"These parents have become radicalized" says the NY TIMES writer. While it is exactly the opposite.

But worse yet, in their baffling zeal to prevent the state from using an indefinite state of emergency to terrify, harm, and indoctrinate their children, these parents have become radicalized, creating a fanatical and unpredictable new political movement that threatens the Democratic Party’s sacred cows and, even worse, the job security of its cadres:

2 Dana, I couldn't actually get the Brownstone article to open so I'm making guesses here. The Brownstone Institute is advertised as a Libertarian group with economic beliefs from the Austrian School. That would put the comment in a new light; I think they were trying to say this is what the New York Times was saying. I may be wrong though as I couldn't actually open the Brownstone article.

Brownstone was founded by Jeffrey Tucker, who worked for Ron Paul and the Misses Institute, Lew Rockwell, and AIER.

3 Now that I actually read the article, I see you are right. Politicians ought to realize they shouldn't try to come between parents and their children.

4 In fact, I heard somebody -- very sharp -- from Brownstone interviewed on Fox News today. I was definitely wrong, and apologize for it.
