Solar System Stress

The linked video gives you an idea of the stresses exerted across our solar system as the planets chase around in the wake of the Sun. The helical strands take the same form as your DNA.
The center of mass of our solar system (the barycenter) is determined by the Sun and Jupiter. The Earth lies between these two giants and is flung about by their gigantic gravity fields. Earth’s flimsy rigid crustal plates are fractured and shoved about. Ocean trenches form and mountains thrust upward.
