Russia is asking CHINA for military equipment to try and prop-up its flagging Ukrainian invasion after running out of weapons three weeks into conflict, US officials warn

Putin reportedly hoped for, expected and was told he would achieve a quick victory over Ukraine. Seems that's not what's happened. Russia appears to be hurting in many ways.
