This was inevitable given the border policy America is pursuing. With all the people coming, with the ease of crossing, every criminal was bound to show up and all contraband was money in the pockets of drug cartels and the like. And we're making Mexico pay for it!
It would have been cheaper for Mexico to do what Trump asked and pay for a border wall, frankly.
