. Biden didn't campaign. Biden was largely invisible. Biden is an old warhorse, with nothing new or exciting to offer, a pure creature of the swamp. Trump won more votes than anybody in history in this last election yet amazingly this doddering old man won more. Trump won more blacks and latinos than any Republican in history yet amazingly Biden won more. At what point is your credulity stretched to the limit? Apparently you have no elastic limit on your naivete'. That's because you do not want to face the truth, which is your side stole this thing.

Why are you and your buddies so afraid of an investigation into this? Why is Maricoupa County trying so desperately to avoid complying with the supeopnas to hand over their records and voting machines? If there was no fire they wouldn't be trying to waive away the smoke.

What is summary judgement? Explain the process.

They were dismissed on standing, or on technical issues (filing dates or errors in the filings). None of the judgments issued were on the merits of the cases presented. IF you bothered to look into it you would know that was true.

This chart produced by Droz shows most of the cases that were "lost" being dismissed on technicalities.

According to the report, there are a total of 80 election fraud lawsuits, 34 of which have been withdrawn, consolidated with other similar cases, or "dismissed due to legal technicalities such as lack of standing, timing, or jurisdiction." This means the judge never even looked at any evidence.

Of the 21 cases that had actually been adjudicated as of the time of the document's preparation, Trump won 14, I'll bet you didn't know that.

Summary judgment is where a judge dismisses a case without hearing arguments. That's what the lion's share of Trump's "defeats" actually were.

But to you Trump haters all you have is "uh, court cases! Court cases!" because that is your only hope to hide from the evidence some of which I kindly presented to you (and I'm sick of having to do the work for you lazy bums, but then you probably are a Democrat so I speak redundantly.)

Uh Dan, the votes hadn't been AUDITED in Maricoupa County - they were recounted BY THE SAME flippin' people. There is a huge difference. They are now being audited, meaning the votes are being compared to voter rolls by an outside party. And Maricoupa county has fought bitterly to prevent this. Maricoupa county deleted the data files (which had to be recovered) before handing over the voting machines. There were missing ballots. Nor is filing suit to block the audit in the first place as Democrats did. If there is nothing to see why have Democrats across the country resisted efforts at transparency?

I notice you simply ignored the laundry list of irregularities I mentioned already, because you cannot answer any of them. You know full well this election was stolen, or at a minimum the Demcorats gave it a helluva try. They were absolutely desperate to get rid of Trump at any cost. Now we are supposed to believe they would meekly accept the results of an election,when they absolutely refused to accept Trump's election in the first place?

I don't know if you are that dim or just dishonest. But it is one or the other. I suspect the latter, simply because you despise the man so much. But guess what? Trump isn't President anymore. Still you can't let it go. Why is that? Why are you so enraged at Mr. Trump? What did he do? Didn't you like the roaring economy, or the fact we were exporting oil instead of importing it? Didn't you like the way peace was breaking out in the Middle East and elsewhere? Did you not approve of corporations bringing jobs back to America? Was it against your moral code to hold China accountable for stealing our intellectual property and strongarming other countries?

I guess you're just a masochist who likes America poor, disrespected, and powerless?

Where is the article that says courts admit election irregularities that show fraudulent votes to such an extent that it caused Trump to lose? There isn’t one.
