Same in the wind industry Roy W. Spencer. They've busted the Mafia as being involved over in Italy, and anyone who doesn't think the same thing is going on over here hasn't been paying attention. It's all a sick joke on the US taxpayers and ratepayers. The only reason they haven't looked into it over here in the USA is because there's too many people in high places involved, getting rich on the kickbacks they're getting from their crony pals in the 'green'($$$) industries. Wish someone (like Peter Schweizer) would do some investigative journalism on guys like Invenergy's Ukranian owner, Michael Polski, who is destroying rural townships across the country with this garbage thanks to the incentives and subsidies the crony politicians have put in place to enrich these crooks. Polski is living in Jamie Dimon's former mansion in Chicago, and threw a $35,000 a plate fundraiser for Obama. Included the link in this article focusing on SIemens, but the story is the same for all of these Big Corporate thieves!

Unfortunately for the residents of Orangeville in Wyoming County, greed at the top in Washington, DC determined their fate. The sole reason Invenergy went ahead with its plan to build its 58-turbine project was that, in the early morning hours of January 1, 2013, the PTC was added as pork for companies sucking at the wind welfare teat.

Ever appreciative of the handouts, Invenergy owner Ukrainian Michael Polsky rewarded President Obama by holding a $35,000 a plate fundraiser at his Chicago mansion. Mr. Obama is so committed to Big Wind that he’s even legalized 30-year eagle kill permits just for the wind industry. Anyone else harming an eagle, or even possessing a single bald eagle feather, is penalized with an iron fist...."
