The Suprme Court appears to be ready to give Trump the authority to actually control the regulatory bodies that have so hamstrung America.
Report: Trump Set for Massive Victory that Could Cripple Administrative State
SCOTUS says is revisiting the 1935 Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, a landmark ruling that said Frankly Roosevelt couldn't fire a commissioner of the FTC, a bureaucracy that is supposed to be under the control of the executive branch.
President Trump is attempting to fire the Biden-appointed Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter, who sued, arguing Humphrey said she could not be removed by the President.
SCOTUS recently declared the Federal Reserve a "quasi-private entity" and has yet to rule on Trump's attempt to remove Lisa Cook, the Federal Reserve head cookie.
If the Supreme Court rules in Trump's favor it likely will give him the power to systematically remove all of the entrenched bureaucrats who have held America in their iron grip.
