Why doesn't the Administration bring suit in Federal court for these sorts of things? The Democrats keep suing to stop Trump from moving forward, why can't he sue to force their compliance with the law?

There is no such thing as absolute immunity in America. Chicago will not stand by as ICE terrorizes our communities.
Who is it that is terrorizing the community in Chicago? It's Mayor Brandon Johnson, who not only willfully refuses to obey the law but actually is openly hostile to those trying to protect Americans from rapists and murderers and drug pushers.
It is HE who is the terrorist, not ICE, not Tom Homan, not Pam Bondi.

Careful what you ask for Brandon; you may be the one brought to justice. In fact you should be - and will be in this life or the next. You won't be able to do a snow job on God.
