He knows the rioting is getting old. Alinsky rule #7 "a tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag" We've been treated to this chaos for too long and people are starting to turn against it. Van Jones knows they need to turn the page. The mortal sin of political activism is boring people.

Interesting that we let rioting run it's course but won't let the Coronavirus do likewise.

1 Amazing! Can it be that the Left doesn't believe they're "cutting off their nose to spite their face?" That some of them still believe this is helping them? I mean, the only thing they have left is to castigate the Feds when they are turned down -- as they already have been -- for money to rebuild the cities they've trashed. But the President is very articulate about it. "You broke it, you own it" is pretty much his attitude, and will continue to be as long as he's running the asylum. I expect my taxes in Minnesota will go up next year, though not my ability to pay them.

Of course, if (God forbid) Biden wins, then what happens? There won't be enough money in the Treasury to pay for the Left's spending sprees anyhow.
