Hindering Musk

Timothy Birdnow

They keep going after Musk. Now they are doing "environmental impact studies" over SpaceX launches.

The government will never forgive Musk for reforming Twitter.

While this is because NASA is leasing Cape Canaveral to Musk, I am certain they will pick at him over this as much as possible. The study will take at least 18 months. That's 18 months without America having a lunch vehicle.

War and Rememberance (We Remember Those Places!)

Timothy Birdnow

Germany is considering reinstating universal conscription for all 18 year olds in what is clearly a major provocation to the Russians.

FTA:

Germany is considering introducing conscription for all 18-year-olds, as it looks to boost its troop numbers in the face of Russian military aggression.

Military planners in Berlin are in the final stages of discussing three options, two of which involve a form of conscription, according to leaked plans reported in the German media.

Defence Minister Boris Pistorius is set to go public with the official plans by June.

In one of the options being discussed, Germany would bring back a compulsory military year for young men once they turn 18, which was suspended in 2011, and apply it to women as well. This would require a change to the German constitution, but is seen inside the ministry as most likely to receive societal approval.

Another option would only apply to 18-year-old men, but would not see everyone selected. They would be required to fill in an online form and could then be chosen for service, according to details leaked to Die Welt newspaper. This is seen by the defence ministry as "a strong signal” to both allies and rivals.

The third option would avoid compulsory service, focusing instead on "optimising” the current system by engaging in more proactive recruitment campaigns.

However, Mr Pistorious is believed to be against that route. During a trip to Washington this week, he said: "I’m convinced that Germany needs a form of military conscription.”

[...]

Meanwhile, Berlin has also set a target of raising the size of its armed forces from some 180,000 today to more than 200,000.

The defence ministry is believed to be sceptical that this target can be met without some form of conscription.

Call it what you will but Germany is clearly (and perhaps wisely) preparing for this Ukraine thing to spiral out of control.

But it is also a major provocation as the Russians have been invaded several times by Germany over the centuries and this will undoubtedly lead them to take steps to counter a new German threat. That means more nukes aimed at Germany and Poland.

None Dare Call it Fraud

The war by the deniers on the fraud enlightened continues.

Rudy  Giulliani just lost his radio show for daring to discuss fraud in the 2020 election.

If there was nothing to see there why not let Jules talk and prove it?

Biden using Taxpayer Funds to Steal the Next Election

Timothy Birdnow

Biden has been colluding with Leftist groups to steal the upcoming election via fraud.

This stems from a Biden Exectuve Order that was ostensibly intended to fund voter turnout drives and fight what he deemed "misinformation". But he's been colluding with leftist groups to cheat.

Yet another article of impeachment for Republicans to put forward.

Biden to Sue Iowa for Upholding Federal Law

Timothy Birdnow

So, Joe Biden says he can't enforce the border because he doesn't have enough money, and he's demonizing Republicans for voting against the so-called "bipartisan bill" that would give him tons of money for processing illegal aliens. One of the big problems, he says, is that he doesn't have "the tools" to do his job.

So why is he suing in court to block Iowa from doing the job for him?

If it were a matter of resources as he claims he would welcome help from the states. But instead he's wasting money and time to stop a state from doing the work Joe Biden Just Won't Do.

From the Epoch Times article:

The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed the lawsuit at a court in Des Moines, Iowa, on May 9, seeking to challenge Senate File 2340 under provisions of the U.S. Constitution that assign the federal government the authority to regulate immigration and manage border-related matters.

"Iowa cannot disregard the U.S. Constitution and settled Supreme Court precedent,” Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Brian Boynton, head of the Justice Department’s Civil Division, said in a statement. "We have brought this action to ensure that Iowa adheres to the framework adopted by Congress and the Constitution for regulation of immigration.”
Iowa’s law, which was signed by Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds on April 10, would make it a crime for someone to be in Iowa if they have outstanding deportation orders, or if they had been denied admission to Iowa, or if they had previously been deported from the United States.

When Ms. Reynolds signed the bill, she said the law—slated to take effect on July 1—was prompted by the Biden administration’s alleged failure to enforce immigration laws.

"The Biden Administration has failed to enforce our nation’s immigration laws, putting the protection and safety of Iowans at risk,” Ms. Reynolds said at the time. "Those who come into our country illegally have broken the law, yet Biden refuses to deport them.”

So Biden won't enforce the law and he'll fight tooth-and-nail to stop someone else from enforcing it too.

Why, it's almost as if he WANTS hordes of illegal aliens coming in!

