Private Group Prevented from Building Border Wall

A local judge and the U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission has stopped construction by a group building a border wall on private property along the Mexican border.
According to Fox 2 News:

We Build the Wall says there has been no formal injunction and that they are just clearing the land in preparation of construction. The IBWC has no authority over clearing land.
The spokeswoman for the IBWC says they have yet to begin the environmental review.
How much do you want to bet this review will take years; the whole purpose is to stop the construction of the wall, not to determine if a wall will have a deleterious effect on the Rio Grande wetlands.
The Left is absolutely determined to to stop the construction of a security wall at the southern border. By hook or by crook, they will use every proceedural and legal means at their disposal to stop us from securing our border.

McALLEN, Texas — The private nonprofit advocacy group We Build The Wall has been told to stop building a border wall on private property in South Texas on the Rio Grande, Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez, and an official with the International Boundary and Water Commission told Border Report on Tuesday.
"The government is going to stop them from building the wall. There’s apparently been a violation of the [U.S.-Mexico Water] Treaty,†Cortez said via phone.
