Was the Covid Vax a Bioweapon?

Were the Covid 19 vaccines purposely engineered to cause harm? At least one peer-reviewed paper believes that to be the case.
Many theorized at the time that the vax was intended to help cull the herd in the opening salvo of the elites vision of a depopulation. Now there is some justification for that view, perhaps.

The paper, published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons passed peer review. It was the work of Dr. Paul Marik et al. Dr. Marik is IMA's Chief Scientific Officer.
Here is the abstract:
Compelling evidence shows that SARS-CoV-2 and SARSCoV-
2 modified mRNA biologics/vaccines are products of
gain-of-function (GOF) research, with genomic features and
vaccine outcomes that suggest deliberate engineering rather
than natural evolution. Far from benign, these vaccines have
unleashed profound harm, disrupting nearly every system of
the human body and contributing to unprecedented levels
of morbidity and mortality. From autoimmune diseases and
cardiovascular catastrophes to pregnancy complications and
aggressive cancers, the pattern of systemic toxicity cannot be
dismissed as coincidental. Urgent scrutiny and accountability
are needed.

It may well have been. Why else would the "powers-that-be" have made such a fuss about demanding that it be used on the young, who obviously didn't need it? And why are they trying to bring it back, even now when it has been shown to cause damage?

There certainly is something very odd going and - and went on - with that Covid shot. They were absolutely adamant that everyone get that, and still are despite the fact Covid has burned out and the shot now poses greater risk than the disease. And the shot was proven ineffective. So why are they so gung-ho on forcing everyone to get it?
