SCOTUS makes common sense, pro-energy, pro-pipeline decision overruling 4th district court. Oddly enough, Biden's so-called "Fiscal Responsibility Act" is said to have shifted judicial review away from "too environmental" 4th District Court to Columbia District Court, although they were not involved as developers appealed directly to SCOTUS.
