Yep. long planned, they are now in the implementation phase. BTW they are trying to do this the same way they created the E.U.; unify the economies of all countries to a point where nobody will go to war, then simply unify them politically. It's why they created NAFTA, for instance. And it's why they are pushing this Ukraine war now; they want Russia's power broken by exhausting them economically and then rebuilding everyone so their economies are all tied together with the international order.
