Obama Judge Restores Harvard Funding

Timothy Birdnow

A Federal judge used a tweet by Trump as grounds to force the restoration of funds to Harvard that Mr. Trump removed for anti-semitism.

Here is U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs own words:

For instance, in the forty-eight hours following the April 14 Freeze Order, the President took to social media multiple times to talk about Harvard. He posted on Truth Social that Harvard is "a JOKE” that "should no longer receive Federal Funds.” His stated concerns (which would later be echoed in the May 5 Freeze Order) were untethered from antisemitism and instead based entirely on Harvard’s "hiring almost all woke, Radical Left, idiots and ‘birdbrains’ who are only capable of teaching FAILURE to students,” including "two of the WORST and MOST INCOMPETENT mayors in the history of our Country,” referring to Democratic mayors Bill de Blasio and Lori Lightfoot. This post echoed his comments from a day earlier, when he opined, again on Truth Social, that "perhaps Harvard should lose its Tax Exempt status and be Taxed as a Political Entity.” Again, that post did not reference antisemitism explicitly but rather was focused on Harvard’s "pushing political, ideological, and terrorist inspired/supporting ‘Sickness[.]’” It was not until nearly ten days later that the President would call Harvard "Anti-Semitic,” doing so in a Truth Social post that, in the same breath, called Harvard a "Far Left Institution” and a "Liberal mess, allowing a certain group of crazed lunatics to enter and exit the classroom and spew fake ANGER AND HATE.”

A similar barrage followed Harvard’s decision to litigate rather than settle this case, with Administration officials being clear about the connection between that decision and the funding cuts. In particular, on May 28, 2025, the Secretary of Education summarized the situation with Harvard, stating:

"When we looked at different aspects of what Harvard was doing relative to anti-Semitism on its campuses they were not enforcing Title VI the way it should be. And we had conversations with President Garber and I expected that we would have more, but Harvard’s answer was a lawsuit so that’s where we find ourselves. . . . I think the President is looking at this as, OK, how, how can we really make our point[?]”

The same day, during an interview in the Oval Office, the President himself said that Harvard is "hurting [itself]” by "fighting,” contrasting Harvard with Columbia, who he noted "has been . . . very, very bad . . . . But they’re working with us on finding a solution.” He declared that Harvard "wants to fight. They want to show how smart they are, and they’re getting their ass kicked.” His conclusion: "[E]very time [Harvard] fights, they lose another $250 million.”

In brief, Defendants’ contention that Harvard’s First Amendment activities were not a "substantial and motivating” factor in the funding terminations, or that those terminations were animated by non-retaliatory motives, does not square with the government’s communications regarding its decision, which specifically and repeatedly linked the coordinated funding cuts to Harvard’s decision to "fight.” That "fight” (Harvard’s decision to speak out and litigate its case in the courts and the marketplace of ideas), however, is indisputably protected by the First Amendment. Borough of Duryea, 564 U.S. at 387. To the extent the Court can consider these public statements, they provide additional support for granting Plaintiffs’ summary judgment motion as to their First Amendment claims; to the extent it cannot, however, the administrative record, standing alone, is more than sufficient to demonstrate that Defendants impermissibly retaliated against Harvard for refusing to capitulate to the government’s demands. Plaintiffs are thus entitled to summary judgment on their First Amendment retaliation claims.

Notice how lengthy this is to make a very easily-grasped point. She's baffling 'em with bullshit.

So basically if Donald Trump voices an opinion on social media that is prima facia evidence of an assault on the First Amendment when the President stops giving away free money. It is an astoundingly twisted legal reasoning at odds with legal precedent and legal code.

The presupposition here is that Trump has no right to voice an opinion outside of official channels lest it be used against him.

Trump can have all the animus in the world; it doesn't change the fact that Harvard was violating Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and that he therefore has a right, nay, duty to cut off funding.

This will probably be overturned on appeal but it's getting ridiculous how these low-life/level judges keep throwing monkey wrenches in the works with horrible legal reasoning and pure bias on their parts.

Barack Obama appointed Burroughs in 2014.

One more thing: Harvard is sitting on a huge war chest of  $53.2 billion and yet they greedily want taxpayer dollars. Maybe they should spend some of their own money for a change and quit wasting ours.

Nobody Saw Nothin' with Epstein and Trump

Timothy Birdnow

Left wing Mediaite tries to make it appear Trump may have done something with Jeffrey Epstein, making much ado about an NBC News anchor asking if Epstein victims ever saw Trump do anything inappropriate:

"NBC News anchor Hallie Jackson straight-up asked Jeffrey Epstein survivors if they ever saw President Donald Trump "do anything inappropriate” in relation to the deceased sex criminal.

