So what is it ?

Is the ocean level rising or is the land subsiding ? Expansion Tectonics is raising Continental land masses and providing the oceans with greater containment volume. Anything we have seen is thermal expansion of the ocean waters since the beginning of the Holocene (Univ. of Bonn) as the Earth heats from within.
