Well Duh! What did they expect?
We are only just beginning to take out infrastructure. And this reactor was not yet online.
The article does not mention what kind of nuclear reactor we hit. That makes a big difference; could it be used to generate plutonium? I suspect so. Iran hardly has need of nuclear power considering how much oil and gas they have.
The Iranians were screaming about International Law and yet they have attacked willy-nilly non-combatant countries in this war. The hypocrisy is astonishing.

Just as a point of information, if you are hosting military bases
belonging to a combatant, and that combatant is making attacks from
those bases, you are by definition not a noncombatant. The media likes to say that Iran is attacking those countries, but other reports, from European sources for instances, report that Iran is attacking American bases in those countries. I'm not defending Iran, but I prefer facts to propaganda.
