James O'Keefe has recruited an army of poll watchers and judges to document fraud in Democrat precincts, triggering fury on the Left.
The Democrats argue that this will interfere with the smooth flow of voting somehow.
And they point to the fact that many states have laws against filming or recording anything in the polling places.
Now THAT is a convenient, wouldn't you say? It then becomes "he said, she said" over irregularities if they are not caught on tape. May as well call those lies the Democrat Fraud Empowerment Act; it allows them to cheat and prevents any proof.
O'Keefe argues that since his people are citizen-journalists and not actual employees he is not legally liable. I somehow doubt that argument will work for him but I'm glad he's trying.
All anyone can claim is that the PEOPLE going into election booths can be identified from such films; there is no way to determine how they are voting. It's clear why the Democrats want this law.
Of course you can film outside and catch everyone going into the polls anyway, so it matters nary a wit.
BUT it can catch the kind of skullduggery that we have witnessed in the last few election cycles. That is the real reason the Democrats are so triggered.
Go James!
