There are ample grounds to impeach Biden. But the GOP is afraid of it's own shadow and won't do it.

After the Democrats twice impeached Trump and are essentially impeaching him now with the "select committee" the GOP should impeach Biden on general principle. You do not let someone get by with that.

4 Yep, and not introducing articles to be voted on at this point is the right strategy, but I fear they aren't doing anything at all to build a case against Biden. They should be working to frame articles to introduce as soon as they take power.

The Democrats wouldn't shrink from that.

And the party itself should quietly go around telling Republican Senators that disobedience will not be tolerated in this. Threaten them with loss of committe assignments, or defunding of their campaigns. Do it now before the election so they know where they need to be. Too often the GOP RINOs will openly defy the party as a way of buying fleeting kudos from the media. They need to know a terrible price will be paid.

Then they can look at what Nancy Pelosi did on January 6...