That was in paragraph 1 of the article.

After a large amount of unnecessary exposition designed to make people think he did, the answer finally comes in paragraph Seven, which itself is an excerpt of the discussion and is no less than seven subparagraphs in length. The final subparagraphs finally answer the question:

"HALLIE JACKSON: I do have to ask, and I know, and it’s just something that I think we’re compelled to at this moment, with the attention on President Trump, with these questions, are at a pardon, did anybody see or hear of the President himself doing anything inappropriate, as it related to Jeffrey Epstein?

GROUP: No.

HALLIE JACKSON: Or former President Clinton?

GROUP: No.

So what was the point of the story? It appears to be rather purposeless and could have been concluded in just one or two paragraphs.

Well, the purpose is to tease the reader with the early portion in hopes the would ASSUME these folks saw something and stop reading. It was intended to leave a false impression. Or so the writer hoped.

This means there are no witnesses to anything regarding Trump. But of course we knew that must be true or the Democrats and the media would have been all over this long ago, when they held power. This whole issue now is just to maintain an air of suspicion and innuendo. It's the only card the Democrats and their media propagandists have to play.

BTW that last about Clinton may well be the point of the story; Clinton is well known for his love of  young girls and was almost brought down by one such young lady he was despoiling. And he's been amazingly quiet about all this.

Dems Forget Their Own Lawffare

Timothy Birdnow

The Democrats are howling about lawfare and abuse of powerand yet they forget their own abuse when they've had power in bygone years.

Breaking — DOJ opens criminal investigation of Lisa Cook, subpoenas issued, grand juries involved.

Perhaps they have forgotten how the Clinton Justice Department brought corruption charges against a career civil servant named Billy Dale whose only crime was being the long-time head of the White House travel agency, a job Mr. and Mrs. Clinton coveted for their friends the Thomassons (of Hollywood fame_, and so Mr. Dale was charged with embezzlement and corruption. It was the only way Clinton could fire Dale via federal law. So he brought false accusations against Mr. Dale (who won handily in his trial). Remember that Democrats?

This is just one example; there are many others where Democrats have weaponized the law against political opponents.

But Trump isn't weaponizing anything; he wants to fire Cook precisely because she has been breaking the law. If the Democrats want to hold Trump to a riduclously high standard over mortgage loans then why shouldn't his DOJ apply the same standards to everyone? Fair is fair. And Cook was playing fast and loose with the rules.

Why are Democrats angry? Because Trump is using their own tactics against them (even though he's not, nor really). It is what they would have done in his shoes.

5 RINO's Side with Dems on Censure of ICE Attacker

Timothy Birdnow

Proof we have a long way to go to actually start gaining ground. The GOP is still full of cowards and lickspittles.

Five Republicans join Democrats to table Rep. McIver censure

Yes, these were HOUSE members, not Senators. And this was just a censure, not an expulsion. So it's now open season on ICE agents and others who offend Democrats.

Rep. LaMonica Mclver forced her way into a physical confrontation with ICE agents doing their jobs and enforcing the laws CONGRESS wrote and legally passed into law and she is not getting a pass. FIVE Republicans stood with the Democrats!

Here is the Hall of Shame. Let us primary each and every one of these Quislings:

Reps. Dave Joyce (R-OH), Don Bacon (R-NE), and Kevin Kiley (R-CA), Michael Turner (R-OH), and David Valadao (R-CA)

Note Two are from the People's Republic of California, and two from the often RINO Ohio. Bacon of Nebraska is a swine and probably has his snout in the trough.

Let's get every one of these clowns out of office.

Two other Republicans Andrew Garbarino (R-NY) and Nathaniel Moran (R-TX) voted present.

Ukrainian Assassin had no Ties to Russia

Timothy Birdnow

So the assassin of Andriy Parubiy in Ukraine had no ties to Russia after all!

Apprehended Killer of Ukrainian Lawmaker Says It Was ‘Revenge Against Government’ for Loss of His Son

I did a Google search and found hardly any results - two articles in obscure blogs and that was IT! They are clearly suppressing this because it does nothing to advance their agenda.

I still suspect a CIA/Zelensky connection with this.

But if it is trrue then it shows there is growing discontent with the Zelensky war machine and the endless warfare involved.

No names were given out, so we do not know if the assassin was a Russian Ukrainian or not. Probably not or they would have released the name with much fanfare.

Update:

While the name of the killer hasn't been released by police apparently the name of his ex-wife has been - she's one Olena Cherninka, which certainly sounds more Ukrainian than Russian (Cherneko is an Ukrainian name, but she apparently spells it with an a). Her son was a sargent in the Ukrainian army and was KIA.

