Only in America. The vaccine is not stopping the virus, so to solve the problem we are requiring another dose of the vaccine "Beatings will continue until morale improves."

No, we did not. We had no idea of effectiveness, because we had no idea how many of the test subjects had been exposed to the virus.
We had one group who received the vaccine and another which received a placebo, and compared infections between the two groups, but neither group was exposed to the virus.
Actual tests of effectiveness require exposure.
Effectiveness is not a matter of what percent of the population get infected, it is what percent of those who are exposed to the virus are infected by it, and we have never tested that either in animals or in humans.
In a real test, they give one group the vaccine and another group a placebo, then expose all of both groups to the virus and compare infection rates between the two groups. Needless to say, that is done on animals, and it was never done on the coronavirus vaccine.

Heh; I remember that too Bill!
You are right; we have absolutely no idea how effective this vaccine is, or if a single person has been saved because of it. I am always amazed at how people can't understand the point you just made. We don't even have a test for the virus, so how can we know this vaccine actually works? It's purest speculation.
