The problem isn't a shortage of data but a race-based narrative that is immune to any data that challenge it. The anti-cop narrative deflects attention away from solving the real criminal-justice problem, which is high rates of black-on-black victimization. This is three times the amount of money spent on all the wars in this country. I mention that because the liberal/democrats love to run around saying: "We need to cut the defense budget! The above is an example of the way liberals over-simplify the picture and give way to the temptation to manipulate or force the evidence to make it fit with their theory. For since 1965, taxpayers have spent over $23 trillion on anti-poverty programs. This includes the War on Poverty and the Great Society and all food stamps and welfare. You name it, $23 trillion that is the result of your taxes. There has been a transfer of $23 trillion from those who produced it to those who didn’t, including from workers to non-workers, from strivers to non-strivers, etc. And it’s a policy theory that isn’t working(1).
If there is ever, ever a testimony to something not working, this is it: $23,000,000,000,000. 00. In the mid-nineties, it was $5 trillion. That's how fast these transfer payments have increased. This is three times the amount of money spent on all the wars in this country. I mention that because the liberal/democrats love to run around saying: "We need to cut the defense budget! We have too many social problems in America. We spend way too much money on war and on weapons!"
No, the lion's share of the national debt is this liberal free stuff that doesn’t work, all it's done is forment more societal disunity and disorder to purchase seats of power for the democrat Party on the false premise that they care of and they're going lift people out of poverty once and forever.
Yet all that happens is that the people in poverty remain trapped there because they vote democrat. And more are being added by the liberal’s democrat Party obliterating our borders.
All this points to the truth that racial characteristics are themselves the product of how a social group interacts with its environment. Therefore, enter Critical Race Theory, designed not only to demonize white people but to excuse and hide the fact that members of its grouping include imperialists and dictators running the most oppressive social systems in the world and have historically enslaved more black Africans then have white Europeans. And still do. CRT erases specific biographies, character traits and actual deeds of certain individuals, hiding them behind the façade of group identity. Similarly they can then claim their oppressors guilt lies in their genes, not their ideas, choices, and actions. In other words being successful or racist is an unalterable status and has nothing to do with what one believes, chooses or acts.
The very idea that blacks today are "marginalized†is absurd. They are obviously front and center in America’s culture and consciousness, as well as in the distribution of race-based privileges and benefactions. Skin color can hardly be an explanation for any plight when the majority of black Americans are comfortably in the middle class and better off than populations of any black -run society on earth.
