The assassin's name is Tyler Robinson. That is assuming he's not just a patsy.
Robinscum was arrested by authorities after receiving a tip from the killer's own father.
The murder, which elicited laughter from the crew at TMZ (no matter what they try to claim now) was caught on camera as Mr. Kirk's jugular exploded with blood.
Robinson was a 22 year old who lived outside of the area but in Utah.

Robinson's father turned him in to the authorities. Must have been painful for him to do, but at least he "did the right thing."

Yes, that is true. How do you turn your own kid in when the kid will face the death penalty or at least life in prison? But the man did the right thing. Good for him! (I'm not sure I would have done the same in his shoes.)
