I agree; the CIA will take action over the dismantling of their tool - USAID. Probably a foreign action that will be spun by the media into "see, we told you so" but it could also wind up with an assassination attempt on, say, Elon Musk.

I suspect what just happened to Hegseth with the Signal controversy was a CIA operation, and just the first warning shot in what will be an ugly, ugly war.