Congress controls immigration, not the President. Laws passed by CONGRESS are supposed to be obeyed. Mr. Biden has taken it upon himself to waive those laws. He has written a new immigration law.

Yet here he is imposing his new law on the individual states, which have an absolute right to enforce laws duly passed by Congress. Also, the Constitution makes it quite plain that the states may defend themselves as they sit fit in times of invasion, which is clearly what is happening here. And don't get me started on the Tenth Amendment which says all powers not EXPRESSLY granted to the United States are reserved to the states or the People. Control of illegal aliens into the heartland is not a power expressly and solely granted to the United States.

That Joe Biden would push this despite the fact immigration is killing him at the polls shows someone else is making American policy, someone not accountable to the electorate.

They're Baaack!

Timothy Birdnow

Despite it being unconstitutional and despite having been caught and slapped for it, Joe Biden is once again working with big tech to censor free speech.

Yes,just in time for the upcoming elections, Biden and big tech are "partnering" to bring you "accurate" news and suppress "misinformation".

All determined by the Biden Administration, of course.

Mark Warner of the Senate Intelligence Committee warned of the Devil's plot by Biden, who had briefly stopped after a court ruled against him last July in Missouri V. Biden.

This is just another article of impeachment that must be addressed - even if Biden loses, he can be impeached and have his pension held.

The FBI Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has restarted talks with social media outlets to censor conservatives.

I know they have done it too; most of my own posts get almost no feedback now, and most of my friends complain about it too.We are being suppressed.

The Empire Strikes

Timothy Birdnow

I've long warned about the collapse of American agriculture and how it is a tool for the collectivization of the U.S.

When Japan first modernized they did not do what so many other Third World nations did; they didn't concentrate on industry and military technology, but first emphasized modernizing their farming. Their theory was that they first needed to be able to feed everyone and not have to buy food from overseas. It worked; Japan became a world power and within a few years defeated the Russians in the Russo-Japanese war, the first time a non-western nation defeated a modern Western country.

I've also argued that the internationalists have sought to impose a hydraulic empire, which is a condition where the state owns and controls all the water, or in the modern incarnation the energy also. In this situation they want to control the production and distribution of food. The family farm must go in favor of a factory farm controlled and regulated by government. Then food becomes a luxury afforded to friends of the state and enemies of the state wind up starving. That was how the classic hydraulic empire worked; they cut off water to rebellious provinces and the folks there starved as their crops died. It worked that way in China and in Egypt.

Hydraulic empires never have revolutions; the ruling class remains in power unless overthrown by others in the ruling class OR by an outside power. But the leviathan in the Western World, the New World Order types, have labored to put the whole world under their system. There will likely be no foreign intervention.

There has been a long term war against American agriculture. (American farmers feed not just the nation but the whole world, I might add.) Endless regulations, ever tightening financial problems and lack of loans, inflation, high gas prices, etc. have all gone towards squeezing the small farmer out (as Stalin did to the Kulaks in Ukraine.) If we lose the small farmer the government will own and control all food - and then they own us.

Well, it's starting to happen:

US agriculture in deep decline as incomes collapse for farmers, equipment manufacturers
youtube.com

If the family farm dies they will be feeding us bugs and lawn weeds and we will own nothing and be happy, or so they will force us to say.

Civilizations Negative Feedback Loop

Boris Osipian

Famous French thinker and enlightenment N. S. Schamphor on the brief history of all mankind is quite pessimistic, though not without good grounds, noted the following: "Natural disasters and all the perversities that mankind has endured have forced people to create society. Society has multiplied the misfortunes that nature condemned them. The imperfection of society created the need to create the state, and the state aggravated the vices of society. That's the whole story of humanity. ... Society, rather, the so-called light, is nothing but a battle arena of many petty and contradictory interests, an eternal clash of vain claims that clash, fight, injure and humiliate each other, paying for yesterday's victory with the bitterness of today's defeat. About the one who prefers to live in private and stays away from this disgusting dump, ... they say that he is nothing, that he does not live, but yawns. Poor humanity ! " .

Government Economics

Diane Kimura

Economics 101

1) the government does not make or produce a single product. Only businesses make things.

2) the government's sole monetary function is to take money from taxpayers, print money and redistribute that same money.

3) money taken from taxpayers in the form of taxes is simply and only a redistribution function and produces zero, nothing, nada. See #1 above.

The issue is that the government spends too much money not that taxpayers pay too little tax.

