Ryan to Push Amnesty Before He Leaves

Timothy Birdnow

House Squeeker Paul Ryan is planning on giving Conservatives a parting gift just before he leaves office.

Conservative HQ gives us the scoop:

"Just when you thought the push to make American citizens out of millions of illegal aliens was dead it has come roaring back to life in the form of H.Res. 774, a resolution providing for consideration of H.R. 4760, a bill to amend the immigration laws and the homeland security laws through what is known on Capitol Hill as a "Queen of the Hill” process. The Resolution, sponsored by open borders RINO Rep. Jeff Denham of California, sets up a deal whereby the Paul Ryan DACAHouse would consider four bills, and the one with the most votes over 218 would become the House bill on immigration.

The bait for this ruse is that it brings H.R. 4760, the so-called Goodlattte bill, to the Floor of the House, along with the Democrat’s DREAM Act legalizing 3.6 million illegal aliens, Denham’s RINO version of the DREAM Act, which legalizes 3.6 million illegal aliens, and includes a study of border security, and – here’s the kicker – an as yet undisclosed immigration bill to be offered by Speaker Paul Ryan, or his designee.

The Goodlatte bill, while far from perfect, is the alternative preferred by many conservatives. It may or may not get 218 votes depending on how many RINOs defect and how many Democrats from conservative states feel the heat of the 2018 election.

The so-called "clean” DREAM Act, sponsored by Democratic Representative Roybal-Allard of California, could easily get to 218, if the Democrats all hold together and the RINOs defect.

Likewise, Denham’s DREAM Act, plus a border security study, could give the RINOs the fig leaf they need to vote for amnesty and pull-in some Democrats."

End excerpt.

Ryan has always favored amnesty and open borders, and now that he is no longer held accountable to the public he's going to try to give it to his financiers in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. This would be the end of the GOP as most Conservatives would walk out (I will) and it would give the Democrats millions of new voters in the process. It's a fancy form of political suicide, but the greedy RINO wing doesn't care; they were happy when they were a minority party and didn't have to work very hard but could strut around Washington, playing the "honorable Rep" or what have you. When Conservatives took control of the GOP back in the eighties the RINO wing was furious, furious that now they were expected to actually accomplish something. They took steps to take the party back, and an amnesty would accomplish that. Of course, the party is finis, and so is America if we do this, but they don't care. Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.

If the GOP wants a Blue Wave this is the way to go about it. Oh, they'll get donations from their cheapskate business class who would rather pay Guatemalans less and are willing to pay huge amounts to Ryan and chums for that opportunity, but America itself will suffer.

I've noted in the past that the antebellum South was far poorer than the north, and that was a direct result of the effects of slavery. Slavery is the ultimate in cheap labor, and its very presence drove down wages for free working men, because a business was hard pressed to compete against free labor. The South's economy was stagnant because of slavery, and America's economy will do likewise if we import cheap labor from outside.

And because cheap labor is the goal there will have to be a permanent influx of new aliens, as the ones who are here for a while and are amnetized will begin working at jobs Americans Just Will Do, and that does not alleviate the need for people to fill the crummy low paying jobs. So we create a machine, bringing in an endless supply of aliens to take the positions vacated by the older colonists. These people stop even trying to enculturate, so America becomes increasingly similar to a Latin American banana republic. The Democrats gain eternal power, the Republicans become a token opposition, and those of us who believe in America, what it was and what it stood for, are bred out of the population. All of the good that made up this country - the wokr ethic, the sense of honesty and fair play, the charity, the can-do spirit will be replaced by dependency and lethargy.

America's culture is unique and it is the reason why everyone wants to come here. Oh, they want to come for the goodies, the wealth, but that was a result of American culture and traditions. Kill that and the goose stops laying golden eggs. An Amnesty does precisely that.

We have to sto this.
