The Selfish Generation

I concur; the lockdowns and other efforts to "fight the virus" (formerly "flatten the curve) is nothing but a selfish narcissism. It is a demand by the frightened that others kowtow to your personal fears and phobias. It's so very modern; the notion that society must bend to the will of the minority, no matter if that will is logical or sensible or not.
This is how children become spoiled brats. Our society is now nothing but a pack of spoiled brats.