One amendment to #2 and #3: politicians use these functions to enhance their chances of being reelected. (Term limits may be the best way to reign in government spending.)

Lastly, think about what functions only the government can perform or provide versus what functions people can provide on their own.

Once you come up with a list, my guess is you'll understand why the government is bloated. For example, it's unlikely that any person can provide a military.

Grounds for Impeachment (Again)

Timothy Birdnow

In unilaterally withholding funds to Israel to stop them from going into Rafah Joe Biden is in direct violation of the Empoundment Control Act of1974, an act that has been found Constitutional by the Supreme Court.

This was the basis for the impeachment of Donald Trump who only SUGGESTED he might withhold funds. Biden has actually done it.

Therefore Congress should impeach Joe Biden. Or do the Democrats believe this law is only applicable to Trump?

The Campus-Town Races

Timothy Birdnow

I banged out this little ditty to the tune of Camptown Races for Occupy Wall Street some years ago. It's now slighly modified for the campus protests (didn't take much. With apologies to Stephan Foster:

The camptown ladies sing this song
doo-dah, doo-dah
it's getting late and I've lost my bong
oh-da-doo-dah-day!

Gonna raise all night,
gonna protest all day
I got no money, I'm a leftist hag
and the bourgeois pigs will pay!

The hippies treat me like a whore
doo-dah, doo-dah
They're all worked up by Michael Moore
Oh-da-doo-dah-day!

Gonna raise hell all night,
gonna protest all day
I got no money, I'm a leftist hag
and the bourgeois pigs will pay!

We've got no showers or t.v.
doo-dah, doo-dah
But we do have crabs and some t.b.
oh-the-doo-dah-day!

Gonna raise all night,
gonna protest all day
I got no money, I'm a leftist hag
and the bourgeois pigs will pay!

We stink, we're loud, and quite irate
doo-dah, doo-dah
we all demand a Marxist state!
oh-da-do-dah-day!

Gonna raise hell all night,
gonna protest all day
I got no money, I'm a leftist hag
and the bourgeois pigs will pay!

We have no money to pay the rent
doo-dah, doo-dah
so we hang out here inside a tent
oh-da-do-dah-day!

we'd rather live here like some slobs
doo-dah, doo-dah
then waste our time on real jobs
oh-da-do-dah-day!

We only want what we deem fair
doo-dah, doo-dah
free food and schools and free healthcare
oh-da-do-dah-day!!

so we hang around and smoke our dope
doo-dah, doo-dah
though desperately we need some soap
oh-da-do-dah-day

Out here peddling our behinds
doo-da, doo-da
saying it's all for Palestine
oh the doodah day

fired up on pot and booze
doo-dah,doo-dah
Chanting how we hate the Jews
oh the do-dah day

Gonna raise hell all night,
gonna protest all day
I got no money, I'm a leftist hag
and the bourgeois pigs will pay!

Polar Ice Caps

Richard Cronin

Ice capped land around the world would include Greenland. The predominant calving glaciers are the Jacobshaven glacier flowing into the Davis Strait to the West and the Petermann glacier flowing into the Arctic Ocean.

Penetrating radar surveys by the U.S. National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC) have determined that Greenland is virtually a bowl with subglacial lakes and channels. This melt water is produced due to Iceland’s magma chamber extending beneath the interior of Greenland. The NSIDC’s surveys also identified that at the bottoms of these two glaciers there are gravel beds cut through rock during the Ice Ages when the ice was thicker and the greater weight ground down the walls and bottom. These gravel beds are flow passages which connect to the ocean waters at and below sea level. The mass of ice on the interior has already displaced its equivalent mass (Archimedes Principal). For all intents and purposes the ice sheets of Greenland’s interior behave much as free-floating sea ice.

Antarctica is also very seismic and steam builds the ice sheets from below plus provides melt water to lubricate the movement of the ice sheets. Antarctic researchers have identified that East Antarctica pulses up and down due to seismic movement, effectively pumping "rivers of ice” through the mountain passes of the Transantarctic Mountain Range. The ice produced from seismic/ geothermal sources builds the ice sheets to calve off the Ross Ice Shelf. The Thwaites glacier is melting from below due to geothermal heat (Univ. of Texas-Austin). The bottoms of the Bentley Subglacial trench and Byrd trench are described as "magma blowtorches” (Washington Univ. St.Louis).

As the ice sheets calve off of West Antarctica, the continuous strong circumpolar winds pin the icebergs against the Antarctic Peninsula and they stack up into ice hummocks.
