If I hate the Biden "Justice" Department for anything, it's for the
shameful treatment of the Jan6 protesters.

Is it legitimate to hate the Biden "Justice Department" just because it's part of the Biden administration, and everything that gang does will be reprehensible? Just trying to simplify things here...

And that they are an illigitimate junta who stole power. The GOP should have treated them as such from the beginning, just as the Democrats treated Trump.
The Republicans always want to be above the fray and also think that decent treatment will get them the same in return. They are like Charlie Brown and Lucy in that regard.

True, but it may also have something to do with the fact that the Democrats have/are most of the lawyers.

They do. Hell has a big, bug lawyer section in it, I am sure!
The thing is Obama stuffed the DOJ with leftist lackeys and Trump was under too much pressure with the investigations of him to be able to clean it out. That's why they went after him for "collusion" at the very beginning; they couldn't afford for him to clean house there.
And under Biden it will only get worse. By the time a Republican gets in these cockroaches will be impossible to remove.
BTW Trump regally screwed up appointing both of his AG's. I had no more use for Barr than for Sessions. Barr was a Bushiac and a Deep Stater and despite sounding good he made little effort to either protect his boss or clean out the rot.