Trump Calls for Investigation of Soros

Timothy Birdnow

This vile man has been at the center of almost every evil scheme and rebellion in America over the last thirty years (and in Europe and elsewhere too) and it's high time:

Trump Calls for Accountability Against Soros’s Global Network

He launders vast sums of money to every radical group in the world. He is the man who purposely broke the Bank of England and he collapsed the Russian economy, leading to the rise of Vladimir Putin (the Russians wanted a strong leader to stand up against Western imperial economic strongarming). He and his son (who is married to Hillary Clinton's aid Huma Abedin, who left Anthony weiner for being a weiner, I suppose) have presided over a shadow empire that has control in racleteering fashion over most of the revolutionary organizations on Earth. He and his particular posse (a number of CEO's of major corporations) along with guys like Klaus Schwab lead the New World Order. Oh, and did I mention he was a Judas Goat during WWII, luring Jews out of hiding for the Nazis?

Read more about this shadow conspiracy at David Horowitz's Discover the Networks Horowitz chronicles all of these different NPO's and corporations working to subvert Western Civilization. If you want facts they are there.

German Oppo Party SuffersOdd DeathCounts

Timothy Birdnow

Remember Birdnow's Theorem; there are no coincidences in politics (or few anyway):

German Elections Thrown Into 'Immense Chaos' After Wave Of AfD Deaths Rises To Seven

The Left is willing to use assassination to advance their cause, and so are the internationalists. I wasn't the least bit surprised when they tried to murder Trump, for instance. Now we have not just one but SEVEN candidates for office from the conservative AFD party in Germany have died under mysterious circumstances.

Remember, the German government under the Social Democrats have been trying to outlaw the AFD, calling them Nazis.

It seems that the radicals are desperate to cling to power and stop any effort to return to traditional Western values. Republicans had better watch their backs.

Tyler Durden at Zerohedge observes:

German elections in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia have been thrown into chaos ahead of a Sept. 14 election - after a spate of candidates for Germany's right-wing AfD have died in recent weeks - with the total now at seven. And while local authorities say there is no evidence of foul play, officials are now scrambling to shred and reprint ballots as campaigns for the deceased have been suspended.

So there are seven elections the AFD will not win now. Intersting, no?

This is what happens when you worship a god of politics and power; morals only exist to justify any action needed to win.

Warning Signs of Trump Decline

Timothy Birdnow

Here is the proof that Donald Trump is gravely ill and may pass away soon!

From the [Babylon Bee courtesy of [link=https://babylonbee.com/news/10-irrefutable-signs-trumps-health-is-declining/]The Black Sphere:

1.

Trump has been occasionally posting in lowercase on social media, and his posts have been more coherent: This is not normal.
2.

He is sometimes seen sitting down: A sure sign of failing health. Obviously weak.
3.

He only managed to eat eight Big Macs today: It's like he's slowly fading away.
4.

The man's frickin' 80 or something: Obviously, anyone over 80 years old is at death's door.
5.

Trump shakes hands with nobody, says nonsense, and wanders around aimlessly: Oh, wait, that was the last guy.
6.

He shot a mere 36 on the links this weekend: Sources close to Trump say he's a shadow of his usual 24.
7.

He only works 23 hours a day now: A shocking decline in stamina.
8.

JD Vance beat him at Super Smash Bros. yesterday: This NEVER used to happen. Trump's losing his touch.
9.

He introduced just 68 new tariffs in the last eight hours: This drop in productivity is concerning.
10.

Trump's normally tangerine skin color is slowly fading to a burnt sienna hue: The end is near.

Glad this man wasn't asked to work off his hotel bill....

African Immigrant Shot Dead During Wild Stabbing Spree After Learning He Doesn't Get Free Housing, Screamed 'Allahu Akbar'

From Western Journalism:

A Tunisian Muslim immigrant living in France went on a stabbing spree after learning he was being evicted from his hotel for not paying.

The 35-year-old migrant was living in the port city of Marseille, but on Tuesday he found himself without housing, prompting a violent rampage that ended only when police shot him after he injured five people via stabbing, according to JFeed.

The man possessed two large knives and an iron bar. It was initially reported that he attacked the hotel manager and his son before running onto the street and injuring three more people, while yelling "Allahu Akbar.”

fin

If you have Muslims in your hotel you need guns. And one of the few sensible things the French do is allow private ownership of guns. But no doubt the culture strongly discourages them.

This shows too that you don't need a gun to murder a lot of people.

Vermont to Auto-Enroll Students for Insurance

Timothy Birdnow

It always starts as voluntary...

Vermont students could be auto-enrolled, charged for insurance unless they navigate waiver system

There was a saying that in the Soviet Union everything that is not forbidden is mandatory. When the liberals touted the glories of socialized medicine they always said it would be voluntary, yet now we see they want to enroll people automatically and make it difficult to opt out. That was always the goal and is but an intermediate step from having a government mandate that you purchase insurance and from the government.

