"Sex is on a spectrum."

No it isn't.

"Science says it is."

Look, fella-

"Don't call me fella. I'm a transwoman."

What's that?

"A man trapped in a woman's body."

You know what a woman is then?

"Yes."

So sex isn't on a spectrum after all.

"You're a bigot."

Yes, I am.

1 Science DOESN'T say that.

2 That's the dirty little secret Dana. And why Dr. Briggs illustrated it with that little dialogue.

I love William Briggs. He's a brilliant statistician. He showed that the election of 2020 could not possibly have turned out the way they said it did.

3 Thanks for the link to the writings of William Briggs. Based on a couple of his pieces that Ive read, I would argue with you on classifying him as a statistician. He argues less on statistics or counterfactuals than he does on critical and logical thinking. More reading may cause me to change that conclusion, but... I rather hope not.

I am very impressed, I must say. It's really rare that I come across a blog that's both educational and entertaining, and without a doubt, you've hit the mark. Your concept is outstanding. The problem is something that too few individuals are intelligently saying. Please check my website for more spades online

5 Bill, I don't post Briggs statistical work lest I put everyone to sleep. He's a professional statistician. But I agree; he's also a logical guy with common sense, which is what makes him interesting in my view.
