When the socialists howl against "the evils of capitalism," they have yet to offer a better system that will continue to lift more people out of poverty.
Perhaps, we should offer a swap: free transport for all socialists to the socialist country of their choice and we allow people who love America and seek opportunities vs handouts to become lawful citizens.
The map below shows the GDP per capita (as a proxy for average incomes) for each country as of 2021. Per capita GDP in the countries colored red and orange are still below $4,000.

And you will notice that those who push socialism are the last to give their own money to the poor. Red states are far more charitable than blue states, and "capitalist" countries more so than socialist. If these people really meant what they said they would hand over their own money to the poor, lead by example. But look at these people; Bernie Sanders is worth several milloion bucks and owns three houses but he's for the poor and working man! What socialists want is to be able to put their hands in the pockets of people whoa ctually do something.
