Dana, if they don't have enough disasterin' to do maybe we don't need them full time in the first place?

California has still not recovered from the Palisades fires. North Carolina from the flood. Yet here we have these guys going all chester on us when there are  still many disasters to deal with.

I think maybe FEMA should be a kind of national guard operation, where they call up their reservists when there are too many disasters to deal with. Obviously these people have too much time on their hands now.
