Do you think a witness should be cross examined in a trial in order to test the truthfulness of their testimony?

I imagine the claims of Trump strangling the secret service agent and yanking at the steering wheel had an impact on you.
Was that a big contributor to your belief he is an unfit candidate for presidency?

All witnesses should swear an oath or affirmation to tell the truth. The above two claims re Donald Trump did not sway me at all. His apparent actions seeking to overturn the election result are the killer. I hope he is not so far gone to believe his own rhetoric.

However since they were untrue, what else wasn’t true in this sham propaganda trial?

What did Trump actually call for that didn’t involve a hearing from the courts and something that hadn’t already been done by the democrats in previous elections.

He really believed the election was fraudulent. Which in many ways was actually true, but it turns out not all of his claims.

Oh, and it was the Democrats who overturned election results. THEY are the ones who arbitrarily changed election laws in multiple states. They were the ones who moved ballots about illegally. The fact is, the media and Democrats not only refused to acknowledge irregularities but claimed it was the cleanest election in history, which is like an attorney claiming his Mafia client was a choir boy. IF that were so the Democrats would have welcomed a real investigation; it would have further humiliated Trump. They did not; they swept the election under the rug and attacked anyone arguing otherwise. Facebook and Twitter banned or otherwise censored any posting to that effect. Had Biden admitted there were some irregularities and called for an impartial, truoly bipartisan panel to investigate he would have gone a long way towards healing the divide and making himself legitimate, but he did not because he knew there was serious skullduggery, and the Democrats were going to need to use these same tactics again. Shoot; much of this was taken from the Carter/Baker Commission report after the election of 2000 on what NOT to do! They implemented everything Carter Baker said was a problem, then sneered at anyone who dared challenge them.

And what did Trump do but work through the courts? He was at a huge disadvantage as a.no law firm wanted to represent him because it would damage their viability with the future Biden Administration and b.the Courts were not ruling ont he evidence but rather on the letter of the law. Trump's team didn't have any time to get lawsuits filed, and often missed deadlines or made errors that couldn't be avoided given the mad scramble. Most of the dismissals were over technicalities. Trump actually won a lot of his lawsuits. But no court was willing to overturn a certified election result. So the Democrats got away with it. And if you are an honest person you would admit that at least the other side has reasons for suspicion. The anger of those who insist this was a free and fair election bespeaks a guilty conscience, methinks.And given the repeated attempts to take Trump out before his time - starting with the lies about Russian collusion, inclluding coming from some high ups in our national security apparatus, going through the lies abotu Trump's "dog whistle' call to the Ukrainian President, to the repeated attempts to impeach him, and then to claim lthe Democrats wouldn't be so bold as to cheat to get him out of office is ludicrous. They clearly saw Trump as a clear and present danger to the Republic (actually to themselves) and pulled out all stops to see he did not serve another term. Mr. Biden has acted as if he had a mandate too, to rub salt in the wound. The Democrat barely ecked out a plurality in the Senate, largely through some rather dubious electioneering in Georgia, yet they are behaving as if they won a landslide. IF those of us who think this was stolen are wrong, then the Democrats should have tried to dispell our fears. They have instead behaved like tyrants, establishing a ministry of propaganda to shut us up. prosecuting anyone who was there on Jan. 6 and keeping them in solitary in many cases for months, and generally acting like tyrants do when they are in power. That more than anything illustrates they know they lost this and want to make sure there is no "counter-revolution". The real insurrectionists were your friends in the Democratic Party and the media.

Also an election judge went to prison for previous vorte fraud recently. I would add Mr. Trump was up until about 3 a.m. when suddenly there were multiple vote dumps in key battleground states and Biden miraculously pulled ahead and won. Do you really believe that?
