We're certainly talking about laproscopic surgery here. NO relation to lap dances, which I think Slapsy Maxie's probably more familiar with? Oh, excuse me, no; there are other Democratic politicians who relate to that, not old Max. Sorry. Somehow a mental picture of Joe Biden slipped in there.
