The interesting point about this is most of 'em got their licenses from California.
California's policies are interfering with interstate commerce.
When I was renewing my driver's license the other day a little old lady came in and was denied because she failed the eye test. Maybe she should change her name to Rosa Hernandez or something and apply for a license in California or Illinois,
