Is there any difference between Santos remaining in the House for his vote—when it was obvious why Dems wanted the very ill Fetterman to ensure his vote in the Senate?

Yeah; Oz was a lousy candidate, but Fetterman?
I read some message boards and everyone hated Oz because he was so obviously a carpet-bagger. But Fetterman? A spoiled rich kid with bad health, both physical and mental?
