Gee; I thought they fixed it up in Canada. Yet here we are.Yet here they blowing smoke in our faces like some boorish jerk in a local tavern.
The Canadians have over 830 fires raging across their country, the second largest in the world. And they don't seem overly concerned about dousing them.
Here's a good idea:

I’ve so had it with Canada. Every time our air quality goes above 75 we should add 5% to the Trump tariff. https://t.co/Ct6b7iC22A

For years Canada has mismanaged it's forest, allowing large buildup of deadwood and not allowing anyone to disturb the "pristine" Canadian forests. Dudley Dooright appears to have been more than a cartoon figure...
And then the Canadians blame the U.S. for their mismanagement.
I think we should send them a bill for an estimated cost they imposed on us. Basically Canada has made millions of Americans into smokers, like it or not.

Yes, maybe Trump should hike the tariffs. It was very insulting to hear Carney and Co. blame the U.S. for the crappy air they're sending us, while any of us in the upper Midwest who have to go outside are experiencing the need to reach for our eyedrops.