This is not America. America is supposed to be the place where you can choose to live on your own with no entanglements with the government should you choose. But that hasn't been true for a long time and is less true every year. Now we are nothing but playthings for the Ruling Class to profit from. That is essentially serfdom; we've returned to the Middle Ages.

Broad and easy is the path that leads to perdition, the Bible tells us. It's always paved with comfortable pathways and pretty things. But in the end it still  carries one to Hell.

Crushing Canada

Timothy Birdnow

Kevin Jackson, the Black Sphere, dishes on the impact of tariffs on Canada and how the internationalist stooge Mark Carney is talking tough but behaving like a frightened little girl.

FTA:

Canada’s economic contraction—and Carney’s leadership—offer a rich irony stew: A nation that fake swaggered now scrambles; a leader without political roots ushering in dramatic pivots; and a trade war that’s quietly reshaping global dynamics.

end

The tafiss are just crushing the Canadian economy and Carney is forced to face the fact he's not going to bullshit his way out of it. Just as I predicted; Canada picked a fight it couldn't win. This is rather like a man fighting an elephant bare-handed; the man will lose.

U.S. Blows Narco Vessel Out Of The Water In Southern Caribbean

The Joke's on Them

Timothy Birdnow

This is utterly hilarious!

President Trump switched his photo with Barack Obama's on Linked-in, the networking site. All of the former Obama staffers bragging about having worked for the socialist former President now have pictures of Donald J. Trump on their home pages! And Trump switched his own photo for Barack Obama on Zippy's page too!

In an interview Trump not only admitted doing this but promises to switch Joe Biden's photo to a picture of his autopen.

This is like what a cartoon villain would do to, say, Dudley Do-right or Klondike Cat or what the Gofer Indians would do to Colonel Kit Coyote. We all got a huge kick out of it as kids.

As Saul Alinsky said "ridicule is Man's most potent weapon." Trump understands that.

This was entirely legal from what I've read and there is nothing any of them can do about it except gnash their teech and wail.

If the Democrats had any sense they would laugh this off as a good joke; it would make them look better to the public. But they can't and Trump knows this will only make them look angry and mean-spirited and lacking in any humor. Trump really is a political genius.

The Organ Banks Problem

Timothy Birdnow

Well, certainly the tech moghuls are thinking this way - why not Putin and Xi?

Hot Mic Catches Putin and Xi Discussing Living Forever Due to Organ Transplants

I would argue most of our ruling class is thinking this way and planning to use the lower classes as organ material.

S-F writer Larry Niven often wrote about the "organ banks problem" which he admitted kept him up at night. He could see no way around the logic of it; harvesting the organs of condemned people for the benefit of the wealthy and powerful. In his imagination crimes were made into capital offenses, and the severity of the crimes became less and less as people stopped committing the crimes that got you into the organ banks. In the end bad driving records could get you into the banks in Niven's dystopia. His nightmare may come true yet.

How Many Files Can a Woodchuck Chuck?

Timothy Birdnow

The Left is just getting silly now, and openly telling ridiculous lies as news.

Goodbye Epstein Files: Bizarre Video of Obujects Getting Tossed out of White House Window Raises Eyebrows Across Social Media

Yeah; Trump is really that stupid to think if he just chucks stuff out a window it will be gone. (Remember liberal idiots he beat YOU guys; what does that say about YOUR intellectual firepower!)

Even Michelle Obama admitted it is illegal to open a window at the White House.

I know what happened. When Trump died the other day they brought in a doppleganger and began chucking out all the stuff that proveed he died - his death certificates and medical records and the like. While they were at it they tossed out the documents proving he had Epstein killed and the records of his payoffs from Vladimir Putin. They needed this stuff out of the White House so they tossed it on the lawn and had trained birds to carry it away to the Arctic, where they dropped it to be submerged in the melting glaciers.

Either that or they were getting rid of pizza boxes left from a visit by Elvis Presley, who came with James Dean and John Kennedy to party. Oh, and don't forget Teddy Kennedy's liequor bottles....

The way to tar conservative media as "fake news" is to keep generating fake news and hide the truth inside of it. That's what they are doing with stuff like this. They hoped some Republicans would jump on this and be made fools of, and probably a few did.

Yemeni Aid Workers Attacked

Timothy Birdnow

Why send them to such an ungrateful people?

Why are Yemen's Houthi group targeting aid workers?

We should be sending aid to insurgents to fight against the Houthis if we want to send aid. It is a fool's game to send humanitarian aid into a place like this; it always ends up in the hands of the terrorists anyway.
