Many years ago I warned the New World Order/Davos Internationalist types were coming for our meat. They wanted us to dine on bugs and tofu and rice balls and weeds. I warned about it then but a lot of people didn't believe it.

U.S. Public Broadcasting Service Promotes Diet of Insects

Yes, they want us feasting on ants, crickets, caterpillars, and probably cockroaches, as well as worms.

Of course they'll continue to dine on Ribeyes and Lobster with butter sauce and leg of lamb.

In the U.S. Joe Biden has pledged his entire administration effort toward the goal of reducing U.S. carbon emissions and protecting the planet. Part of that initiative includes the need to change the diet of Americans away from traditional farm proteins, and toward sustainable alternatives via bugs and/or insects like cockroaches, crickets and grasshoppers.

A comprehensive marketing, branding and image campaign is underway to change the public perception toward an acceptance of sustainable algae and bugs as food sources. Public Broadcasting (PBS) is part of that imitative:

Several U.S. food manufacturers now include insects and bugs as part of their ingredient list.

It would be worthwhile checking the labels on the latest snack foods to identify the percentages of worms and bugs that may be included in your favorite salted snack.

Additionally, a significant investment has taken place in Canada where they are now generating 9,000 metric tons of crickets to replace traditional protein sources (link). The public/private partnership in London, Ontario, is now shipping crickets for use by North American food manufacturers.

And all of this to "save the planet" which does not require OUR saving. Anthropogenic Global Warming has been largely a bust, with actual climate not following the prediction of the models at all. There has been a cooling trend, in fact, in the Southern Hemisphere, while there has been a slight warming in the northern. We were supposed to be doomed by now. I would add the models can't explain "the pause" which occurred in planetary temperature readings. There has been no tropical tropospheric hot spot found as per the models. They can't account for the so-called "missing heat". The rate of sea level rise has not increased (it's been rising since the last ice age and more so since the end of the Little Ice Age in the 19th century.)

But despite the many failures of the theory we are going to force people to eat grass clippings and water bugs and who knows what else, to "save the planet". Oh, and we're going to make people freeze in winter and die from heat stroke in summer.

Has the climate changed? Certainly, but it is always changing. We have witnessed a very mild warming (and warming is good; it means more food.) Does it constitute an emergency? Absolutely not.

So why is the publicly funded PBS pushing a change in the American diet to eating disgusting things? If that is how you want to nourish themselves more power to 'em, but don't drag the rest of us down with you! We have a right to eat as we see fit. This used to be America.

In the movie The Exorcism of Emily Rose they argue at the trial that Rose was horribly mentally ill based on her eating dead bugs. I concur; anyone who eats dead bugs is either mentally ill or demonically possessed. What does that say about PBS?

I intend to keep eating the meats. I'm with the guy in the Arby's commercials; if they have the meats they have me! I won't be eating bugs or weeds any time soon.
