And here’s the real kicker: Almost half of all felony cases from 2018 have had to be delayed because the Circuit Attorney’s office has failed to share evidence with the court and the defense. To repeat: almost half of all St. Louis felony cases have been bungled by Kim Gardner."

It should be noted that Gardner was a Black Lives Matter activist before running for the City Circuit Attorney's office. She is not incompetent, but is doing what she is doing with malice aforethought.

As for the prosecution of Gov. Greitens, I don't think they even intend on winning the case, merely dragging it out and turning the tide of public opinion. It is a political hatchet job designed to smear a very stupid man (who has an illicit affair when planning a run for the highest office in Missouri?) I suspect there was no case here and so Gardner is trying for a mistrial so this will keep hanging over the Governor's head come election time. Oh, and the GOP is preparing to impeach Greitens even while he has yet to have his day in court. That is shameful.
By the way, I did not support Greitens in the primary. He was a Democrat who realized there was little hope in what is fast becoming a solidly Republican state, and so he switched parties and ran as a Republican. But fair is fair, and what they - both sides - are doing to Greitens is inexcusable. The man deserves a fair hearing, not a Stalinist show trial.
But then Gardner received some of her funding from George Soros, the Nazi collaborator. No doubt old George is quite pleased with her Heinrich Himmler act.
